Loan process was easy. They call you in advance about making your monthly payment. Upon paying title loan off you must wait 30 days to receive your title. I had moved to another State on the West Coast and after 15 days still no title. I suggest using mail that has tracking, even if it is the customers expense.

Sometimes people get in a bind and need extra cash. If you have a car title this is the ONLY place you should go. The process was fast and everything was explained in detail. You don't have any excessive amount to pay back. Some places for example charge quadruple for you to pay off your loan. Thus, making it difficult to get back. Also, the customer service is amazing. Go to this establishment. I promise that you will not be disappointed. I will return if I need to get another loan.

Very nice and friendly. They will help you get a loan in anyway they can. After having this loan and just realizing how high the interest is on the loan plus if you late, oh my God!! When I pay this off I will never do this again as long as I live. When you in need you don't think straight sometimes. We in a pandemic and they still reaping people off. You paying 4 times as much back. God help me pay this loan off. Think twice, three, four times before getting a loan with this much interest and late fees on it. Very nice lady but the interest? And listen before committing to something like this. Pray for me.

The customer service was great and I used them for about 6 months. However, I do not use checks except for here and my account was compromised for a significant amount of money. It had to be either someone working there with access to my account robbed my account or a 3rd party disposing of the actual checks. Regardless Castfast is supposed to ensure this does not happen. Safeguards needs to be put in place to protect customers. Customers come for the service you supply and they do NOT give you business to pick up new problems!!!
