I’m not sure if the same people who works on the weekend work on the weekday but these two women are the reason I would never use this place. Myself and a family member moved and going to Grover for a payday loan would be too far for us to travel now so I found Carolina Cash. It’s closer so I filled out an application online and no one ever called me even though they said they would. I did the application on Friday the 1st of December today is the 5th and no one has called me. We decided to just walk in on Saturday the 2nd and apply for the payday loan and the two women that were working that day weren’t welcoming at all. There was a white lady and a black lady. The white lady never even looked up and the black lady was on the phone. When the person who was with me walked up the the black lady, the black lady said to the person on the phone “let me call you back when I get off work” Long story short she started assisting the lady who was with me but acted as if she didn’t want to do her job. Like she had an attitude, the white lady walked over to assist her and acted as if she had an attitude as well. They ended up telling the lady who was with me that there was a cool down period and she had to wait until Monday but said it in a rude way. We assumed that because we moved that we could get our payday loan on Saturday instead of waiting until Monday but didn’t know this law was a SC law, which is understandable. But had somebody called me like they said they would we would have known this. I didn’t like the way those two ladies were acting, they weren’t friendly, nice etc so I got out of line and left. I’d rather drive 40 minutes to the other city to get my payday loans than to deal with these rude women who are only 25 minutes away from me. I’m not one for giving bad reviews but when you walk into a place where you’ve never been before and the people who work there aren’t inviting or even act like they like their job and you want to leave before business is even done, that’s not good. The lady from the title loan side was extremely nice and I assumed these women would be the same but I was wrong. I will never do business with this place.

Charge to much interest and looks like you never pay the money off. Only $10 go towards your loan and the rest is interested. Even in a pandemic they are unfar to bowwers. I will never recommend doing this for anyone.

We have been dealing with this company for over 5 years. They are always kind and make it easy to get a quick loan. I appreciate their professionalism and always look forward to stopping by.

First off, I pulled up and two women were standing outside smoking. They quickly walked in when they saw me get out,.. A lady with the pink short hair was suppose to help me, instead she said that cash loans stop giving loans out 30 minutes prior to them closing. I realized I was in the wrong cash loan company and she threw her hands up and was glad to see me leave due to her not wanting to do her job. The nastiest attitude and unprofessional with pink hair and skin tight clothing !

Cash fast payday is so convient and fast when your in need of money immediately!! Customer service is Awsome! I had the pleasure the be assisted by Jennifer and with her southern hospitality and her patience with me I will continue to do business.

Came here hoping to get a payday loan, but unfortunately i was denied due to me having a "jp chase" checking account and was advised they don't have "chase" in the Carolina's. Jennifer was very pleasant and informative to suggest another payday loan, and she is very pretty on the eyes :)
