Phil was really helpful. My family and I are very thankful and helped my mother and father a lot. The help they gave us was nice, quick, respectful. The place itself was clean and felt nice that it feels comfortable even being there. With that being said We are very grateful and enjoyed being there.

When I went into CashOne office on Tropicana and Mt. two young ladies helped me out Valsina and Gabby they saved my life and my kids lives qualifying me, giving me a loan that’s helping until my next paycheck. Thank goodness for them. Just beautiful

Phil was great! He made sure everything was explained and understood, which is rare now a days. A quick 20 minute call got me money immediately transferred into my account. No penalty for early pay off, no extreme payback costs, and payments are the lowest I’ve seen. Our family got the townhouse we wanted and it’s all because of Phil/Cash 1, thank you again!!!

Ok. I had prior left a good review but let’s start over again. 193$ every two weeks. I’ve paid for a few months and I notice not a single penny is going to the principle. Keep in mind I pay ahead of the due date. I called to ask why and the rep told me it was an error and I’m paying my loan down so I said cool ok. Next payment I see it all went to intrest again. I called again and this time told I’m 42 days behind. They still have NOT provided me with the paper work I wrote to them about but yet my balance is 200$ more then it was last week. They continue to call me well after 10pm. And keep in mind I live in New York. A rep called last night at 10:48pm. I asked her if she knew what time it was and got a snotty response. Then I asked her if she knew where she was calling. All this the next day after I called them and told them to never call me at 10:30 at night again as that is actually not legal under the fair debt collection act. Keep calling me at that time after I’ve ordered you to stop and I won’t ever have to pay what you think I owe you because you guys are crooks. Oh they also provided my loan with out a current car registration from Arizona. I’m a New York resident and these loans are not legal here but yet they didn’t even care about that. Only go here if you have absolutely no other choice.

This is the first time going to CASH1 and was greeted by a very police an professional lady named Peggie. This review is long overdue by the way. She was patient and went thru all the steps and took the time to answer my questions. I really appreciate their time and attention this makes me feel valued and will defiantly come back for any future needs. Highly recommended. I went back on Tuesday and another excellent individual helped me named Brenda and she took the time to explain options that really helped me out because i had my plate registration due and every time I come in and helped and greeted properly. I will keep coming back to this location.

Susie G was so nice and walked me through the whole process. It was so fast I walked out with my $$$!!!. The app is super easy to set up and eliminates having to drive to the office to pay. If you're debating on if you want to use them or not ..Go with Cash 1!!

This location is very clean and welcoming. The staff is always very polite and respectful. I had Eddie assist me and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my transaction. It's rare you find employees with such a great personality and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. Thank you Eddie, keep up the great work. Looking to apply for a personal loan spoke to a representative on the phone first by the name of Jay then stopped in to speak face to face with a representative by the name of Elijah he gave excellent service had me fill out everything one by one and explained although I had forgot my ID and registration he still remained patient. Doing anything online and over the phone is always scary. Suzzanna called me and assured everything was good. She took care of everything over the phone which I loved because of this pandemic I don’t leave my home much. Excellent service quick and easy to get a loan

First time Resquesting for a loan, I was assisted by Andrew. he was awesome! He made the process quick and easy. All the employees are very welcoming and helpful. Like I mentioned it was my first time and I had no clue what I was doing but they were able to assist me with all documents that were needed. Need a loan and it’s your first time this is the place!

Just want say I've been using this place for about three years now and we have had nothing but AMAZING service. Eddie is the man, always upbeat and willing to help as much he can and Itzel, she can't be beat. Always look forward to those peppermint patties too. You guys are the best and I would highly recommend these guys.

I have been coming to this location for many years. So had other family members. I recently got a loan and was surprised when Eddie asked me about my other vehicle. I thought it was so nice and personable for him to ask. Took me by surprise in a good way. I called today and honestly didn't trust what I was told so I called back and got Eddie. Turns out I wasn't told correctly so I said ok I'll be there soon to see you. Got there and like like time he was awesome!!!!!! So nice, able to hold a conversation, and I think went above and beyond for me recognizing how long I've been a customer... since 2010. Eddie is awesome and I don't want to deal with anyone else but him! You rock Eddie!!!

I have used their services a few times now. However, recently I noticed what appears to be a discrepancy in my payment history. I called to get a payment history and was told it could only be obtained by the district manager and she will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. Well, as of today, I still have not received it and am on my 3rd phone call to the store and pretty much got the same story... I talked to the district manager and she will take care of it and get back to you in 24 - 48 hours. Totally unacceptable. I've got a mortgage loan where I owe way more that what I owe this company and I can log in at any time to get a "payment history". And to top it off, I was told that the district manager has more important things to do, which was the absolute inappropriate thing to say (especially to me). I'm done. They will no longer be getting my business.
