Very clean, the ladies in the front are super nice!! The mobile department is in the back so you don't have to go in as much but when/ if you do this is the place to go if your hard on cash. They help you get set up and have a lot of options to help payments.

Sylvia was awesome and such a great help with walking me through the process. She was very informative and was able to move me through the process quickly as well as answer all my questions!

""" Thank you Helen for great customer service at THIS location. My review is for Cash 1 electronic system communications. What a nightmare. The app does not work good and it ended up putting extra $50 in my account that I didn't apply for nor did I get the document to sign for it to authorize it and aThen a couple days later sends me the electronic signed document for another account and a separate loan for that amount that I never signed but it had my initials on it. I only signed and authorized one loan for extra credit. Then my credit union says Cash 1 ended up charging me twice for the extra credit so we are investigating that now. Still in process. I don't trust this app or the electronic system for document signing.

Highly recommend coming here for friendly and fairly fast service. I usually hate these kind of places because the energy and service is off. But I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in and the process was very smooth. I worked with Deandre and he was the best. I spoke with him over the phone before I came and he was very helpful and even more welcoming in person. I probably spent about 15 minutes tops here and it was my first time which speaks volumes.

We've had a loan with this place for a year went in several months ago to pay our loan off and borrow a few hundred dollars more after arguing with the lady for 30 minutes the lady INSISTED that it would be better to just refinance the loan and just add the few hundred dollars and that NOTHING would change...... That was months ago now every payment we automatically have come out of our account has been a day late which they set up that way and only 5$ out of a $70 payment goes to my interest which has NEVER been the case for the past previous year $40 dollars out of $70 payment used to go to my interest so I would say that's a HUGE difference and something that should have been discussed with me at the time of signing which was EXACTLY what we were trying to avoid by just paying the loan off which the worker wouldn't allow us to do..... This place is a scam my husband has called numerous times and we keep getting assured it wouldn't happen again 3 months later nothing is fixed and no one will fix our account!! They are wolves in sheep's clothing!!! NEVER again take your business elsewhere!!!!
