Best company ever!! And so honest! I had a refund that they apparently owed me (big one too!) and when i got assisted Michael and Gracie made sure i knew about it and provided THE BEST customer service experience. And helped me with a loan if i needed, they made everything super easy for me. It sucks to owe money back but its nice to be helped whenever i need it.

This company is by far the worst company. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR LOAN HERE. IM BEGGING YOU ALL. These people are 100000% dishonest and will steal money out of your account without your permission. I have had this happen to me twice now. Keep in mind. My payment was not late. They send me an email every other week with payment info every single time a payment is due. I go in and initiate my payment. There are boxes that ask if I would like automatic payments. I select no. This has not been a problem. Then this morning I wake up to an alert that they have taken money out my account. I call in and talk to Grace who literally tells me that the system did it automatically and there is nothing she can do. I swear. I can not wait to pay this loan off so I can be 100% done with this company. They literally lie to you. Steal your money and then blame their system. Please save yourself sometime and go to another place to get your loan. This place scams people. Again. My payment was not late. I pay it on time every time its due. I can not win with these people. I will pay my loan. I can not stand the blatant lying and disrespect.

I called in for a title loan and I spoke to a girl. I think her name was Chaley. Not sure if I’m spelling that right. She was very nice and informed me of the process and I was surprised at how easy it was. I do need to talk to my husband first to see if he wants us to do it but thank you for not making me feel embarrassed about getting a loan. It’s the last thing I want to do but we are in tough times since I’m the only one working and my husband doesn’t have a job.

Amazing customer service! Professional and patient with everything I didn’t understand. They took the time to explain everything multiple times. Having gone to other loan institutions I could see the difference. The excellent management shows in its employees.

I walked in and was greeted by the whole team of employees it was like I walked into a surprise birthday party. Elijah helped me with my loan. I took out a title loan because I am the sole income in my household with two little ones. Elijah was so helpful with my title loan. I am now well informed on how this loan works and after I pay it off and I’m in need for cash, I will for sure be back.

Great customer service and Kyle was very helpful and the wait time was not long I was in and out with in 20 minutes. I really liked the way that when I was filling out the application he was in putting all my information into the computer so it made the process go by faster and I really liked that cause I was in a hurry so I needed to get in and out in a short time and he really made that happen I really appreciated that. I would recommend my friends to visit this location if they want fast and great customer service. I have a great impression of this CASH1 location and will be coming here if I ever fall short on bills. The customer service here is great, these people really aim to help others out. I have been serviced by Rose, Fernando, and Gracie and these folks are quick and to the point. The application is easy too, as long as you have proof of income, 2 references, and a debit card and/or bank account, you'll get approved for a loan. I have been with this loan agency for about 4 years now and expect to be a customer whenever I need help!

Reynaldo is also great too because I called to let them know my paydate had changed and he changed my due date so I would not be charged late fees.These guys are empathetic and understanding. Thank you guys for everything! Esmeralda helped me with a loan right over the phone. All I needed was my registration and an ID. I got my cash quick and making payments was easy. If I ever need something again I’ll definitely look for Esmeralda.

In the text it says they forgave your debt (not for me these predator lending companies never do) and the text says if you want to avoid paying the tax on the forgiven debt then press this link and they will reinstate your debt of $600. These are the form 1099c Another mistake by CASH1 that they should not be reporting this to IRS because they don't cancel debts. Then you call and no one gets back to you. They tell you a lady name DANIELLE is handling these calls.

with a monthly payment of over $900 and less than $100 going towards the principal - I called to ask about the refinancing option. The representative was extremely rude and basically told me nothing could be done. UPDATE: After talking with Selena, my questions and concerns have been resolved. She was EXTREMELY helpful and was able to provide an even better solution than what I was asking for. I really appreciate Salena taking the time to contact me and she has restored my trust and business in her company. 10 STARS!!

This is my first time at Cash 1. When I entered the store Elijah greeted me with a "hello" and a smile. He is very personable and does not judge you for being there. He got me approved in a very timely manner and was great about answering any question I had. I would highly recommend this location if your ever in need of some short term help.

I went into Cash1 the other day to see if I qualified for a loan because I've been struggling, like a lot of people... I went in without super high hopes because I didnt want to think I would be able to make it by, comfortably, and then end up not being able to... However, Cassandra was super helpful and empathetic with me and my situation. She was able to put in all my info in a timely manner and get me approved for even more than I was looking for! She also let me know that I will keep accruing available credit with on time payments should I ever come down on my luck again and need some extra cash.

My experience coming in here was so amazing! ALL of the staff welcomed me as I walked in and they were ALL so eager to help me. I came down on some hard times and needed some help to pay my bills, eat, etc. I had no other choice but to look into loans.. With no other choice, I admit I walked in a little annoyed (at my situation) and may have had a little bit of an unnecessary attitude. But them being so willing to help me out and reassure me that no judgment is being passed and that they genuinely wanted to help me out really calmed me down. On top of walking out with funds to help me out the rest of the month, I also walked out with a smile.

I would never do business with a cash loan place but keep getting harrasing calls from this place when I have never done business with them. I have explained to them numerous times they have the wrong number and calling a business phone. They will not stop calling. Last lady that called that works at this place became threatening and advised her I will be blocking and reporting them.
