Tasha helped me out but was rude about, she thought she muted herself on the phone and gossiped to a co-worker saying “this guy called like 6 times and it’s not even that much money” you don’t know what type of times people are going through, HORRIBLE customer service.

Went in looking for loan, didn’t not expect the incredible service that i had with the employee Cesar. Kid really knew his stuff, helped me throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns I had, Cesar was right across me ready and more than happy to help answer. Had a friendly attitude the entire time as well, which makes the boring and daunting task of filling out paper work leagues more enjoyable. Besides that seats were comfy, place might need a couple more plants though 😂. I will be coming back when the time is needed !!!!!

Amazing customer service! everything was done quickly smoothly, one of the representative "DeeAndre" helped me at this location on Country Club & University & what a wonderful person he is, very polite kind. I mentioned a problem I had with my pet and without asking he guided me into fixing the problem. I never experienced this ever I been here more than once with other customers and never experienced this, he is amazing I strongly recommend this place, I know in time in need if I ever need a loan this will be my #1 to go too. Amazing customer service!!! Not only did they get everything done quickly for me, my rep Angel was extremely polite and kind. I’ve taken out loans 3 or 4 times with them before at other locations and never have I gotten this great experience. Also found out another location lied to me about my Max amount I was approved for, was told $750 but really was $1500! If you’re looking to take out a loan come here, you won’t regret it! Wow this place was quick with a small generous loan spoke to Savannah over the phone the first time for some information about a loan, and i called the second time for some additional information and spoke to Sonya., which both did a great job in answering my questions. I emailed them what they required for a loan. I contacted them to notify them i submitted all that was needed on the email they provided for me. Shortly after i received my loan in my bank account in 20 minutes time, and that submitting my information via email and they asked me a few questions confirming my info, and then they sent me a text approving my loan and i had to click on the link to sign it to approve my loan agreement and i received the money in my bank right away, Awesome job!

Update - Cecillia was quite rude on the phone, and automatically jumped to conclusions that I was everybody else. And snapped at me when I asked for a payment extention. She say "that's being offered freely to too many people, and I've already talked to my staff about that." I told her "I would hate to have you as a supervisor, The way you are coming at me." Sounds like that chick needs a vacation

I went in to cash 1 the other day and was helped by one of the managers there, named Ian. He had great customer service skills but more than that he really cared about the situation I was in and was going to do his best to help me. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Overall I walked out of there feeling much better then I had walking in. It's not everyday you meet people in customer service that you feel truly care. Most times people in these positions just go through the motion of their day to day job. Ian was very personable and seemed to have a passion for helping others. I would definitely recommend Cash 1 to my friends and family.

Wow what a beautiful, quick, easy, and very very comfortable experience! I worked with Cecilia who was so pleasant kind and helpful, I was welcomed with a hello immediately, they had an easy to use computer to print form needed and I think it took like 15min for everything to be completed.
