I come here to get money orders to pay my rent. Every time I come here doesn't matter the time I wait at least 15 min before I get to a window. You can clearly see that there are multiple employees (all female) and only one employee working a window. And if you get lucky you get to a window but then they tell you hold on so they can answer the phone to help that customer. So again your waiting. I write this review as im currently waiting in line. When I first came in there were three people waiting, two employees working the windows with current customers. One employee left the window after she was done with that customer and went to the back. It's 11 o'clock in the morning and I highly doubt that she needs a lunch break. And if a break was needed I believe that customer should always come first. That's if you want good customer service. In my opinion. People have schedules, time frames and to make your customers stand here and wait until the employee is ready to assist you is poor business.

If I could give no stars I would. I would go to any other check cash before you go here. Horrible customer service not professional, no respect or courtesy for people who have disabilities.

Me and my boyfriend had a family Emergency and needed a payday loan went in there today waited 40 mins with my child just to be told there was nothing they could do for me the lady was very disrespectful not helpful didn’t even try to make it work the worst cash Advance place you could go to.

Went there yesterday and got helped by i believe her name was Yolanda,she help me with paying my payday loan she's very kind and always smiling great place and friendly staff.💯

The lady with blonde hair white Mexican she is so disrespectful and rude with a really bad customer service

They were judmental and made a dessicion based on appearence because i explained to miss JENN" that i had a on line bànk account with CURRENT and she said fine on the phone. Now i came pretty long ways to get this loan to get dennied that they dont accept current banking. Thats very disrestpectfull, waste off my gas and time....

Very nice and beautiful service, I had a good experience here with the friendly staff. They also wear goofy outfits sometimes which I find fun

This place can not carry cash to save their business. 3 times now I’ve gone to get money from western Union and they can’t pay me because “they are out of funds”.
