It is a waste of time going to this place, this was my first and it will be my last time going to this place, wasted over 25 mins of my time for a check I wanted to cash, I got upset n had to ask for my check n ID back. After asking for personal info n verifying the source of the check, that wasn’t enough for him... so unprofessional. I wish there was half a star bcos that is what they deserve.

Wasted a good hour of my time. Just wanted to cash a check, they made me fill out a form and put all my personal information on there just to find out they won't cash it. They should tell me that from the get go, dont waste peoples time.

I’ve been cashing my checks with this place for years I recently started another job and understand that they have to verify the gentleman that helped did all he could to verify they googled with him matched the address to the phone number I gave them but the manger was very rude and would not give me her name I think it was shawni younger Hispanic lady he was try to get her assistants and she’s texting and answering personal calls then when she finally did come she was rude

I needed a place to cash my checks outside of my bank. The staff was great and cashed sizable checks for me. The cash was low at the time I arrived, but they told me to wait for 15 minutes and they would help me out. I was grateful because my bank would have placed a hold on the money. My check was from the state of California. The funds are easily verified and they helped me cash 4-5 checks. Just know that you will have to decide if paying 73.00 to 80.00 is worth it for checks over 2,000.00

I could deal with their costumer service. We all have to deal with bad employees some how. But what happened in my case, I cashed my cheque here and they gave me a counterfit bill. I highly recommend not to go there if you did go there not to trust them and check your bills. They got me. I work hard for my money, it's not easy to take money away. Penny counts as well. What a shame . This place needs to shut down immidatly. If I had power I would file a complain and shut this place down. Fake 20$ bill. That's a shame for this company.

I went to pick up cash from western union.it was $357 dollars.the lady in the middle window who did not want to give her name was so rude.she was not professional at all.she told me that she didnt have any cash.where i see the other employee giving 1200 to a customer at another window.this employee who was helping me was very rude.didnot no how to talk to customers.do not go there.
