Everyone was very responsive, and they have a great system for submitting documents and filling out paperwork--it was all very easy, which I appreciated as I'm usually pretty busy with work during the day. This is our third time working with Casey and I couldn’t be happier with the our recent experience. #TLDR My husband and I paused any plans of buying another home given how extremely competitive the real estate market is in Walnut Creek. Lo and behold, our dream house pops up on Zillow on a Friday morning. I reach out to Casey in the afternoon seeking pre-approval to make an offer on the house. Next day Saturday, we find out that offers were due on Monday so we message Casey to see if he can help expedite our pre-approval. He was able to pull through and we were able to submit our offer on Monday. After our offer was accepted, we were able to close in 21 days. Throughout the entire process, Casey and his team were very responsive, proactive, knowledgeable, and worked to get us the best rates possible.
