Mark’s organization, efficiency, clarity and frequent communication with me and my husband regarding our reverse mortgage was exemplary. He answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. Highly Recommend! Mark and his team kept me well informed throughout the refinance process. I got voicemails, emails, and texts on the progress. Buying a house can be very stressful or pleasant. Mister Mark made sure my experience was very smooth as much as possible. He took the time, patiently, explaining the whole process -and it is a big one- but so worth it! With his explanatory emails and phone calls advising step by step what was about to occur and anticipating on what and how is it done the entire application and whole documentation needed, helped me with anxiety and deal with it getting things done correctly and timely.
