Great experience from start to finish very helpful and professional and most importantly humble Fernando was the kind of salesman I like humble but still knowledgeable and friendly, leaving my wife and I choose the suv that we liked and loved !!!Then when we went to finance great service and information as well with Sergio great guy!! Well trained I should know I’m in the same business, and his boss Martin great couple of guys we even exchanged numbers to have lunch in a later date can say enough, filled up our new vehicle with gas washed it and still next day Fernando our sales guy took the liberty to take our second key all the way to my office !!!!! Ruben was great! He answered questions before l took my car in then helped set up appt for next day. Very professional. Considering how busy the service dept is, they seem to be pretty organized and fairly quick. I also appreciate the fact the final prices were as quoted not changed and he kept myself and husband in the know with what repairs were needed in my the future giving us an opportunity to make a decision to have work done or wait. No lie I was searching for alot of dealerships around the area and I just couldn't find anything, it may seem sketchy from afar but when you actually go in they take good care of you and make sure you're good. Oliver was there for me the whole time and made sure I left with a car, he didn't give up on me no matter how many questions I asked and he did not make it a hard time at all. If you go in ask for Oliver because he really got you like that! Great dealership hope to see the building upgrade soon.

Took my car here for an oil change and tire rotation. Took about 1.5 hours. I stayed with my car at the dealership and the lobby area was nice. When I got my car back there was oil inside the door, on the steering wheel and on the hand lever. Total bummer! Luckily I had stuff to clean it. But other than that it was a quick-ish experience

Leonard was very friendly however I did encounter a few issues. I originally took my car to get an oil change on 2/11. At this time my husband was informed that due to the mileage on the vehicle additional maintenance was needed. We kindly declined and Informed him that we would be coming back to get it done soon. Dropped off my car on Saturday 3/19 to have the additional services done. I was provided a rental due to the fact that it would not be done until Monday. I was perfectly fine with this due to the fact that I was not going to be without a car I drove the car straight home and parked it. A few hours later I got back in the car to find that the tire had gone completely flat. Called the dealership and was told there was nothing that could be done until Monday. Thankfully my husband knew how to put on the spare. 2nd issue - I was not Informed that another oil change would be done. I was charged for it again although i just had it done the month prior. $54.40 from the first oil change down the drain. I didn’t even receive an updated sticker on the windshield. I spoke with Leonard and he has assured me that my next oil change will be free. Although my experience wasn’t great. He saved me from being an irate customer.

We had services done on an Altima we owned that unfortunately was totaled out not too long after. The safety features helped keep my wife and son safe so we knew we wanted to stay with Nissan. The service department had contacted me as a follow up checking in and reminding us of an upcoming service and when we had informed them that the car was totaled they asked us to come in and see if they could help us get into a new car so we were not stranded. Long story short, Barry helped us get our budget together and see what he could get us in and worked with us to get us in a new Rogue which is what we wanted. Thank you Barry and Nissan! Service was quick and efficient- I was out of there in an hour and 20.minites with an oil change, free multipoint inspection and carwash. Service Advisor Leonard Quintana presented my options for added work clearly and with no pressure. I will be returning shortly for some of the work.

Called Casa and spoke to Leonard Quintana. He set an appointment for service. When I arrived he was amazing. He demonstrated good vehicle knowledge and provided a list of service needed beyond what I was seekng. We agreeded to do some of the work and more at a later date. I never felt pressured to have repairs done that I had not planned for. All the service was completed and the vehicle was returned a spotless condition. The vehicle operates wonderfully. Leonard kept me informed throughout the day as to the status of my vehicle. Everyone I had contact with at Casa was polite and helpful. Very impressed the Casa. Will drive to El Paso again since this dealership, and Leonard, has really been impressive.

I have been servicing my car for many years through casa Nissan. I can confidently say that they do not care about their customers. They are very dismissive of car issues that you may have and will give you the run around. Representatives have even disclosed to me that they hit the cars that are being serviced but just do not say anything unless they’re highly noticeable. It’s unfortunate that the service is so bad because I like Nissans.

Keyscha has always gone above and beyond when I was inquiring about purchasing a car through casa Nissan....she didn't want to put me into just anything and did her best to find something that we liked. Don’t recommend at will make you waste your time , they’ll get you to sign the all the paperwork , paint out a paper plate and will make you wait hours. Just so they can tell you at the end, oh there wasa mistake on our end, the vehicle you just got approved was already a sold to someone else .

So today at service department mister ceaser was being rude and didn’t want to listen to what needed to be done on my car so I waited two hours for an oil chance and air filter and cabin filter to be changed after two hours of no call to pick up my car all that was done was an oil change after I asked for all of the about to be done they left out the rest the rest of the staff was amazing front desk and service guys helped out a lot and amazing workers … just your guy ceaser was a joke and so rude please keep in mind one persons mess up isn’t the hole teams fault thank u for making it right in the end

Linda is awesome and has a great personality. She did great on helping me get what I wanted. I saw a 2018 Rogue Midnight Edition online and told her about it and she did her best to help me get it even with 2 trucks(Rams 2015 and 2016) under my name and as you can see they are recent trucks so I still have a lot to pay in both of them. She even stayed late. They close at 9pm and I didnt get there till 8pm and walked out with my new SUV at 11pm. She even picked up the SUV the next day from work to get a full detail and bring it back. I didn't have to take it my self since she actually offered to do that and she did. If you are looking to buy a vehicle from Casa Nissan ask for Linda Ross. You won't be disappointed.

Casa Nissan said they couldn't do anything about it because I didn't purchase their $5000 GAP, what does GAP have to do with ya'll selling vehicles with mechanical issues?? This was the first time visiting and having my vehicle serviced at this location. I have been to multiple locations in three states and in each state I have my own particular place to visit, California-El Cajon Nissan, Oklahoma-Lawton Nissan, and finally Texas-Casa Nissan. I recommend this location for vehicle service. The one thing that annoys me the most is when I take my vehicle in for service and then within the hour I receive a telephone call, being informed my vehicle needs additional service. I can not stand being nickel and dime to death with service. All I want is the service I requested!!! However, if the service representative later informs me about the POSSIBLY needed service and the service representative has listed the type of service needed, along with the price quotes, the time frame to complete the repair I will more than likely pick the service I want. Hopefully, other service representatives are like the person that assisted me.

I took my mom’s vehicle in for a diagnosis for a check engine light alert. My service advisor Martin advised the issue was determined to be with the engine control module (ECM). He gave me a quote of $1000 to replace it. I asked for a breakdown for this charge; parts, labor etc… Martin advised me the ECM alone would cost over $500. After discussing the repair cost with my mom for her vehicle, she stated she could not afford it at the moment. I called Martin back and asked if I could purchase the ECM online and have him install and program it or just program it. Martin gave me a quote of about $220 for just programming the ECM. I thought this would be a good way for my mother to afford the repair. This next part is where my experience went south. I asked Martin if he could provide me the part number so I can purchase it online through Nissan’s website but he refused to provide me the part number. I stated again that I would be purchasing the OEM part through Nissan but he just stated that he could not give me the part number. I found this strange, but thanked him for his help in diagnosing the problem and also addressing the 2 vehicle recalls that came up. After I got home I researched Nissan’s online site for the ECM. The ECM that I located based on the vehicle’s VIN was priced around $350 and not over $500 as Martin had initially coded me. It was clear to me now that Martin, and perhaps Nissan, put profit over customer service and driver safety. I’m not sure if Martin is simply acting in the direction given to him by the dealership he works for, or if he’s more concerned about his performance metrics, or if this is a reflection of Nissan overall. Either way, I am deeply disappointed and will never return to Casa Nissan. UPDATE 12/06/21: Thank you for your reply Mr./Mrs. owner. I must insist and highlight two key points you may have misunderstood. First, as a consumer of your product, I need to trust that the information that is being provided to me is accurate. I don’t expect Martin or any other service advisor to memorize the cost of every part or service provided at Casa Nissan, but I do expect for him to use the resources that I’m sure you’ve made available at his fingertips to confirm accurate pricing information. After all, I paid your diagnostic fee for an accurate assessment of the vehicle’s issue and repair cost. Second, you mentioned you practice transparency. If this the case, then why didn’t Martin provide me with an itemized breakdown of the repair charges as I had requested? In handwriting he simply wrote “ecm 1000.” Lastly, why would Martin refuse to provide me with the part number needed after I asked him for it? Transparency? No, not in my case.

Although we cannot speak directly about this situation since we were not present, we are hoping to get more information about what happened. As we don't know if Martin was giving you an approximation on the cost of the part or looking directly at the invoice when he quoted you. We do everything we can to always be transparent with our customers and we hate to hear that a possible miscommunication may have happened here. Please know that we will look into the matter by having our service manager get with Martin about this case. Please accept our apologies and know that we do not ever want to mislead a customer on on price for any reason. For anyone trying to work the COSTCO Auto Program. I went in cause I spoke to one of the managers about the Costco auto program and about trading in a vehicle. The manager just sent me to one of the sales guys. Long story short, they don’t honor Costco auto program, they don’t even show you the Costco sheet, and they want to sell you the 2022 Frontiers 10k over the asking price on the window sticker

PLEASE GO TO KEYSCHA!! She was amazing my mom really needed a car and we just didn’t have anybody who would help us. We went to her on Monday and sadly didn’t get approved by a bank but we went with the in house financing and she insured my mom would be driving home with a car on Tuesday and sure enough we was!! She’s amazing she literally came and picked us up and everything! We’ll never go to nobody else!

Absolutely awful. I came in on a Saturday at 7am for a 7:15am appointment. The line was in to the street, which is fine since I thought I have an appointment I will get seen first. Not the case. I left the dealership at 10:30 after just an oil change and 2 filter replacements. I was a waiter since I thought it would be a short job. It took over 3 hours to complete. And I was never given a time estimate on how long it would take. Either the walk ins went before me or your appointment site is trash, but there was no way over 15 cars had an appointment at the same time. If that’s the case what’s the point of making an appointment? I worked in the service department at a dealership before so I try to be understanding. But 3 hours for a waiter appointment for an oil change and 2 filters? I would’ve been fired. And you guys sell so many vehicles and can’t upgrade your service department? Your bay fits like 6-8 cars max: overall I was extremely disappointed with the service

Bought a family vehicle 3 weeks ago, was told we’d get a call in a week to go back and get our oil sensor fixed when the part came in. It’s now three weeks… we got a call for our inspection rather than the oil sensor. With the check engine light being on it wasn’t going to pass inspections. Common sense. Brought the car in Tuesday 6/21 @8 am and we were told it would be ready by 12-1. They fixed the sensor but told us there was a broken part in which wouldn’t come in until 6/22 and we would for sure have the car back 6/22 by the end of the day. We were given a inconveniently small car for our growing family.. we simply don’t fit. Its 6/23 now, we’ve called and messaged them and there was absolutely no updates given to us at all. I personally called the service manager and was promised a call back. I ended up calling back to find he was gone for the day. We are now going on 4 days as of 6/24 with no updates or no vehicle. Absolutely horrible service. They just take your money, you get the car off their hands and they toss you to the side when there’s an issue. “Home of the nice guys” when everyone has been doing nothing but give terrible service. 10/10 don’t recommend buying a car from them.

Jesus was amazing. I had a small rubber piece that came off the rear passenger side of my car. He made sure it was ordered so they can replace it when it comes in. It took exactly the amount of time to do the oil change he stated. He kept me informed.! Very pleased

I had a real bad experience with the service, from trying to contact them and having them contact me. I guess when I got lucky and I was able to have someone answer the phone, I was “advised” by Orlando that the tech was running the diagnostic and he would contact me for the outcome. After that, a full day 24 hrs passed and Orlando sent me a text to let me know that I could reach him at a phone number via text or call… lies, I left several messages letting him know that I needed the status of my vehicle. On that day I didn’t receive a call; until the following day and it was not Orlando. I was contacted by another person from service, he was just following up for Orlando. My vehicle has been there since Monday 11am and it’s Thursday 7pm and the vehicle is still there. I got a towing service to have my vehicle taken out of there and it hasn’t been taken out, WHY? Because Orlando did not answer him phone to confirm with the tow driver. I can prove all this with my call log on my phone.

They told me it's gonna take 2 hours to do an oil change. It took longer. They took too long that after the 3 and a half hour mark, I went to ask how much longer for a simple oil change. Then they told me they wanna take another "hour" or so to other adjustments but I was in a rush myself after the 3 hour mark. Turns out they had my oil changed for I don't know how long and never bothered calling me but still have the audacity to tell me about the other adjustments and to wait a little longer. I told them I ONLY WANTED the oil change. Don't try to anything else. Their excuse for taking long was "short staffed". How about you hire reliable workers and instead of giving me an excuse for your scheduling.

I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend Casa NIssan if you have a vehicle to trade in. Having come looking for a Hybrid SUV, I brought a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder Silver Edition that runs great and looks great, too, and was offered an insulting $750 for it. Yes, seven hundred and fifty dollars for the vehicle pictured. Get Real! I wound up buying a new VW Jetta from Hoy Family Auto and kept the Pathfinder that I do love, so now I have four vehicles! UPDATE: Traded in my Jetta for TWO Tiguans, an SE and an SEL at Hoy Family Auto. Randy Rangel and his co-workers are THE BEST!!!

** UPDATE - I have tried calling a couple time and I keep getting a voicemail, can someone please tell me when I can come by and pick up my engine cover? *** So I took my car to service about three weeks ago. They told me I might have something wrong with my transmission but it’s not serious. I also got an oil change…well I popped open my hood last night and something didn’t seem right…it looked odd…then I realize they NEVER put back on my engine cover…it’s gone! I want it back!!! I tried calling today but I kept kept a voicemail for service!!

Terrible experience. We got approved for a car and while we had the salesman run all the paperwork, we went for lunch since we had been there all morning, we got back and turns out they sold the car even though they knew we were on our way to go back for it and they made us sign all the paperwork prior to leaving. Our salesman was Adrian Castro and his manager was Jimmy. Don’t work with them. No wonder car salesmen have a bad reputation.

Well they started out great. They give you the attention you want. Then they tell you they can help you get what you want. Then they tell you are approved. Then they tell you they will hold the vehicle for you. Then they sell the car you were promised it would be on hold. Then they bring you a car thats a 4 cylinder......I mean really what am I going to do with a 4 cylinder. Sell Ice cream. Ohh let me add that I asked, " let me take the 4 cylinder so my wife can at least see it." "Not until the bank approved me of it. let us do all this tomorrow." I was told. I'm still waiting like a prom date that got stud up for that call. At least an explanation. . Nice guys, message to the owners. Make sure your guys at least give you an answer. They just straight up ghosted me. I guess only the people with good credit get the nice guys.

Not a full complimentary service on new vehicle bought at casa nissan also, no promotional options, was promised a 1k rebate that wasn't included in the price.. I was already crunched for time so I didn't notice everything. I wanted the Rouge 21. I wanted it at whatever cost. I got it , but come to think of it I wouldn't ve gotten it if I knew they weren't gonna keep their word.

Poor Customer Service from the help desk reps that take the appointments to the advisors that hand off you car. When I newly called to set up my appointment, I informed them of the reason for my appointment. The service desk did not inform me that their shuttle service would not be available at drop off, or that the diagnostic service would be $132. My car was going to be services all day according to advisor. I had figured all that info once I got to my appointment through the advisor. When my car was finish the advisor offer a few other improvements which I turn down at that moment. He asked if they could wash my car (external) as a complimentary, to which agree and they did do a good job. After like 30min I headed to the cashier which told me that my car was ready and I asked if it had been ready she said yes. Then I went ahead and asked why I was not inform and she said that everyone checks out at cashiers. To which I asked again, ( same question) and she said that my advisor should have inform me that it was ready. He did not, I had to figure out myself when I went to check on it after sometime. Bottomline, I attempted to give Nissan the benefit of the doubt by continuing with them servicing my car, but still left feeling the same about Nissan. Time and Covid sure has change things around this place.

Our sales person, Gino went above and beyond to make this sale as easy as possible for my wife and I. With my wife’s mother gravely I’ll in the hospital and the fact that we live in Las Cruces time was definitely a factor in trying to obtain the last new Leaf in the greater El Paso area. Brought my 2016 Maxima in to check the valve body AGAIN, 3rd time it failed ($1200 each time). Was told the 1 year warranty had not expired, but the 12,000 miles was now at 13,000. Service had my car for 6 days to tell me that. Cannot believe that Nissan’s Flagship car has such a bad transmission. Googled the valve body complaints and they are rampant on the internet. Sad to see as I have always loved my Maxima’s. Never again. Was told to correct the problem, I needed a new transmission, yet, when brought to service while under warranty, I was told it was only the valve body. I trust mechanics to tell me the truth and correct the issues, but in this case, they avoided the transmissions only to band-aid the issue until it was no longer covered. Sad.

Don't leave your stuff inside your cars when you take them in. Took in my car to get a oil change and a wash and I figured I'd leave my hat in the car. Come to find out, one of their poor excuse of an employee took it upon themselves to wear my hat while they washed it, and threw it back in all soaking wet like I wouldn't notice. Ridiculous and down right sad. If they do this to personal belongings, I can only imagine what they do to your cars when they "fix" them.

Tried making a purchase the two ways I have in hand my American Express named account and threw Special Duty exemptions, read I already paid uncle Sam back and more than I could spend in a lifetime. One call or one code in their register would have sealed the deal. "I don't want to call American Express because it rings our account" are you trying to pay me for a vehicle, I was a pixie at JC Penny and we had a code for tax exemptions. Then they look at me like I should call a cab when they picked me up under the impression that the deal was go. Disappointed at those Lohenbroughs, half wish I'd never extracted for that family if this is the way they conduct business.

The customer service was not great, except for the cashier (she was good). The gentlemen who took my car at the entrance did not made an effort for my entire service to be performed the same day, I arrived at 7am, and at 9 am they told me to return in a different day to finish with the service. They still continued to take cars as I was leaving. I mentioned the situation to other employees and they were rude.
