Armed Forces Bank Pleasonton Rd, Fort Bliss

Great place to do business here in Fort Bliss. I was able to do business with them even I don't have an account on this bank. It is an easy way on base to get bank services done and no lines! USAA failed me again but this bank helped me out. Make sure you ask for Liz

Shannon and lynn have been the best help in my adventurous spiral of bad news with my taxes and income. They gave me great advice as to where to resolve my issues information on how to acess my estatements and get it free along with how to get around post. I have been banking with armed forces since 2008 and i have never had a bad experience i can think about. Every issue was and always will be resolved when it comes to these two and the bank. There is a lady there that has terrible customer serviceI didn’t catch here name but she was extremely rude and would answer my questions with an attitude. Definitely considered switching banks if it wasn’t thanks to chstomer service chat online who were very apologetic and answered all my questions and helped with my account. The girl looks in her late 30s early 40 light brown hair wih highlights.

The tellers over there are the best! They provide the most professional, courteous, fast and friendly customer service that I have ever encountered!

Don't judge this bank by this branch. The people here are rude. I have not found a person that has been pleasant yet. They're always understaffed and they're slow. I'm currently writing this review, sitting in their drive thru, this lady has been sitting in front of me for over 20 minutes, to get something done. I can see that they have three people behind the main desk, they have a cone sitting in the second lane, and when I try to pull up to the open lane right next to the building, I was told to sit behind the lady in line 3. If it wasn't for the fact that their corporate office are very pleasant and nice, and the PX Branch people are very nice, I would have been finished this bank over 2 years ago. This branch is an absolute joke and a waste of time, they are inconvenience to the military personnel living literally across the street. PS I've just finished my review and haven't moved out yet.
