    Hands down the best experience. Mike was very helpful throughout the process, he was very open about everything going on with the deal. From payments, to interest rates, to terms to approval odds. He made sure that we were satisfied with the outcome of the deal. He made sure to get us the best monthly payments he could. He made my family and I feel welcomed. He acknowledged everyone present including my children, which not many do. Overall satisfied and greatly with my purchase! Not only is Casa Ford a great place to go car shopping, but make sure you ask for Mike!

    My wife and I are traveling the country, pulling a travel trailer with our 2013 Ford F250. I had a transmission pan and a radiator leak in Big Bend National Park. Early in our travels, we also had the airbag light come on. I good nearest Ford Dealer and found Casa Ford. I called the Parts Department and got with Oscar. He was extremely nice, friendly, and very helpful. I bought all of the parts from him. During our conversation, I asked Oscar to recommend advisor to assist us with the airbag issue, and he introduced me to Craig. Craig assured me he could get his guy to diagnose and correct the problem. We set an appointment for 2 days later. I arrived at 8am and the shop was completed with diagnostics and clockspring replacement by 10:30. The prices and services were awesome. With the assistance of Oscar in parts and Craig in service, we were happily back on the road. Both of these guys were awesome and I highly recommend Casa Ford.

    We made an appointment to drop our car off for a FRIDAY. We were told they needed to keep the car the entire weekend for a diagnostic. Seemed a little weird but we did it. We were told it’ll be ready for pick up Monday afternoon. When Monday came, we were told we dropped the car off late on FRIDAY. Sure that’s fine…. We dropped it off at 3 PM. 72 HOURS later Monday at 3 PM . No one had touched the car or even ran a diagnostic test for the vehicle. IT WAS then said “the cars are lined up and that’s how we work on them” however if I MADE an appointment and was told it’ll be ready Monday, I shouldn’t have this issue. Our car sat there for 72 hours and no one touched it. I’d recommend getting work done at another dealership who sticks to their promises because I’m confused as to how Friday, Saturday, Sunday AND MONDAY…. We couldn’t even get a diagnostics test. They should also better communicate how things work and ensure no one is under the impression that they actually follow through with their appointments.

    10/10 Great Experience First I wanna thank Robert in the Service department, very helpful! I went in for a recall on my 2014 Ford Fusion and everybody I spoke to was very friendly. It was my first time being to a professional dealership and i will say I felt welcome, and just icing on the cake they got it done the same day!     My vehicle sat for two weeks before even having work started, after I was informed it would be all done within two weeks. No call or email updates to inform me of delay. Three additional weeks later and $8500 down, I receive my vehicle back in less than optimal condition. Had doors serviced. Cannot unlock my passenger door. Had new brakes installed. Braking is worse now than with old brakes. Full service and tune-up. Engine runs as well as before with worse gas mileage. Stereo mount broken during services and not even repaired. Lack of customer service and lack of quality job very disappointing for length of time and money spent.

    At first the guy’s were very respectful and consistent. they really wanted me to get in the vehicle asap. when it came time to talk price and numbers they were not trying to work with any numbers. their prices were set. i told them i found the same exact model and less mileage for less price. when that happened they pretty much cut me off and told me to hit the road. very disrespectful when they told me “well go get that one then”. i’ve never been to a dealership that didn’t want you make a deal on a vehicle and not even bring the price down $1. felt like they just wanted my money and wasted my time. no thank you! if i ever have to come back to this dealership ill definitely not speak with the same individuals.

    I took my car for a scheduled oil change and state inspection, and it took more than 2 hours. I know going in that I may pay a little more than the other stand alone oil lube places, but it’s worth it if you have a scheduled time and they do a thorough check. After 2 hours I asked how much longer is it going to take for the second time, they informed me of all the recommendations of service that is needed, with a “but you probably don’t have time for that.” Lastly I did not pass my state inspection because of the darkness on the window tint. However as I looked around, almost every vehicle around had just the same tint if not darker than mine. When I asked for an explanation, the service supervisor showed me the gadget and did the test again. It failed. I understood that it failed but I wanted to know why my vehicle failed when all others look the same or even much darker. He shrugged and said “I am just working on your vehicle…I don’t know about others.” This was the supervisors response. The overall experience was unprofessional and disappointing. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

    Everyone very friendly, courteous. I arrived around 11:45 am & it was very busy already. I left the truck & ran errands with my spouse and time passed by quickly. I received a call later in the afternoon that everything was done. The interior & exterior was left clean after service. I should have come earlier in the morning to get service but regardless of what time I showed up, everything went great

    Finally got my MKZ in for recall. My car was pretty dirty as it is end of Jan. They did the work needed, cleaned my car in and out. The staff was super friendly, and knowledgeable. They shuttled my husband from the dealership back to our home. The driver was great, drove my husband home safely and he enjoyed their conversation.

    Had a few issues with my car back in October 2021 and took it to Viva Ford to be fixed, ended up leaving my car there for 3 months with nothing fixed. The same issues came up again and instead chose Casa Ford to fix the problems. Jesse had my car completely fixed and out of the shop in two weeks and even had a shuttle come pick me up to get my car when it was ready. I can’t express enough how relieving it was to have consistent communication and quick work done!

    Ordered our 2022 bronco in January and just picked up today! Great experience, no hassle and Jose was awesome to work with. We were definitely skeptical of paying MSRP because other dealerships are marking a broncos up significantly, but we paid no more than MSRP. Truly happy with our experience and vehicle!!

    If I could leave one star I would. My husband and I went in to see a used SUV and have our vehicle appraised for a trade in value. When entering we passed the service desk where a young employee (looks like he barely graduated high school)was having a conversation that sounded personal on the phone and was speaking rather rudely to the other person. A few minutes later an elderly gentleman lost his temper with the young man and other young male employees got involved but it only made the elderly man more irate. An older employee had to take the man outside to calm him down. When they left I was appalled by what I saw. A group of young employees gathered by the door fistbumping each other about ganging up on the old man laughing and patting each other on the back. All this in front of customers. All these young men have no clue about customer service or decent public behavior. The display was a perfect exhibit of male toxicity and the sleazy car salesman image. I asked my husband to leave. I am too old school to call myself a feminist but these lazy, rude little boys definitely makes me sympathize with todays women. We left and went next door to Nissan. Those people were very respectful and helpful and really were “nice guys”.

    Disappointed in the follow up and inability to set proper expectations by the sales team. I came in to order a vehicle and after sleeping on it for a night decided to move forward. Unless I was requesting specifics I received one word replies. There was very little engagement by the sales rep. For a rep claiming 17 years of experience in the industry you would expect more. They seem to be used to the laydowns and not having to follow up and communicate effectively with customers. Would not recommend purchasing from here in the current environment.

    Jesse really went above and beyond to answer all questions and I had tons! We contacted multiple shops and even had one double the amount of money for the same job, they charged me far less. It took about 9 days to get it back so that was the only downfall, but honestly for the care we recieved, that wasn't horrible. Overall, from now on, I'll be taking my Explorer back to casa ford. I really appreciate jesse and the mechanics who got my vechicle back on the road. Thank you!

    Casa Ford did an amazing job, and treated me like family. I’m a single mother that had a hard time getting to my rental car while my vehicle was being fixed. They offered to both drop me off and pick me up from the airport so I could get to my rental car with my son. I won’t go anywhere else, and you shouldn’t either.

    I originally placed a reservation in July 2021 with Shamaley Ford and they told me they would contact me reserved a Ford Bronco in Dec 2021 due to the amount of reservation they already had. The inventory sales manager told me they were selling at reservation orders at MSRP. I called Casa Ford and asked them what the wait time was to place an order and the salesman told me that they could place my order before Dec 2021. I placed a reservation in Aug 2021, order was placed in Sep 2021. Prior to making my reservation and order, I asked my salesman if I was going to get my order at MSRP, he said yes. My salesman sent me text picture with the total price with my order. I agreed with the specifications and the price so he placed my order. I received an email from Ford.com that my truck was arriving soon so I called my salesman to get a breakdown and a rough estimate to include TT&L. Now they want to add $5000 for market adjustment!!! On May 6th, I went to the dealership and spoke to my salesman and asked if I could speak with a sales manager, I spoke to Jeffrey Curtis and he told me that they could not honor the MSPR and that the $5000 was a market adjustment price and that they couldn't sell the vehicle at the MSRP. On that same day, I asked Jeffrey if I could speak to the General Manager. I was told he was in a meeting and they didn't know till what time he would be out, so Jeffrey asked me if I wanted to go get something to eat and he would call me when the GM became available. I called that evening at around 5pm and I was told the GM had already left for the day and he was going to be out of town for the weekend. Today is May 14th and I still have not heard back from the GM, Sales Manager or salesman. My truck is scheduled to arrive between May 15 and May 21. So much for their slogan, "Home of the nice guys." I called Shamaley and spoke to the inventory manager and he told me if Casa is willing to transfer the vehicle to them, he would gladly sell it to me for MSRP. Inventory Manager even gave me his dealer code number. I spoke to another Bronco owner that made her reservation at Viva Ford and she told me they sold her her Bronco for MSRP.

    Horrible experience with the part’s department. I went in yesterday 04/22/2022 after ordering my parts online that said ready for pickup, Raul Olvera was the part’s associate there. He said they only had one part available but assured me he was have everything by the next day 04/23, i called the next day before going and he said stop by in an 1 hour and we should be good to go. I went back to pick up my order and he was missing one item I politely let him know that he was still missing one item and he laughed and said “Oh i forgot, let me go get it” after 5 minutes he came to the front and said it would be here till monday 04/25. I asked him why the story had changed yet again being that he had assured me everything would be here today and he said “it was my fault for just showing up without getting a email from him saying my order was ready”. As a customer First of all I don’t work for Ford nor am i on Casa ford payroll this is unacceptable extremely rude as this is not my fault I did not show up asking for free parts I paid for items I was told they could deliver and now this is the experience I received. My family has been coming here for years to purchase vehicles, service and purchase parts and this is by far the worst experience I have ever received I will never purchase anything from here nor recommend this dealership at all.

    When I bought my car, Jose was great back in 2020. He helped me set everything up, helped me get car insurance etc. They really do assist, but unfortunately I am giving a 1 star because the Service Dept hasn't been that way when it comes to maintenance. I started having problems getting my car serviced last year, and rude customer service anytime I would call. I called this morning to set up an appointment for my state inspection and the woman who answered was unhelpful. She stated she didn't have any days available until next week, I had to ask her well.... I know that because today is Friday. So which days are available....? lol...I understand you guys are busy. But she seemed as if she didn't want to deal with me ... After asking again, She stated the times and finally the day, which is Wednesday. After telling her I work Monday through Friday, if there's another day I can schedule? So I can take the day or time off ahead of time she said No. I asked Ok well.... can I drop my car off, is there a day where I can make an appointment and just take it? She said no. I then asked her so you can't help me at all then? She said No again. They're booked all week. My inspection is up in May, but she didn't tell me if they're booked all of May too, just that she simply can't help me. If you buy a car here, they are very helpful. But get a trusted mechanic, don't bring your vehicle back for servicing.... also I used to take it for scheduled oil changes and maintenance. I stopped taking my car when they wouldn't schedule an appointment and my engine was making a weird noise. They kept referring me to the KIA Dealership who also didn't want to set up an appointment ... I took it to another mechanic, where i was shown how black and gooey my oil was, and was told it looks like it hadn't been changed in a year. I used to take it every 3-4 months to change my oil because I put alot of mileage on my car. I drive a lot.... Never taking back to this service center again Recommend to others MAKE SURE they did the services they charged you for as well. I ended up doing a full tune up somewhere else and getting all fluids changed, oil changed etc because I had no idea they never did it the times I took it regularly.

    I went to Casa Ford on 3 January 2022 to place an order for 2022 F350 Super Duty. I chose Casa because another local Ford dealership told me they mark up their Super Duty trucks $5k over MSRP. When I went to Casa, the salesman that I ordered through, Pete, told me they charge MSRP pricing. I placed my order that day. After four months of waiting for my truck to be built and delivered it was finally delivered on 13 May. I went in on 14 May to take delivery. Casa Ford also says they give KBB value for trades. When the salesman brought the pricing sheet to me they had added on a $5k dealer mark-up for “fair market value” and my KBB “good” condition pricing on my “excellent” condition trade in. The salesman proceeded to tell me it’s because they don’t make Super Duty trucks anymore, which is false. Ford is building Super Duty trucks daily. They stopped accepting orders for MY22 so they could catch up on orders before releasing MY23. The service was great up until time to take delivery. If you get pricing from this dealership when you order, ensure you get it in writing because they’ll try to get extra money from you later. I walked away from the deal. Hopefully someone else can enjoy my truck for an extra $5k.

    Terrible experience!! Over $4700.00 for a job that was not necessary!! Bought a part for $42.00 and had someone else do the work for a couple of hundred!! I will never buy a car from anything Casa and will never take or recommend their shop!!! I am guessing they work off commission in the shop!!

    By far the best dealer we’ve visit. From the entrance till the end of our visit they treated us 100% they gave us water, sodas they had popcorn, hotdogs hamburgers and even snow cones! . Nazario Bird helped me and my wife leave with a car same day. We new exactly what we wanted and Bird definitely went far and beyond to get us the best deal. Made it very easy and simple to purchase a car and gave us exactly what we wanted. i genially would recommend anyone to come to Casa Ford if they’re looking for a vehicle ask for Bird and Alex to help you guys out!     I gave one star due to an unresolved issue with this dealership. My partner reserved one of Fords new Broncos. He had to put down $100 as a refundable reservation fee. Well due to many changes in our household, he wasn’t able to take ownership of the Bronco. So of course he made an inquiry about how to get his money back. He’s called corporate and has spoken to David Laymon at the dealership. After being told by David Laymon that the money was basically theirs to keep,he then stated that if he wanted his money back he should file a fraudulent claim with his bank. What David Laymon stated is a felony crime. You can’t file a fraudulent report if there was no fraud committed. David Laymon also told my partner that his general manager agreed with him in reference to committing a fraudulent act. They may say their “home of the nice guys” they might consider changing it to “home of the wise guys”. The Casa Way isn’t necessarily the legal or right way.

    Finance manager failed to properly disclose additional charges for an unwanted “protection plan” that I was very clear from the beginning I did not want. Also, he was overly persistent with trying to sell gap insurance and an extended warranty even though I was very clear from the beginning I did not want it either. Regardless, he persisted and persisted even though I told him no at least a dozen times. Unpleasant experience to say the least and unethical and overly aggressive business behavior.

    Little known they have a restaurant open to the public. It is cafe styled and looks to be a 1960's diner. It was a favorite hang out for Don Haskins ( famous UTEP basketball coach . There are a quite a few items lining the walls from autographed photos to football's, from local personalities.

    I was looking forward to buying a Ford Maverick over the phone and the sales person I spoke to failed to mention the 5000 mark up on the vehicle in our initial conversation. I would understand a 1k or 2k mark up but it feels as if this dealership is taking advantage of the vehicle market under the guise of inflation. While still discussing price, I mentioned I wanted to add a trade in value of a vehicle priced on Kelly Blue Book and another dealership at $21,900, the appraisal department would give us a value, of the mentioned vehicle, $6000 less. After expressing my concern and disappointment in the aforementioned $5000 mark up of the Ford Maverick to our sales person, we concluded our conversation and thus ended the exchange. I mentioned I would leave a review stating my displeasure with the high mark up, not with our sales person, Steven. Not long after, a sales manager called asking after the review. Our conversation became hostile after he asked if I would also go to the grocer's and complain about meat prices, as if my pleasure of buying a vehicle from this recommended dealership was as essential as buying food for myself and my family. When concluding our phone call, this sales manager stated, "Good luck finding a Maverick. We all (Casa Ford) look forward to reading your review." I would much rather do my business with another dealership who took my business, concerns and questions as seriously and professionally as their sales rep, Steven did.

    This is where I bought my car 8-1/2 years ago and they’ve always taken care of any needs my car has. Took it in a couple days after Xmas because I was having trouble starting my car…I thought it was the battery and had it checked at Firestone and they said it was fine, but that still didn’t solve my problem…Casa Ford was going to run a full diagnostic, but when I told them about Firestone checking, they decided to re-check the battery and the battery did need replacing. They replaced it and voila, my car starts without having to jump start it. That’s what I thought from the beginning and I’m happy they tested the old battery again themselves (after Firestone said it was fine) and found that it was no longer working.     So they advertise one price online but when you get there they tell you is wrong and the actual price is way higher. They include stuff and warranties you don’t need and if you want to cancel they say it takes 60 days and only some products can’t be canceled. Some used autos have previous damage and they don’t tell you. Be careful when purchasing here.

    Oil change took almost two and half hours which is fine if the work was well done. But, tire pressure was not checked, and there are engine oil all over under the truck that i have drips of oil on my driveway! Also I had to crawl under the truck to clean the oil mess from the truck. I never had a problem with them before so I am a bit disappointed.

    I was dreading taking my car to a dealer to get fixed (engine light). I had some bad experiences just trying to get an oil change at a dealer. I did a little research and heard Casa Ford was good. I met Jesse Baird in the service department. Very friendly, throughly explains what needs to be done and why. He listened to me as well and said that since it was my only car, he would get his guys on it as soon as possible. Called me the next day to let me know my car will be ready the next day.     I am a loyal Ford owner and am very disappointed in Ford Motors. My truck has been at every dealership in El Paso, Texas. Casa Ford spent the whole time with the truck only to tell me what the problem wasn't. Shamaley Ford wouldnt be able to work on it for 2-3 weeks. Finally, Viva Ford figured out the issue. However, since the truck is a 2020 F350 the dealership is telling me that they don't know the part number since the truck is so new. I have been without a vehicle for a month now. I called the customer relations department at Ford Motor Co. and get the run around from them also. Not very impressed for the customer service.

    It has been the EXTREMELY WORST experience I have had with a business. It all started with Caesar. He called me once and said he would call at least once a week with updates. Didn’t happen.I’d call he wouldn’t return my calls. Heidi the so called manager supposedly took over my account. SAME THING. It has taken SEVEN MONTHS to get my vehicle back with EXTREMELY POOR WORKMANSHIP on my vehicle. They didn’t even have the common courtesy to call and let me know the vehicle was ready, my insurance adjuster called me with the news. I have had the WORST experience I have ever had with a business. I would absolutely never recommend anyone take their vehicle to this establishment. The only one person that was of assistance was Jamie. Very professional, very helpful. Besides him ABSOLUTELY NO ONE. I understand that this is not going to make a difference. But I do hope someone thinking of taking their vehicle there reads this and goes somewhere else.

    My first mistake was getting a Ford to begin with. Secondly, I have just had it with my service agent. My car has been there since last Monday and all the updates I’ve been provided- I have been the one to call them and reach out for updates. I think the service agent may have called me once during this whole time. While the service rep said he doesn’t read reviews- I highly suggest that he consider how important they are for business. Truly truly wish my experience was better.

    Service manager contacted often about price, availability of the parts, and approximate time parts would arrive. When he received the part he called and gave me a date the truck would be finished. The truck was available days before original date of completion. Satisfied with Service from beginning to end. If you have Ford trucks needing parts and service after expired warranty come to Casa Ford. They will treat it you like family.

    Family owned business with great sales people. Justin was my guy and he was very polite and up front with me. The entire experience of getting what I wanted was pleasant.     Wow !! Great service at casa ford Lincoln I had some issues with my 2018 Lincoln’s electric driver seat and Jose from the service went above and beyond to make sure my Lincoln was in good hands . They also noticed my gas cap door was broken as well . They informed me that I had it all covered by warranty I was unaware I was still covered by warranty. So not only did that fix all issues quickly and in a timely matter They also gave me a fresh wash !! It was very nice to see how much they cared for my car . I love my Lincoln and I’ll definitely be bringing my car back if I have and further issues !!

    Went in to take a look at the used vehicle section.very High miles and high cost. I was passed off to another sales rep within 30 minutes which wasn’t good to start , but this new salesman had no salesmanship. Brought a agreement for me to sign for a truck I didn’t even ask about . Then I was told the car I was interested in was getting it’s oil changed, it wasn’t, we eventually went to some vacant fenced up lot to “test drive”. But sales rep forgot keys smh. Lost all interest at this point, Only good thing was he didn’t get to waste more of my time. Came to Rudolph Honda instead and had much better experience.

    It would have been no stars at all, but since it requires a star to write a review...so be it. I was given an appointment time like every other oil change, I showed up...maybe half an hour early (so maybe I can be done sooner). But, ended up not leaving about 3 hrs later. What the hell were they doing? As soon as it was finally done, I asked, 'do I get a discount?' And the associate, replies, 'for?' I mean are you serious? I am crazy but just glad that I maintained myself and acted cool. I eventually was given a $5 off discount (woohoo) 😐. Needless to say, this experience was horrible. Why do we make appointments for and wait for nearly hours to get done? Don't make sense at all! In conclusion, they need to hire employees that can make things happen.

    I had been shopping around for a while and from a couple of other dealerships, I walked out because the salespersons were to pushy and would not take no for an answer. Here at Casa Ford, the salesman was very courteous and knowledgeable of all the automobiles on his lot. He was very attentive to what it was I wanted and delivered on everything.     Two stars for great service from Jose but three bad stars for the prices. I just paid $171 for an oil change. That won’t happen again. If anyone knows a good diesel mechanic that wants a job changing oil I’m looking for one. Who charges $171 for an oil change? Apparently Casa Ford does now. I’ve been using Casa Ford for 30 years and really appreciated their vehicles and services. Unfortunately after a $171 oil change I’m afraid it’s time to find another service center.     They did not save the old parts as I requested. I was left with a feeling of doubt regarding whether the work had been done. I had consulted Ford and what my dealer's service department told me did not align with what other certified Ford mechanics and technicians were telling me. I was also promised a $100 discount and it was not honored. Whatever they tell you needs to be in writing. I do not feel that I can trust this dealership's service department.

    Came in to purchase the Explorer I was leasing. The salesman told me the only way they'd sell me the car that I was leasing was if I'd pay thousands of dollars on top of the quoted by out and tax, title, and license. Moreover, there was a "mandatory" $1200 fee for etching, coupons, and a protective wrap that I didn't want. Those fees were only mandatory because the it was the dealership policy. I walked away because the salesman not his manager could make the sale unless I also purchased the thousands of dollars of extra stuff I didn't want or need. Terrible business practice and huge waste of time. Go somewhere else.

    I saw a commercial of casa ford promoting on tv for people to trade in your used vehicle with them and they would give you 5k-10k over the Kelly blue book value. Seeing this I did the Kelley blue book value lookup on their website and my car was quoted at 18.5k. The next day I get a call from Imelda in customer service asking when I can come in so they can potentially give me 5k-10k over Kelley blue book value. I set the appointment the next day at 2:30 and she tells me to get there and the manager Jeff Curtis will help me out. I then let her know the next day that I’m on my way and she says thank you for confirming. When I get there I ask one of the salesman that I have an appointment with Jeff and he says, “Jeff is actually off today and he doesn’t even see customers, customer service should not be even giving out names anyways.” He was rude for no reason and that situation had already started off on a bad note. I then ask him if he could help me and he says yes but he doesn’t typically do Kelley Blue Book appraisals. I then explain to him I’m here because of the commercial that you guys made and was hoping to get 5k-10k over my cars value like you said because it’s in excellent condition. He then rudely grabs my keys and goes and appraises my car. He comes back to me and tells me they can give me 15 thousand for the car. I then called him a con artist to his face for giving me such a lowball offer when the actual value of my car is 18.5k. I then stormed out of there. Casa Ford should not be luring people in with false information. The customer service lady Imelda Caracozca should not have wasted my time scheduling me a fake appointment with someone who wasn’t even there and doesn’t deal with Kelley blue book. And the sleezy, rude and chubby salesman Juan could have cared less we brought our car in because of the commercial. Do not listen to the fake commercials they make like I did, it was just a waste of my time. The whole thing is a scam to lure you in.

    Took my car in for 2 recalls left it for over a week and nothing was done! Still driving my car with the same recalls since April and Casa Ford hasn't called me back cause I guess they are still waiting for parts who knows. And i heard I have a 3rd recall but Casa Ford probably won't fix it! Also same time I was quoted $4400 for an A/C replacement for a 2015 Mustang Gt I got it done somewhere else for about 1/3 the price they quoted. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Worst dealership in El Paso, Dominic De Luna, worst salesman of dealership. We bought our truck in February, it is July and we still haven't received our plates. Everytime I call they make up an excuse. Today I got a call from a 3rd party registration agency stating they barely received paperwork to file for our plates 2 days ago! When 2 days ago I had asked for an update and was told plates went through and should arrive in a few days. Liars! They made us make 3 trips to CO to get the stuff they needed for our plates but those trips were worthless as none of tgat was actually needed, now I was asked to do a fourth hoping I get mybplates this time.     Really disappointed in the service. Had this location change out my entire engine last year. The check engine light came on and was told it would turn off after driving it a while. It didn't after a while and I called to get it taken care of. Was told we could take car of it on the next oil change it's no biggie. When I picked up my truck they said everything was ok on the truck but I did need whippers and a air filter. I asked about the check engine light and was told they didn't mention anything to my service advisor. I was told by my service advisor that they could look into it but the vehicle would need to be brought back and it would take about 3days!!! To read a code? It's in the back still and that's not the case but rather a tactic to have me leave and not come back. Paid over 10k for the trucks engine to be replace last year and my last dollar here today.

    I had a 1:30 appointment. I didn't get out of there till 4:19. It took that long for an oil change. I asked at 3:55pm, what was taking so long and the man told me that my car was next. I then said, "it hasn't even been started on?". The man replied "no." And proceeded to tell me that there was other people ahead of me. I don't know why they make appointments, if they take walk-ins first and don't honor their set appointments. If that's the case they could have told me and I would have been there in the morning. It took them 20 mins to change the oil and do the works oil change on my vehical, which includes rotating the tires.

    It was great for recall service. But when it came to the brake issue on my 2010 edge i give 1 star. I was under the mileage but past the 10 yrs. For an issue that is a concern but not recall. The brakes on fords are faulty. They put the piblic at risk. They let me leave with the car. Becase of the finacial situation i am in. I can not afford to fix the 1100 dollar estimate. To fix an issue ford is aware of. So now i have ford edge sitting in my driveway. Its my fault for thinking they actually cared . There is more to this. But it not worth telling becase im sure it is no different for everyone in this financial disaster we are all living. "Be careful how you live...not as unwise but as wise ...making most of opportunities...because the days are evil."

    They call me that my car will be ready at 6:30 and I had to make work arrangements to leave early since my shift doesn’t end till 7pm. Showed up on time and they took almost an hour more after the schedule time to give me my car and they still ask me to come back another day to finish my vehicle lol. Yeah it seems they don’t respect ppl schedule and time.

    Trained to be friendly staff, however if you think that the games car dealers play were a thing of the past you'd be wrong if you shop here. Spent a few hours researching the few Explorer STs at El Paso Ford dealerships and I'm sorry I chose Casa Ford. Website prices, MSRP and Calculate Your Payment, are meaningless when the dealer adds on a markup after you've invested your time with the salesperson, who by the way still has to "ask the manager" for every question you have. In this case beware of what's called a "Market Adjustment", $5000 worth even though according to Kelly Blue Book advice, "Buyer Beware: How to Avoid Dealer Markups in 2022", Ford's CEO Jim Farley recently warned dealers to "cut" the markups.     Great service as always. The new renovated building is better for waiting on your vehicle. I wish they have something else to eat other than popcorn like cookies or some pastry. I like that on the old setting they have burritos. Everyone is very friendly and the prices are not that bad. They took 30 minutes to finish the oil and filter change. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership.

    Part service is a joke, very unprofessional and lack a lot of communication. When they mess up, they'll point the finger to everyone else and won't fix the problem. Even if there's clear instructions of parts needed, they won't order what was needed at all. Go to Shamalley, they treat you like actual customers. I live closer to Casa but the drive is worth Shamalleys service.

    Craig at Casa Ford knows how to listen and treat a customer. I trust him in what he knows about my vehicles. I have been taking my vehicles for over 37 years, But lately they are charging a surcharge 2.8% to customers. I feel this is unfair and not good for the customer who is loyal and trust in the services provided. Surcharges are unjustifiable and tells the average customer; "I don't appreciate you stop bringing your problems to us". Please boycott their actions and don't take your vehicles to them. LET'S STOP THIS ABUSE!

    I understand that things happen and sometimes things are out of our control, but I was deeply disappointed to find out my vehicle's transmission gave out in just over 60k miles and a replacement would not be covered due to the expired warranty!?.. I was told, after sitting in the service department for 2-1/2 months. I was truly surprised Ford won't warrant a vehicle to 100k miles. I have driven new and used Fords all my life and never had one fail me like this ☹ As for the service department, being short on staff plus the supply chain disruption, Jesse did an outstanding job keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle, thanks!👍

I was very disappointed that this high dollar business has decided to charge a transaction fee of 2.8% on credit card payments. The service advisor Sergio was great as are the working staff. However, management and ownership are repulsive. How dare they!

    Took vehicle due to coolant leaking. Left it Monday they did not inspect vehicle till Friday leaving me with out a car. Car wasn’t ready till Saturday. Was told to do repairs at dealership making it seem as if it was a big job. Paid $405 when parts only cost $60 and could have easily done the job myself but was told to do repairs their for warranty purposes. Should have taken vehicle elsewhere to get simple diagnosis and done repairs at home. Coolant is still currently leaking. Would go elsewhere

    Went in for an oil change as a walk in they said it would be a few hours, but it took less than an hour. That was great. The bad thing is the casa website does not allow you to make service appointments online. You have to call which is a bit inconvenient since it takes forever for them to answer. Other than that the service was fast and great.

    I took my explorer for a recall and they take forever to fix it. I can replace those towlinks in 30 min. Well at casa ford they take 3 day to do the job I know this people get paid by hour but come on 3 days is ridiculous and they don't even get me a rental car. Terrible mechanics.

    Well I'm going to edit this review because they have changed my mind. I had a repair done to my Ford f250 SuperDuty. Because of a faulty part during a repair my engine was damaged beyond repair. Even though the faulty part was not their fault the service department and Casa Ford made things right. They replaced my desiel engine at cost and didn't charge me labor or extras. I have a brand new engine in my truck and even gave me a super 2 year unlimited mile warranty. Even though I had to go through several months without my truck in the end they did me right and I feel I was treated professionally and made the right decision taking my truck to get serviced at Casa Ford. Thanks for treating me with respect and making things right.

    I am not quite sure why the cost went from 54.95 to 81.95 for a oil change and a tire rotation. For the past 5 years I have never paid this much for a simple maintenance procedure. Any one have this experience? Or do I need to contact Ford for clarification?

    I visited several other dealerships and had very specific parameters: A four door used vehicle between 2012-2018, around $12k (give or take), with relatively low miles. I used TrueCar to find a bunch of vehicles at several dealerships. I arrived at Casa Ford early evening. My salesperson, Joe Colon showed me a few vehicles but I settled on a 2015 Kia Soul Plus. There were a couple of scratches but otherwise the vehicle was exactly what I needed. We negotiated on a price below the TrueCar price and I was driving out of Casa Ford in less than an hour. By far the best used car purchasing experience I've ever had. Joe was pleasant, professional and patient. He answered all my questions and was accommodating. After my purchase i brought my car back to get detailed and filled with complimentary five gallons of gas. Joe was in constant communication and the whole process was done in about two hours. I watched Aquaman across the street while it was getting done. The detailing on the car was not what you would get at a professional detailer, but it was still done well. As soon as my registration and plates came in Joe contacted. Again, he did a fantastic joe of keeping me informed. Joe is a very professional salesperson. I've had my car about two weeks now and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Casa Ford to any of my friends. These guys are great!

    Waited 4.5 hours to fix a flat. It should have taken no more than 30 minutes max. Waiting the customer lounge for all that time with any update,until I when and ask the service rep.
