5 stars all the way for Caruso Ford Lincoln. We traveled over 400 miles from San Francisco to Long Beach to buy our 2021 Bronco Sport. Dealers in my area were selling them $5,000 over MSRP. I found Caruso Ford through the Ford website. After filling out the contact form I was contacted promptly by Salesperson Art Ransom. We discussed the deal and he sent me the contract/paperwork by Fed Ex since I was far away. When the vehicle came in our salesperson Art went along with the plan to surprise our Daughter because it was her first car. Everything worked out great and it was a very straight forward purchase. Best car buying experience ever. Chris at Caruso helped us order and take delivery of our Ford Maverick. They did not charge any additional markup, no high pressure sales tactics, and Chris had all the documents prepared for me, so picking up the vehicle took less than 1 hour! I've purchased over a dozen new cars over the years, this was hands down the best experience.

Attentive upon arrival. Shuttle was late starting for drop off, but in point for pick up to get my vehicle. I did ask the rep to apply I the free oil change with the maintenance package. When I went to get keys, I was charged. It was fixed quickly, but it should've been handled prior. Great service with small issues.

ONE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SUPERIOR FOLLOW UP. . Edit at the end that changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT CARUSO FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT. My engine light was coming on and off sporadically. I called to make an appointment to have it looked at. I told them I would drop off the truck, when I arrived, they took about 20 minutes before someone could come and see me. I only wanted to drop off the truck so I didn’t understand why I needed to wait. When the service advisor finally came out he said sorry to keep you waiting but things are crazy today. (You should see my day, I had to take a hour of my work day without pay to wait for you.) Next he explained that they could look at the truck in about 3 days. I said “I made an appointment” he told me that I made an appointment so that I could talk to an advisor. After that it would take 3 days before they could look at the truck. I don’t understand why I needed to talk to the service advisor. I had already told the lady that took my appointment that the engine light was coming on, then I told the lady that checked me in that the engine light was coming on, and now the only thing my appointment was for was so that I could tell another person that my engine light was on? Why didn’t you make the appointment for three days later when you could look at the truck? If you have lots of money and lots of time and you don’t mind being talked down to. It’s still stupid to make an appointment to tell some unpleasant person what the problem is. Please go anywhere else, that’s what I intend to do. Edit.... I have to say that following my bad experience with Caruso Ford, everything else that they did has been above my expectations and worthy of the 5 star rating that they claim to have. The first thing that happened was that the Director of Service reached out to me in an email to see if there was anything that could be done to make this right. But the most important thing was the comment below from the owner, after a bad review most owners would be looking for a way to save their reputation, either by discrediting the writer or by justifying the actions of the service department. None of that happened here, I was very impressed that the owner could see how I would be frustrated in the situation, he took responsibility for my dissatisfaction and showed genuine concern that this kind of interaction in not how they intend to do business and that even if this service could not be salvaged, he still wants to see an improvement in future interactions. My hat is off to you Mr. Kitzmiller I’m very impressed with the way you and your team handle adversity. My new recommendation is that you visit Caruso Ford and give them a chance to show you their improvements.

I made an appointment with caruso to fix the windshield washer on my car. I told the person on the phone that I also needed an oil change and tire rotation. However, I emphasized that the most important thing for me was the windshield washer. When I arrived for my appointment, the greeter asked me what I needed to have done. I told her the same thing I said to the person on the phone and again said the windshield washer had to be repaired. A couple hours later a service rep calls to tell me my car is done. I ask him if the windshield washer was fixed. No, he said. It was not on the service request. Ok, I said. Can he do it today. He said he would call back. He never did. I went to Caruso that afternoon and asked a rep on location if the service (including the windshield washer) was done and if I could pick up my car. The rep who helped me said the windshield washer repair was not done because the service request had not been updated. So now we’re up to four people who apparently let the windshield washer repair request slide. The weekend service manger was absolutely useless and of no help either. And now we are up to five people at a Ford dealership who apparently cannot get the Ford of a longtime Ford driver repaired. Today, I have tried to reach the regular service manager three times and he cannot seem to answer his phone. Caruso Ford people are inept and incompetent. Been there several times and the service is getting worse. Bye bye, Caruso. Hello, Cal Worthington!

I had the best experience here at Caruso with Julie! I had wanted to purchase a MachE route 1- I went into a nearby ford dealership and was basically laughed at for the wait time and supply chain— was mad- I went home and just ordered it online and placed Caruso and my dealership of choice. I immediately got an email from Julie and she was there every step of the way— yes it took a while for it to be built but, it was worth it. She was there when I wanted to change the color, she was Also there when I completely changed my mind when it was in delivery- I told her my thoughts and my love for the explorer and she was able to look and found me the perfect explorer with the same delivery date and was on order for no one. It was such an easy switch and she was totally fine about it. I’m happy I waited. The process was so quick and easy and seriously we texted from October until now. This has got to be the worst Ford dealership by far that I have been to. I explained to the guy that I needed him to get his boss because he could no longer assist me. He then got very upset with me. I raised my tone and insisted that he get his boss or someone that can better help me. "Sunny" the front desk manager refused and started calling me names and repeatedly told me to shutup while fanning me away! All while he was laughing in my face! I live in the Venice area... I should have just went there! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!

I had my regular service done last week. There was nothing critical and urgent mentioned on the inspection and my car got a thumbs up. The next day when I turned the ignition, there is a noise coming off the dashboard which was never there. I called and they asked me to bring it back. Brought it back today and now had something that needs replacement for less than $500 cost!

This place bribed me to change my review from a 1 star to 5 star with a promise of better/free service but then didn’t follow through after I changed my review. Their responsiveness is terrible. I’ve called the manger, the regular office and emailed several different people to schedule service on my car, but no one has called or emailed back. They clearly don’t care about improving their service. I’m very disappointed! I’ve never had a good experience here. I gave them too many chances.

Another bad experience here. All the low end employees think that all customer are beneath them and tell you the higher ups are on the campaign trail and don't have time for the likes of you and laugh at you the whole time when you ask for their bosses information again they refer you to his campaign site instead. Wow... I have spent nearly $15,000 this last year at this location on part service and collision and being told that they don't have time for me make me sick and even if I had only spent $15 I would expect more respect as a customer then this. Looks like you guys need training on how to deal with customer service verses how to put down your customers.

Great experience, not like some of the other Ford dealerships nearby. I think Caruso is my new go-to place for my service needs. I took my car there for an oil change as a walk-in and I was in and out within 1 hour. Other dealerships would have my car all day and their service was poor so if you're looking for great service that'll have you in and out pretty quick I recommend Caruso oh and by the way their prices are very fair as well

I have been a long time ford owner and never used Caruso. I went to get my vehicle serviced at my usual dealer. They told me I now need an appt after 10 years of service. I went to Caruso, they not only took me without an appt. The service writer showed me some tidbits about my hybrid that my selling dealer did not. My vehicle was service and washed in less than 2 hours. Great service, wonderful courtesy and convenient. I am now a Caruso Ford Fan!

Caruso Ford Long Beach personnel treat me like family when my Town Car is in for maintenance. They have out performed and out priced my previous small shop prices. I had a Window mechanism failed and took it to Caruso Ford Lincoln. I had heard they were very expensive to repair. I was in and out in one hour, they even washed my car. Repairs were under 200 dollars, with an oil filter change and my window operates like new.

I recently made a service appointment to have the first oil change completed fo my new F150. When I arrived a tech came out immediately took my vehicle information then told me my representative would be with me shortly. Ten minutes later another tech finally attends to my vehicle, I told them I would be back to pickup the truck. Jason called me when the oil change was complete and apologized for the delay and offered me other service complimentary. This is what good customer service is about Jason acknowledged his mistake , apologized and rectified the matter with me , what great customer service he showed me. In today’s competing car market usually what differentiates one dealer from another is their service after they sole the vehicle and as for carousel Ford , they hit the mark with me on this service.

I am happy with the service I received at Caruso. I spoke with Sales Manager, Matt over the phone before I drove over and hour to look at the vehicle. I was given real time photos and videos of the vehicle which was greatly appreciated. When I scheduled my appointment to go the dealership, I arrived to find the vehicle awaiting my arrival. I did request a deeper cleaning of the vehicle, which was met without question. Overall, I was treated professionally. I would do business with Caruso again.

While staff is very friendly and polite, not sure they are entirely competent. Made appointment for recall service two weeks in advance. Dropped car off at 8 am and six hours later, I call to get update and told the recall parts are backordered. Will need to bring car back in 4 weeks. Although I didn't wait, I did sirens $15 on an Uber ride back home. A bit frustrating. I'll be sure to confirm parts are on the premises next time.

Went in for a service appointment due to my check engine light being on for a week. Naturally, when I arrive, the light turned off! Still, they checked the information I had, and I was told it would be a few hours. The customer waiting area is clean and comfortable, with enough room for proper social distancing. Before my time was up, I was informed that it was a transmission problem, and it turns out that it was covered under my warranty, so no cost to me! It will be ready in a few days.

What a wonderful experience buying a car! I shopped for a Edge ST at all the dealers in the LA area. The worst of the worst to deal with were Santa Monica Ford and Huntington Beach Ford. Caruso Ford was very different. Reasonable, straightforward and honest. After our purchase we hit a curb and needed a new tire. The experience with service was as stellar as sales. Two particular employees that stood out were Saleem in sales and Juan in service. These guys go above and beyond and are top notch. If you want to deal with the best dealer in LA go here!

I had my F-150 truck service at Caruso Ford. Drove the vehicle in the morning to Caruso for an oil change, tire rotation, and to fix a recall issue with out an appointment. Covid 19 protocols are in place. Service Advisor Arvin Nazarian was attentive to my needs. Took care of the issues with out trying to sell me anything. My tires need to be replaced he offered to match the price if found some where else. Thanks Nazarian for being honest.

Unfortunately my experience with them wasn’t very pleasant. When the salesman Marco gave me the quote through a text, the total was the price - rebate + tax. When I got there he said it was the price + tax - rebate and that’s the way it should be by the law. Because the different way of calculating there was a few hundred dollars difference and he didn’t apologize for the mistake. After I decided to buy the car anyways he gave me $60 discount and also he said he would give me 48000 points on Fordpass for 3 free oil changes. Later I found out that I get 42000 points (not 48000) automatically when I register on the Fordpass and that’s not enough to get 3 oil changes for my car. He sure made it sound like that he was trying to compensate the difference I paid but actually he didn’t do anything except that $60 discount. Before I drove off I asked if I got all the mats and he said yes. At home I found no mats for the third row and the cargo and a weird looking net that cannot be fit anywhere in my car. When I called they said it is standard not to have those mats but no explanation about the net and still no answer. I have a feeling that they don’t care anymore because I already bought the car. I do not recommend this dealer.

Let me start by saying A+++++. I worked with a salesman by the name of Chris Pratt. Let me tell u.... by the end of the deal, I felt like we were family. Chris is very knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought. From start to finish it was Grade A service. I have never experience a more pleasant transaction before. Took my car in for service, turned out the motor needed to be rebuilt. My service advisor Martin took care of everything and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Not surprising as Caruso ford has great customer service. This is my second Ford Escape that I purchased from them. Keep up the good work!

Dealt a new 2020 Lincoln Aviator online and was given by far the lowest purchase price from any other So Cal Lincoln dealer. Mark Large helped me and was very easy going no pressure and followed through with the online deal that was reached. He even bought my kids chips while we waited. Their staff helped go through all of the features of the vehicle and we left very happy. I will be going back for my next Ford/ Lincoln purchase.

The staff and salespeople are completely untrustworthy. Having gone there for standard maintenance and repairs, I have never had so much difficulty in getting the repairs completed correctly and fairly. Aftermarket parts were always used but I was being charged premium prices. For example: sloppy, horrible quality paint job; incorrect installation of replacement parts, used the wrong oil filter, etc. The dealership Owner & representative is known to clients directly to vocalize and impress their personal opinion(s) about your vehicle’s value. Eg, if a vehicle is not of a certain year, make, model, or mileage then they will deny services. They impress their personal standards on their clients — which is wrong and unfair. Due to such harassment and poor service received I will never return and I advise others to go elsewhere.

The experience I had at Caruso Ford last week was, in my opinion, above and beyond! I was in for an appointment to have our F150 serviced and asked at the time that I scheduled the appointment, as well as when I dropped the truck off for an approximate amount of time they would need it. I purchased my car used about a year ago. It's a 2015 and I purchased the extended warranty, but I have already had a couple things malfunction. The moon roof shade can not be opened anymore or it will get stuck open and now I'm having issues with my "sync" system, which I hope can be fixed. Other than that I love my car. It gets the best gas mileage and is nice and cozy.

Customer service was very good, from calling to make my appointment to the completion of service. The waiting room was kept very clean. Staff constantly cleaning. The only ding is when I went to pay and used the pen to sign papers there was no hand sanitizer on the counter. I asked for some and the woman provided me with some but I could tell it was her own personal supply because it was scented and in a very small container.

Juan Alarcon is the best service rep ever. I exclusively only have my 2007 Explorer serviced at Caruso, although I still refer to the location as Pacific Ford. I have been coming to Caruso since 1997 when I leased my first vehicle which was a 1997 Wingstar van. If I'm not mistaken I believe Juan was a service rep. back then and he was always a straight shooter that never seemed to try to force me to get repairs and service I didn't necessarily need right then and there and was honest regarding my vehicles diagnosis. I always had a suspicion about reps tagging on extra service or either the mechanic tagging on extra service so as to put extra service money in their pockets. Fred Sepalou if he's still there was always my sales rep. and he is a great guy also. Satisfied Customer Mr. Brown!👍👏

I stopped by Caruso Ford Lincoln on 03/15/20, to view a Ford Ranger XLT Crew Cab. I was greeted by Saleem, Kirk, and David. David walked me over to view the Ranger, explained it to me, and we drove it back to the lot. From that point on, I was treated with respect, and shown all of the courtesy anyone could ask for. We spoke of the deal, I gave them my information, and with in a few minutes, Saleem, Kirk, and David, and I were all happy about the deal that was made. In all my years, of dealing for a car, I have never evey been as pleased as I was on that day. Everyone was on the same page, no one was trying to talk over the other. I would recommend Caruso Ford Lincoln to anyone looking for a car, and a wonderful atmosphere, and experience in making a purchase. And I am a hard one to please, and you can take that to the bank. Avoid this place like the plague. It’s a shame because it my neighbor. I have never had a good experience at this lot. I have not had a good car shopping experience nor have I had a good car parts or service department experience. As for the car sales experience it went like this- “I’m looking for a sedan and I don’t want to spend more than $20k” salesman, “ok, let me show you this SUV ... btw is $30k but we’ll get you finance so no worries.” Service department, “oh, I know I said we’d have it ready tomorrow but it won’t be ready until three days from now.” Pats department, “if you don’t have the VIN number then call back when you do! F this place. Stay away.

I like the place and I like the people but it has the same problem again that they're not able to really deal with someone who just wants an oil change they expect people to leave their cars all day and I just go in to get the oil change because I I bought my car there but I think I'll be going elsewhere for simple things like oil change now. Had to be towed in because keyless start system stopped working. Quick repair. Friendly service.

Service Department lacks courtesy at the customer level . Every time we take our flex in for service with an 8 AM appointment, the car is never ready by 4 PM which is fine IF we got a courtesy call with status. But instead we must call and leave msgs for status. We end up picking up our vehicle the following morning. This has happened 3 times which caused us to change our plans due to poor service . . As of today we are waiting to hear back from Caruso on a part that was scheduled to be delivered from the factory and installed in our vehicle since Thursday Oct 31st . We have yet to receive a courtesy call with status.

If you want a dealership that doesn’t play games, this is it! Handled everything over the telephone in minutes. Very straightforward and honest. I drove from Indio to Long Beach and boy was it worth the drive. Every single person, from the sales people to the finance person to the management team, treated me like I was a king. Victor in the service center is AMAZING!! He heard a suspicious noise and recommended we check my transmission, even though I had come in for something else. Sure enough there was a leak that could have been a huge issue and cost me A LOT if it had been left untreated. He went above and beyond to take care of the issue, get me a loaner car while they worked on my car and helped the whole process go as smoothly as possible. I can’t thank him enough!! Art the service manager wasn't helpful trying to blame me for having his workers stripped my lug nut If my lugs nut were strip whey didn't they mention it when I picked up my car ? Why wasn't it noted down? I been coming to this dealers for years never had a problem till today make sure you check your vehicle when picking it up from service. I would receive a text a week if not more about a Un repaired recall on my explorer. Finally I was able to carve out some time where I wouldn’t need my car. I called the dealership and spoke to the recall department. Gave them the recall confirmation and set up an appointment. So the day of I take my car in, my wife loads up my infant child in her car and heads to pick me up. Well… the service advisor tells me “ oh this isnt really a recall it’s just a service bulletin that if it Does go out, we’ll cover it out of warranty. I’m Like wait…. What…. Then why have you been blowing up my phone about this important safety recall? And why didn’t your person at the recall department let me know that ? “ oh I don’t know, that sucks”. Call the wife, tell her this place wasted our time and head home. Tried last week I tried calling the service manager. Got his voicemail, left a message and he couldn’t be bothered calling me back. The professionalism of Caruso Fords associates and staff are top notch, however I’m a bit miffed about having to pay $87 to find out the codes to my door when I bought my 2019 Escape from a non certified dealership. It would have gone a long way for me as a new Ford owner if you had just charged me the service fee to square me with your new Ford owners who got the codes outright.

Worst dealership to deal with. I bought a car in May and travelled all the way from TX to pickup the car cause they send the Docs to the wrong address. Figured do a road trip so flew there and drove the car back. The issue was sending the title here to TX it took them forever and finally last month it came. Already trade in the car out of frustration and i ended up paying penalties for delayed registration. The dealership where I traded in the car and the DMV texas office couldn’t get a hold of them and not even returning their calls. If you’re from out state don’t ever buy here.

Take your stuff to a good independent shop, not a dealership.... I went here because I had some warranty claims to resolve. 2 weeks later, nobody calls me back, my service rep quite and nobody knows what's going on, my new service rep has been on vacation for the last few days... They told my the clunking sound from the 4WD is normal... Yeah I don't think so, it's a horrific bang, so bad that last time I used I my dad didn't want to even be in the truck, he got out and walked the rest of the way. I've be waiting almost 2 weeks to go for a test drive to show them that the bang is not normal...I guess we'll see what happens

DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE! Ever since the name change from Pacific Ford to Caruso Ford a few years ago this place has really gone down hill and has no ethics and continually lies to it's customers. Since buying my 2014 Ford Explorer new from them I have caught them doing the following shady, unethical, lies, and probably illegal activities performed on my Explorer. *Battery replaced under warranty, except they put in a used, smaller battery & it took me a few months to figure out why it kept dying or hard to start some times *Warranty replacement of 2 or 3 window seals...ALL were simply glued down and the problems reoccurred, took back in to complain but they told me the computer showed they had already replaced them. Just by looking, one could see the "glued down area" was no longer attached. The factory install DOES NOT use glue. Threatened to report them and manager agreed to install a new one. *Today (12/21/2021) the air dam under the engine came off after getting an oil change there a couple days ago. The air dam has to be removed to change the oil & they didn't put the bolts back in. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME! *Pre-arranged for recall/service bulletin work to make sure parts are there and arrived to find out another service advisor or mechanic took my parts for another customer I'm done with this lying, unethical business. I will be contacting Ford directly to let them know Caruso Ford is ruining the brand's reputation.

The service advisor I worked with was named Sheri Atkins and she was the most disrespectful and rude person I have dealt with. I took my vehicle in for a few issues and I was given a rental and none of the issues were fixed and I was told to bring it back. When time came for me to bring it back I asked when my courtesy vehicle was going to be ready and she told me I didn’t qualify for one. I asked why and she said it’s because I didn’t have the same issues as my last visit. I explained that I had the exact same issues and she started getting very hostile and argumentative. It got to the point to where she was raising her voice at me and had to put me on hold to leave the room so other customers could not hear our conversation. I filed a complaint with Caruso for and I have heard nothing back. It’s been a few months. I have been going to norm reeves Ford in Cerritos in the mean time and they have been excellent. I highly recommend everyone avoid Caruso Ford

This is my 2nd time leasing a car from Caruso Ford. The process gets easier with experience for sure. My sales person Mark Large was very patient with me as well as persistent in communicating with me. It took about 3 hours to complete all of the paperwork and then talk to finance department. We really appreciate all the work she did to make our repairs more affordable for us, and working to get the parts in that were needed. I just recently purchase my 2018 Ford F-150 from Caruso. I did my research through car gurus and their truck was one of my favorite ones. Marco was my salesman and he contacted me via email in response to my initial email with a few things that I needed to be done and he promptly and efficiently responded to what I was looking for. He set up an appointment with me to see and do a driving test. Everything went smoothly thereafter he responded to all of the questions and concerns that I had. There were a few issues but he did the best to accommodate and resolved them. I am very happy to have found them and done my transaction with them. I am now driving in my new truck around. I was connected to Christopher Pratt at Caruso Ford and I have only great things to say. Due to the current pandemic, I was limited to email and phone (calls and text) with Mr. Pratt. He was always responsive, and helped me right away find a car that suited what I was looking for. I purchased a used car with 100k miles, and was surprised to see the great shape the vehicle was in both inside and out. It is driving great and Chris has been checking in to see how my time with the vehicle has been. Scheduled an appointment and dropped off the night before. At time of drop-off customer service rep looked up the extended warranty to determine additional FREE services available besides what I asked for, an oil change. Also got a quote and then installation of two tires. Initial price was lower than competitors so no need to price match as offered.

I had the worst experience from this dealership, they don’t even earn 1 star. I made a 9:30 am Saturday appointment with 3 problems for them to check. They call me around 2:55 and confirm that there are the 3 things that need repair. Since I have a third party warranty co, they would have to call on Monday and get authorization. I had to call the dealership ship on Tuesday to find out the status that it was approved. I told the service man that was helping me, I would drop my car off Friday afternoon at 5 pm so they could start the repairs first thing Saturday. He told menthat my car would be ready by 4, but that he was off on Saturday so one of the other service people would help me........well Saturday at 3:30 rolled around and I hadn’t heard so I thought I would call them.....only to find out they hadn’t even worked on my car and had the nerve to ask if I needed my car I could pick it up and bring it back on Monday....I told them so they wanted me to be inconvenienced again....no way, they needed to give me a loaner, which they did. I didn’t even receive a courtesy call from the original service agent apologizing.. This only gets worse.....they have my car all day on Monday and I had to call them at 4 to confirm my car was ready......but NO they found that another part needed to be replaced and he was getting authorization from warranty company, so they would need to keep the car and make the final repair on Tuesday, which this tells me, had they started on my car first thing Monday morning they would have found the additional repair early enough to make it that same day. Their service is terrible and I won’t go back. There is no advantage to making appointments, you still have to wait all day and in my case days!!

Don Mace, Service Representative, always takes care of me and to date I have not been disappointed. He keeps me well informed and calls immediately to update me if there is any unexpected problem or service needed. I appreciate the possibility of getting a rental, leaving my own car the night before and having it ready by noon on the next day. These are things that make bringing my care in for service easy and not a chore. Thanks to the service mechanics that do a great job every time. I had received an email from Caruso Ford that my car needed to have a recall service done on it. Due to Covid-19, they picked up my car (an 8 year old Escape) serviced it and then delivered it back to me with the interior sanitized and the car washed. Lincoln website did not work. The service dept. had no idea I had made an appointment or that I had requested a loaner car. I had to return home and make another appointment when a loaner car would be available.

I recently had a new battery installed in my F150 truck and within 3 weeks the battery was dead. I got a jump start and drove to Cruso dealership. I informed the agent about the issue and he did not hesitate and would have the truck checked for any electrical drain on the battery. Two hours later I was called letting me know my truck was ready. The battery was found to be defective and replaced with a new one at no charge.

This is the second vehicle acquired from Caruso, and would do so again! John, the sales associates, wasn't pushy, knowledgeable about the car, and very polite. Never felt like they were breathing down our neck or forcing us to buy something more expensive. Tom, the sales manager, was great! He was upfront, honest, and transparent. Honestly...I am weary of car dealerships but had an incredible experience with the team here. They were honest in their negotiations, didn't drag out the process and even fixed a little dent in the vehicle we all didn't catch when I signed without making any deal of it. I came in to trade in my old lease and to get a 2016 C-Max. The staff I encountered were friendly and helped me through the process and paper work. Sal Munoz was the guy who walked me through the paperwork. He made sure I understood the contract, payments, etc. All in all it only took me less then a hour from handing over the old keys to driving off the lot in the C-Max. Fast, courteous, and I got a great deal on the car. edit: I should point out that due to me turning in a lease I was able to start the process for looking for a replacement, and getting the credit check and such out of the way before I came in. Edit part 2: It's 2022 and I ending up buying my lease. Mark, Salvador, and Sal were awesome and between the vehicle inspection and the paperwork I was in and out in about an hour. Mark was very accommodating and helped me make the best financial move in this time of car shortages and inflation.

Terrible follow up. My relative bought a new car and traded her other car. I live out of state, but I bought the trade from the dealer. They had no idea about how to process out of state paperwork, and after numerous phone calls and emails, I finally got the paperwork to sign. My relative paid them, and they wouldn’t release the vehicle to the transporter on the day we had agreed. They also kept the owners manual and keyless entry code and never sent it. I wouldn’t recommend them.

It took 2 hrs for the routine maintenance. Then 20 minutes for my vehicle to be brought out after I had paid. The best part is the service tech recommend I change a part that my vehicle doesn't even have. To confirm I had the parts department run my vin. 😆

Given the two items of concern were safety issues: 1>Flat spare tire 2>Passenger side rear view mirror, unable to see a clear view. We were given a date and time for pickup, However, because of a possible misunderstanding among staff members, the vehicle was not ready when we arrived for pickup. After waiting more than a hour we were given another time when the safety concerns would be addressed and completed. Finally, we received a call, drove to Caruso Ford and took delivery of the vehicle. Key Employees, Saleem, Eric and Robert Diaz. Given the metrics of 1 to 5, 5 meaning best. I lowered my rating to 1. Note: We have be doing business with Caruso Ford for greater than more than 20 years, primarily with Saleem Nafeh. Addendum: Sixty Three days after taking delivery of a vehicle we purchased from Caruso Ford we have not received license plates from The California DMV. Calling the dealership with inquires, I have only received smoke screen and mirrors from Sales Manager David and the person that claims to be a specialist with DMV issues. I visited The California DMV office and was told they received paperwork from Caruso Ford in late February. I would not recommend The Caruso Ford Lincoln Dealership. .
