    Competitive price, fast service, and accommodating! In a world with chip shortage, it is a hard to be a buyer because many dealerships take advantage of this situation to hike up the price so unreasonably. Not at this Long Beach BMW! Their price was the most competitive I could find. Their sales staff worked hard to accommodate me with my needs. I ordered a brand new M440i with them. It took longer than expected (roughly 4 months) for the car to be delivered but it was because of semiconductor shortage and not really the dealership’s fault. Due to my very busy work schedule, my time was limited during the purchasing process. I was impressed that they got me in and out quickly. Donte from sales worked hard to get me the deal I wanted quickly. Daniel from finance also helped me expedite the paperwork and finance process. Andy from sales who is also a BMW genius has also answered all my questions regarding all the high tech stuff in my very nice M440i even after I drove it home. I want to recognize and thank all three of them as well as everyone else at the dealership for the best experience purchasing a BMW. Would definitely come back when I’m in the market for another BMW!

    Revised review – My experience with Long Beach BMW was great. The sales team was able to meet my needs while providing a lease package better than other BMW locations. Transitioning from Mercedes to BMW, Ace made sure I was comfortable with all the bells and whistles on my new car. Whenever I text my sales person Ace, he responds promptly about all matters.

    This is how I expect a BMW dealership to be. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly honest. They provided me with options and were upfront about any and all costs. I appreciate being told what's up, with no dancing around the issue(s). My service advisor Alex is nothing short of amazing. After my car was vandalized, he made sure that repairs would be taken care of and to work with my insurance company as needed. I know my car is in good hands here and they have gained a customer for life.

    It was a great experience dealing with the BMW Long Beach showroom. Mr. Mike and his team members, Dante and Matt are super attentive, supportive and absolutely helpful.     By far, without a doubt, the most pleasant, easy, satisfying car buying experience of my life. We contacted Connor online. He was immediately responsive. We set a meeting with him and he was on time and overall a very classy guy. Not the typical car salesman for sure! We came in with numbers that we were trying to hit and he actually beat them.     I want to give a shout out to Andy El Reda and Mike the Sales Manager at Long Beach BMW. I am a very picky customer and was impressed with the customer service I received was not judged by my casual sweat pants and baggy clothes it was my day off and I was in the market for a new car. I showed up Sunday night just to test drive a few vehicles and Andy went above and beyond to help me find the right car that fit my needs. Was not pressured to buy a car at all set up an appointment for the following day and was given a great deal I could not refuse.     It's been a week and half of me inquiring about cancelling my cars warranty and I have yet to receive correct information, let alone a call back from them. I've called just about every day for this week and a half period and I've been able to talk to finance 2 times in that period. I swear they must be doing time sheet fraud. God bless the receptionist running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to find someone to help me. I've left 4-5 messages with her one of which she stated that she personally dropped off a message to those in finance and yet they have never called me or emailed me back. Yesterday I was finally met with someone who gave me information, redirected me to another company who I called today and they told me that they can't cancel my warranty and that the dealership has to. Call back today and I'm met with the same "nobody from finance is available" I'm embarrassed I gave this company my money. Great receptionist, awful finance group. Would never recommend working with this dealer.

    I leased my vehicle back in 2019, and overall the experience has been good and smooth! (note: this is my first time going direct to a dealership, so I have no frame of reference / nothing to compare the experience to, hence the 3 stars). I gave 4 stars on the Long Beach BMW Service Center page specifically regarding the servicing of my vehicle, and I would give 5 stars for the service advisors themselves if I could! My Sales rep at the time in 2019 was Peter Chen (not sure if he is still working there), I'm honestly not sure if they just assigned him to me simply because I was an asian person walking in, maybe they thought I'd feel more "comfortable" with an Asian sales rep, but I was not a huge fan. He was nice enough, but super pushy, and if my friend hadn't come with me for support, the experience would have been much worse! I also have a hard time with the Finance managers here, but thankfully I've only had to speak with them 1-2 times. They're hard to get ahold of, and kind of unapproachable... I love the classic look of Minis, but I learned after the fact that apparently they are notorious for having issues or breaking lol. The rating not being a 5 is mostly about the vehicle itself / the mechanics, and the sales rep. I think if I had a BMW (not a Mini) the rating would probably be a 4 or 5 :)

    Pik and Richard are a great team at BMW Long Beach. Through the entire process of purchasing my i4 Pik was super helpful and very knowledgeable.     I purchased a CPO vehicle from them but will NEVER BUY ANYTHING from Long Beach BMW again (not even a BMW coffee mug). In short, BUYER BEWARE of Long Beach BMW... if you do choose to transact with them, you get what you get and you don't be upset. Here's a recounting of my frustrating purchase experience with them: 1. I was an out of state buyer and paid cash. For an unknown reason they made me fly cross-country just to sign paperwork in person. The vehicle had the exact specs that I had been searching for so I complied with their requirement. 2. Upon inspecting the vehicle in-person, I found multiple defects on the car [made me feel a little better about flying 6,000 miles roundtrip in the same day just for a 7-hour SoCal visit]. I asked if certain defects could be addressed before the vehicle was shipped back to my home state - they assured me that each and every defect on the list would be addressed before the vehicle left their facility and they even told me specifics steps that they would undertake to resolve some of the items [even though it was a used vehicle, the car had certain defects that we agreed should be resolved prior to sale]. I received delivery of the vehicle and NONE OF THE DEFECTS HAD BEEN RESOLVED. They told me multiple lies and excuses for why they failed to follow through on their word. I had to pay out of pocket [for most of the defects] and had to go to my local BMW dealership for some of the fixes. Long Beach BMW paid $1,400 to my local dealership to pay for the most costly defect (broken front bumper camera) but only after I had to engage an attorney and make continued requests for the dealership to do the right thing. 3. Prior to resolving the multiple vehicle defects that they failed to correct, I had to push them just to get copies of my purchase paperwork... the paperwork was not shipped along with the vehicle, as promised. Clearly, the dealership has issues with honesty, follow-through and the most basic aspects of the sales process... therefore, it makes complete sense that they would send the vehicle without including the purchase paperwork. It took a couple of weeks and numerous phone calls and emails in order for me to get electronic copies of the purchase docs [my wire transfer had not yet arrived in their bank account when I flew to CA to sign the paperwork and, understandably, they wouldn't provide me hard-copies of the purchase docs at that moment without confirmed receipt of funds for payment]. 4. For one of the final kick in the pants, they waited one month to submit my title paperwork to CA DMV even though I was calling/emailing the dealership periodically to check the status and patiently pleading for them to submit the paperwork to DMV. I was given numerous excuses (and some "falsities"). It ended up taking 2 months before I received the vehicle title and could register the car. Although it was frustrating to babysit the purchase process, on the bright side, the vehicle arrived to me with no damage from shipping and I eventually was able to receive the title [although at times I wasn't sure that the situation would course correct]. BUYER BEWARE...

    AVOID this BAIT & SWITCH DEALERSHIP! -- read the whole review-- We had done our research and knew exactly what we wanted and went to BMW Long Beach. We waited 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We wanted a M440i and nothing less. Jennie Pacheco, the sales associate, tried to talk us out of what we wanted because it was difficult to find. The M4 on the showroom floor, however, caught our eye. My husband and I were EXTREMELY interested in this car. The sticker price on the car is NOT the price. BMW of LB said the price was 11,000.00 more due to a “car chip shortage.” We were told it was a “market adjustment.” It felt very bait and switch!! We made a very reasonable counteroffer and Jennie was off to speak to the “manager”. It took her 10 minutes to come back with an answer of No. We had to beg to even get a counteroffer. We were told that we COULD NOT drive the car. and told "M owners do not like a lot of miles on their car" We could not see the car in the daylight. When I am about to drop over 90K on a car - I better be able to drive the darn thing even around the block!!! This dealership is clearly all about bait and switch. They DO NOT take their customers seriously. The next day the sales manager Mark called. Now he wanted to make a deal. He still wanted to charge the 6,500. above sticker! I said NO. At that point it was TOO LATE we took our business over to Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach who were more than happy to have us purchase a brand-new fully loaded C-43 AMG cabriolet. and I was able to test drive the Mercedes right off the showroom floor!!

    I took in my 2013 bmw for the oil change. When the representative approached me I told him I was there for the oil change special ( 3 oil changes for $199) my car has 128k miles. I leave the car with them over night. I come pick up the car the following day at noon, I was told the oilfilter mount had broken off during the oil change and that they would have to charge me to replace it. Wow... they break it I bought it. When I received the quote he had quoted me for 1 oil change at $120. Okay honest mistake... maybe. I have owned a 2003 and a 1997 bmw and never broke that part during any oil changes and I also had a 2004 Mini Cooper that has the same oil filter design which I've never broken before during an oil change. I would have gladly given them a 5 star had it not been for them charging me for a part they clearly broke while doing a simple oil change. I'll give them the chance to earn back the 2 stars missing in the next 2 oil changes. I posted this in hopes to keep a record of potential issues with service in the future.

    Today I have the worst experience at Long Beach BMW early earlier today I went online I look for special and I fill up all my information they run my credit and they approve me to buy X.3 BMW 2022 and they give me all information like down payment my monthly payment all details so I printed and they sent me an email congratulation you buy that you bought this car and they give me all the details on their offer I called them to confirm they said yes this is our offer for today is the 31st the end of the month and we want to make the sale so I drove to the dealership 100 miles from San Diego to Long Beach and when I got there the first thing I heard from them that they sold the car I purchased online second all numbers they offer me online they did not honor it and after I argue with them and I told them this is what you offered for me online they said well this website does not present us and we are not agreeing with the website you be careful out there when you get to their dealer they will give you different number and they make it sense to you like they are doing you a favor by giving you a discount 10 $15 on your your monthly payment

    This place is a joke. They scheduled a test drive appointment for me at 4pm. They called twice and texted to confirm the appointment. When I got to the dealership, they tell me that the car I’m interested has a recall order, so I can’t test drive. Someone could have just told me that before scheduling the appointment with me. I drove 45 mins in the rain to get to the dealership. Careless and thoughtless idiots work here.

    The internet sales manager( Joshua) was very friendly he didn’t try to sugar coat anything very straight forward and gave me a very good trade-in deal on my bmw and also gave me a good deal on my a 2021 X5. Was very nice to deal with no haggling, straight and honest. The sales person (Robert Behr) was very friendly and helped out with everything was very attentive with the process highly recommend him.     Overall it was a pleasant experience. The salesperson, Andy, was very helpful throughout the process. I am an older gentleman and not well versed on all the tech features in newer vehicles. He explained all of it to me. We took a test drive and we both survived it. The buying process took a little longer than I would have liked but not bad. Most of the delay was probably caused by me not having the information they needed. A few phone calls took care of that. I financed half of the purchase and was very surprised that they got me a lower interest rate than originally offered. Saving mw hundreds of dollars over the term of the loan. Finally they filled the gas tank. Almost $5.00 a gallon now, and detailed the car before I left. I would definitely shop Long Beach BMW again.

    Used or new cars, this is the place to get a good deal. What I liked most about my experience there was how straight forward they are and the area they have you go to test drive the car you are interested in, really helps to see what the car is capable of.     My experience with BMW longbeach,CA was very bad specially the accounting & finance team. Sales team was grate and they are fully straight forward. During purchase Finance team scared me about BMW and push me to took numbers of insurance which increased my monthly payment. i transferred my lease through BMW MOTORS and once i asked regarding my refund, Accounting director replied me that he is working on it. I was trying to contact them over phone and email for last three months but they didn't respond at all and i lost my refunds. Please be careful on Finance and accounting team of BMW longbeach,CA and do not confuse by their scary words.

    This is truly a terrible dealership! 1) My lease contract was supposed to end 12/30/2021. I started receiving emails from (Tiffany, Esmeraldo, Ava, and Brooke) in March of 2021 stating it was MANDITORY! that I bring my vehicle in for a pre-return inspection at which time they would be happy to discuss other lease options with me. I ignored the first 4 or 5 emails. In June I began to respond to them asking for a highlight contact which showed that it was MANDORITY for me to bring my car in 6 months before the lease was up. Every time I sent this response the person contacting me stopped and someone new started spamming me. 2) The pandemic should not be an excuse for not providing the service which is promised when I leased my care. They sold ever car they received to maximize their profit and as a result never had loaner vehicles available. Since I had to bring my car in multiple times for recalls (Manufactures Defects) you would think that a luxury brand like BMW would take care of their customers. Not this dealership. 3) 2 out of the 3 times I had to bring the car in, to address the manufacturers defects, my service advisor (Mr. Torres) wasn't available to help me. Normally this would not bother me but BMW set the appointment times for me to meet with him. The first time they set it for 12:00PM. When I got there I was informed that he went to lunch. I waited until 1:30PM when he returned to speak with him. They told me it would take roughly a 1 1/2 hour to change the back up camera. They returned to car to me at 4:00PM. The second time was this month. I had a 2:00PM appointment with him and after waiting 20 minutes for him and advisor informed me that he was busy with someone else so that adviser helped me. I was promised that I would be contacted before the end of that day and give an update on the repair and when I could expect the car back. That was on a Monday. No one contacted me until Thursday night when the car was ready.

    UPDATE!!!!!!! I am looking to a receive a refund for unauthorized services performed on my car. I've reached out to BMW North America, my lawyer and will be contacting Long Beach BMW's general manager as well - as a recommendation from a customer relations agent. I will not be satisfied until I either receive a full refund or a credit towards my future BMW purchases. Charging & continuing services on a vehicle without owner's authorization is deemed as fraudulent activity & I am legally protected as a consumer against these actions from your dealership. UPDATE: I was contacted by a service dept manager and he made the moment right, I appreciate the offer and the attentiveness around my experience as a customer! Thank you! Dropping off my car was great! However, when picking up my car, the ease of process was terrible. I had to ask & search for too many things: 1) there was no clear direction on how to pick up my car 2) my advisor dropped off my key fob as I was checking in the courtesy car, which seemed great but might have caused confusion 3) my car was not brought to me; I had to walk to retrieve my car; I don’t know why I was given my key fob instead of the person responsible for driving my car to me 4) The “service” tag was still hanging from my rear view mirror, so I had walked over to drop it off - UNACCEPTABLE! 5) I purchased 2 new P Zero tires and discovered that there was a white residue between my rim & tire; SLOPPY & LAZY WORK! I had to clean it myself - what am I paying you guys for, isn’t cleaning & a polished finish a part of the labor? I’m not sure how the white residue was missed - shouldn’t that have been checked during the car wash? I spent $1,700 for a service and I expect service to be much better than what was presented to me. This experience has definitely made me reconsider Long Beach BMW as my service provider. The staff was friendly but there was a huge disconnect in delivering the best customer service, from start to finish.

    If you want the worst service , the most disrespectful employees take your car here!!! Horrible is an understatement, whoever owns this dealer need to train the employees on customer service. They are bad really bad and when you ask them a question they have such a bad attitude. Funny thing I bought the car there , the sales person asked me to take the care there for service to the dealer.

The negotiation process was smooth and they did what they could to make me comfortable while I waited for financing to meet with me. Mike and Robert worked fast to get my documents ready and they made things right despite being super busy. I would definitely recommend going to Long Beach BMW.

I was having a battery issue with my 2017 X1 and Miguel and his team were able to take care of my car that same day, they even provided me with a loaner vehicle for the duration they were working on my car.     Miguel Rivera is the service guy to see for your BMW! He took the time to order full diagnostics, and took care of an issue on my car that I think was lingering awhile but went unnoticed from past services, when I had asked other different service agents in the past. Miguel listened, and ultimately had to order some special parts from Germany and it took awhile to get them to their dealership, however he keep me aware of the status of my car and part delivery at every step. He recalibrated the suspension, replaced the airbag, fixed a dent, and did a 25,000. mile service, and was a lot less expensive than I thought it would be. From now on I will always go see Miguel at the Long beach dealership for service. I felt that he treated me with directness and respect, and with gender equality. I am a female. In the past dealing with male service coordinators, sometimes would brush off my concerns, or just take a different ambivalent approach to address my concerns not taking them as seriously as I did. Finally now after the service with Miguel, when driving my performance direct 6 BMW, the car responds more precisely and the suspension is on point perfect!. It used to feel like I was overcorrecting the car before on turns when racing on the track. He is the guy to see if you want to maintain performance perfect service for your BMW on and off the track!

    Andy was our sales rep and he was awesome. He kept me updated as we waited for finance and negotiations were easy. The only minor issue I had was with finance. The person was nice and helpful but feel like he was heavy on the extended warranty sales pitch. I know the business makes money on this but when a customer says I am not interested and only want the car, move forward. This will do 3 things: 1 - It will speed up the finance process so customers are not waiting 3 hours to sign paperwork. 2 - You can spend more time with clients that want to discuss extended warranties. 3 - Customers are more likely to add warranties if they are still buzzing/happy with the sales process. After waiting 3 hours, I was going to say NO to anything other than the car and just wanted to leave.

    I took my 435i in to Long Beach BMW last week. My baby had been neglected for a few months and needed some substantial repairs. Top to bottom one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, mind you I was in customer service for around 10 years! James the service manager really made me feel at home. He did everything in his power to make sure I left with a smile (given the extent of the repairs this was a tall task). He left me in good hands with his service advisor Manny who was nothing less than exceptional. I received consistent updates on my vehicle, I knew what was going on every step of the way. The second my car was ready I received an email and phone call, I was in the next day to see my baby freshly detailed sparkling under the sun. Like I said James had an amazing team firing on all cylinders, just like my car is today! Thank you to the entire Long Beach BMW team!

    This dealership's service department is the worst. Please don't take your car here. My wife and I are 1st time BMW owners and took our 2014 BMW X6 to this place about a month or so ago for alignment and overall inspection. While there we disclosed we had oil leak at the gasket. Joshua Donamondo our service rep stated that in there system he saw a bulletin that stated BMW could replace the valve cover gasket for free and this would be saving us $4000 dollars. Of course we were estatic knowing that this could be done free of charge. Now let me state that before we authorized the work order for valve cover gasket replacement our X6 drove smooth and the engine was quiet with no engine vibration or rpm surges. When we started engine from cold start, and changed gears from park to drive and stopped at street lights the engine was so quiet we couldn't tell engine was idling or on. Once this dealership replaced the valve cover gasket this all changed. As of today the engine idles loud and vibrates like heck and it was not this way before they worked on our SUV. We took it back and informed Randy who's the shop foreman and Joshua our service rep that our SUV was not right and we'd like for them to please recheck the work to make sure nothing was left undone due to NEW RPM surges , vibration and loud idle.They kept our SUV 13 days and after getting an explanation about all they did via re-inspection they returned our SUV back stating after re-inspection our SUV was within spec but loud engine idle, vibration and RPM surges were still present. That was the second trip back to this service department. After getting frustrated about their work which threw our SUV into sounding and vibrating like a lawnmower I emailed the Service Director Mike Daniels and threatened legal action as my wife and are not crazy as we both know how our SUV was running before having the Valve Cover gasket replaced here. He replied asking us to bring SUV back a 3rd time and they would once again re-inspect and get down to the bottom of it. We took our SUV back to Long Beach BMW again crossing our fingers that this would be resolved. Well low and behold after keeping our SUV for another 4 days before picking it up Mike Daniels called us giving us a long list of things they looked at and told us our SUV is in perfect health and there's nothing more they can do. Even when we went to pick it up I requested Mike to explain to us what BMW was saying , and once more we were given a long list of car verbiage in attempt to cover their incompetence to address the NEW issue they caused with our SUV. We drove away and suffice to say the engine of our car still TODAY idles really rough, it's loud, has periodic rpm surges and cabin vibration , door vibration and dashboard vibration are in tow. Overall our SUV is loud and NOT quiet as it was before they worked on our SUV!!. The continual verbiage to cover their horrible work is infuriating and we have determined to never purchase another BMW again because of this horrible experience we've had with this dealership. Our ride was pleasant previous to the work, and now it's the worst. We're taking our SUV to another shop to re-inspect the work Long Beach BMW performed and are looking to take legal action against this service department for not returning our SUV in the condition it was in before they performed valve cover gasket replacement. Randy Kendricks , Joshua (service rep) and Mike Daniels of Long Beach BMW have all abdicated their responsibility of ensuring our SUV be returned in prior operating condition. Each visit seeking to have this matter resolved has only led to more frustration as they have taken our concerns about our SUV due to the work they performed and have offered nothing but explanation after explanation to what they've supposedly done, but our SUV is still not right. We're looking to hire an attorney to help us with addressing this matter. Please for the sake of God don't ever take your BMW here to have repairs. RUN far away from this place its the worst. We are beyond frustrated 😠

She made sure to take her time and answer all my questions and was very thorough in explaining the diagnosis. My car was diagnosed and fixed in a very timely manner.     We tried to purchase a car from this place a couple of months ago. The car had issues that they needed to fix. The issues did not get fixed so we were told we are getting our deposit back. Well it’s been almost 3 weeks and nothing ! We have been calling and all we get is to leave a message. We have left over 12 messages ! We have left messages for sales guy, Dante, then sales manager, Marco, then general manager Peter Lee, and finally spoke with lead manager, Jason Warrant who said he would rectify this and call me back and nothing after 2 days of waiting on him ! Their customer service is beyond horrible ! I will now be contacting my attorney to contact them ! I don’t even want to give them a star because they DO NOT deserve that!

He answered all my questions, coordinated what I wanted in a vehicle, explained and detailed the financing and ordered the 2022 740i that happily arrived June 26 much earlier than expected. He’s demonstrated the many options available on the new car and has offered guidance anytime thru text, phone or in person. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new 740i, the dealership and Andy. So far so good and hopefully we’ll do it again in 3 years when my lease expires.

    I truly cannot say enough about Long Beach BMW! I had been in the market for very gently used BMW M4 Competition and finding the exact car I was looking for was no small feat. I live in SF Bay Area but located what appeared to be the perfect car at Long Beach BMW. Working with Alex & Jenni over the phone, they assisted me through the entire process and provided above-and-beyond customer service when it came to helping me through a complex financing agreement. Since I had to fly down to pick up the car (and see it in person the first time), they really went the extra mile to ensure the process for me was as smooth as possibly could be and paid attention to every little detail.     The service bay manages are very nice, as is most of the administrative/CS/cashiering staff is courteous. I feel like I get treated very well. I do want to comment on my last visit whereas I think they could have done a more thorough job by providing a courtesy wipe down cleaning of my car's console area. It was kind of obvious and it would have been nice if they had done so, as they had approximately one month earlier. Other than that I have no issues and they do a good job overall.

    Never had an issue with the service department here, until today. Picked up my car after getting a sensor replaced and an oil change. As soon as I left and got on the freeway I got a warning for low oil. I immediately pulled over because low oil can cause catastrophic engine failure. Turns out there was barely any oil on the dipstick. Whoever worked on my car must have forgot to refill the oil... The most essential part of an oil change! Completely unacceptable. Good thing I carry a quart of oil in my car, I put that in and drove back to the dealer. Will update this post with how they handled this issue.

    We loved everything about our experience working with Long Beach BMW! We reached out through the chat feature on their website, and Gus was the person who initially responded to the request! We were contemplating purchasing another vehicle at another dealership because they were offering a great price, but the vehicle wasn’t in the color combination we wanted. Gus said that he would do anything to earn our business, so he not only matched the price the other dealership offered, but he also was able to find us the car we wanted in the EXACT color combination we were looking for! Gus then advised that we would be working with Melony, who was absolutely FANTASTIC, for the actual purchase of the vehicle. Melony drove for over 2 hours, round trip, to pick up the car, which was fresh off of the truck! Long Beach BMW implemented many safety measures, due to Covid, but Melony went above and beyond! She sanitized any chair we sat in, and she sanitized every pen we used before signing the paperwork. Long Beach BMW also allows their customers to enter in their personal information, directly into the computer, for the application. However, because the screen was so large, other people in the dealership were able to see our personal info, so we requested a paper application. The wonderful Melony obliged, and after we completed the paper application, she took that application into a private room and input all of our information from the paper application, into the computer! Yes, it was more work for Melony, but she never hesitated to make sure everyone was happy! Melony has such a bubbly personality, I have no doubt she receives a perfect 10 on all of her customer service surveys. Our experience with Gus, Melony, and the gentleman in the finance department was exceptional! We are so happy with our new car and definitely recommend Long Beach BMW to anyone looking for a new vehicle!!

    The dealership was very modern and upscale. Everyone seemed friendly and professional. Dante knocked my socks off. He was the only salesperson I could see in the lot and he was running around like crazy helping everyone. I test drove a mini and loved it. He continued to stay busy but was very attentive to me.     I purchased a trade in vehicle (2018 Honda Accord). First off, there were a few minor things with the vehicle such as stains on the seats and a bump on the rear bumper. I asked if they would be able to fix these minor issues and with no problem they were agreed to fix the bumper and remove the stains. The rear bumper looks great as if nothing was there. The stains look less visible. All of the staff at Long Beach BMW were extremely professional, nice, and respectful. I also wanted to thank their salesman Frankie with helping me through the whole process of purchasing the vehicle as well as fixing the issues it had. He was extremely helpful and very nice! He kept me updated while my car was at the dealer. If I had any questions, he was there to answer. The vehicle is great and runs well. I’m loving it! I definitely recommend this dealership and recommend Frankie.

    My experience with Pik was efficient and great. I was able to select the car I wanted, meet with financing, and walk out with the vehicle in an afternoon.     Upon calling to make an appointment, the receptionist was very professional and kind. She transferred me over to Brian, my service advisor at Long Beach BMW. He researched my cars history (BMW has a great, linked database). Working with Brian was awesome, he set me up with a loaner, allowing time for me to get back to work, while my car was thoroughly inspected. He maintained contact while my car was being serviced, his estimated time of completion was accurate. Tiffany in the loaner department was awesome, she reached out to me after Brian reserved a loaner. She gave me options, allowing me to choose from what was available at the time...sedan/suv, which was a nice addition to my experience, paperwork was easy, allowing me to get in and out in a timely manner. Overall my experience at LB, BMW was exceptional, from phone call, to drop off and pick up. COVID 19 precautions are in place. Everyone I had contact with was professional and pleasant. I'm happy! I forgot to mention, the new LB Facility has a very nice walk-space for browsing around, the service area, parts, new car sales, is all connected with a nice flow. The waiting area is cozy, a nice workspace is available also. There’s new cars to check out on the showroom floor, BMW trinkets, travel cups, clothing, keychains and other fun BMW gadgets available as well. If you're ready to experience your best service experience ever, visit Long Beach BMW. They’re ready to take care of you.

    I had a an excellent experience . I drove up an the advisor was nice & quick and I was out to get my rental in 10 min. My rental took about 5 minutes and I was off. The car I rented was a 2020 BMW. The advisor took the time to keep me posted on the work done to my car. When I picked up my car. I was out of there in 10 minutes & the car was washed.     This is the best BMW dealership that I've been to. I did not make an appointment and pulled in because an error came on in my car. Mr. Miguel Rivera was able to help me out and provided great service. He advised me that I would have to leave the car there overnight in order for the technician to run a diagnostic. Miguel was very professional and made me feel comfortable as a customer. Miguel contacted me on updates for my car and I got my car back the day that he said it would be ready.

    We had an amazing experience with LB BMW. So many levels of great customer service starting with the emails, to working with Brooke, to the finance team getting us a better rate then my preapproval. Not having to haggle for whats fair. Not even having to ask for the car to be cleaned and a full tank of gas. Im so used to dealing with dealerships that make EVERYTHING hard. It was nice not to have to ask.     Everything went well. I was surprised to learn; that my warranty/maintenance agreement is only 36 months (36,000 miles). I was lead to believe; when I purchased the vehicle; that it was still 50,000 miles/4 years. Not Long Beach BMW's fault. They were very straight forward.

    If you want the worst service , the most disrespectful employees take your car here!!! Horrible is an understatement, whoever owns this dealer need to train the employees on customer service. They are bad really bad and when you ask them a question they have such a bad attitude. Funny thing I bought the car there , the sales person asked me to take the care there for service to the dealer.

    The Service department at Long Beach BMW is clearly a competitive advantage. Just had a Z4M in for maintenance for low speed vibration issue. Part needed to be replace and was back ordered for 6 WEEKS. The service manager (Javier) and the parts manager pulled some strings and got part in a couple of days. TOTALLY fixed the problem. Car came back SUPER clean too. Javier is the BEST and is a BIG asset to Long Beach BMW (if you guys read this, give Javier a bonus, he deserves it. AWESOME well done!!!

    Great service. I went to their Chinese New Year event and it was amazing! So happy BMW celebrates this cultural event. The salesman Robert was amazing and answered all my questions. Was very patient. Transparent. Did not rush me after test driving 4 cars. I finally got the BMW I wanted and did not have to settle. Even with all the inventory challenges.     I financed/bought my used 2019 BMW X7 1/17/2022 with the Sales Quin. My temporary license plate expired 4/16/2022. Nancy from the DMV department in that dealership said there was a wrong/duplicated documents from previous bank3/29/2022; and I asked to get a full refund for not receiving my license plate in 3 months. I don't know in DMV record whether or not I am the registered owner. Then the Sales Manager Robert called me after I made several attempts/voicemails to Nancy, (Quin disappeared after the sales and doing nothing at all.) he said I need to wait another 3-4 weeks for the license plate delivered from Sacramento DMV, the attachment is only an incomplete registration. I emailed him that their available used similar car and a quote of a brand new one. Robert can only offer a trade-in, but it's not my fault, I am not willing to pay double sales taxes; if I would like to get rid of this problem, I can trade-in in other BMW dealership, why I have to trade-in with the same dealership if the registered owner is me? I think I don't get the true story behind the scene yet. When I asked for the proof of their submission, no response again. Everybody is delaying the process, I already had made two months' payments, my car insurance agent criticized me whether the registered owner is under my name, now; and I am taking my own risks as not a registered owner for this car for that 3 months and making the regular payments on my own. This is my second used BMW bought in the dealership, I understand during pandemic is not easy to complete a business that fast, but there's a relative bought a Subaru and received the license plate in 3 weeks, and mine is taking more than 3 months?

    Great atmosphere and friendly staff! Anthony is very amicable and helpful! We ended up leasing an X1 and we are very happy with the whole staff in all the areas of the process...Theo ran the numbers and got the approval for financing and Paul helped with the contract. I was in a hurry and felt like I didn't agree with all the details but I take blame for that. Overall, Anthony gets all the credit for being a very patient and not pushy sales person...he made it very pleasant to be there for 6 hours.

    Just had a 2022 740i delivered to me through a broker, sold from LB BMW, and delivered by a Long Beach BMW employee. 1. They misrepresented the number of miles on the car. No big deal. 2. The car navigation wouldn't work when I drove it home. I programmed all the settings, let it sit overnight, thinking it'll download a map or something. After another couple drives, navigation wouldn't load at all. So I called BMW Assist and the rep immediately, within seconds, says "oh yes, it's a common problem. You just need to take it to BMW service for them to reset and reprogram the navigation." REALLY? Get a brand new car FROM THE DEALER with faulty navigation that just had to be reset and reprogrammed, but the delaerahip who sold it wouldn't do it on their own? When you're selling a hudred-thousand dollar car, have the courtesy to make sure the most important technology piece in it works, especially when your own driver drives it 30+ miles to deliver it, and then misrepresents the mileage on it! Shame on you, LONG BEACH BMW!

    Maybe it's the market! Right now Dealerships and Sales Associates are taking advantage of the "Chip Shortage". Market Markups and POOR customer service. The shortage will eventually change, but the impressions the dealership leaves on customers will surely last much longer than this chip shortage, at least for me it will. On Monday, a Pre-owned 740E I was very interested in appeared for sale with no pictures on Long Beach BMW's website. I contacted the dealership and Matthew Baum replied that they had just received the car and it would not be available to see or test drive until Thursday, after it was inspected and serviced and would I like to come in on Thursday. I replied with the time that I was available, and never received a reply from him. I showed up at the dealership on Thursday at the requested time. Upon my arrival I was told that it was Matt's day off! I then had to ask if someone else was available to help me since I was told that the car would be ready that day and I had rearranged my scheduled so that I could stop by. A gentlemen, who I am not sure even gave me his name, came out and told me the car was still in service and would not be available to even see until Saturday. He never asked for my contact information or said he have someone contact me. Well on Saturday I check Long Beach BMW's website to see if they had posted any pictures, and the car was GONE! Other search links to the site indicated that the car had been sold. - A Week later and Matt still has not contacted me about the car - the internet concierge, Ava did contact me in the beginning only to tell me that Matt was working on it and would give me a call... don't bother! I am not desperate, and will not take my business there chip shortage or not.

    First, I have been in the sales-end of the automotive business for almost 40 years, so I know a little bit about how it is supposed to work, and so do Jason (sales manager) and Matt (sales person)! I live 2hrs away so I was grateful there were no surprises: just friendly and efficient service. Thank you guys! My local Escondido dealer basically forced me to look elsewhere by constantly changing the price in the wrong direction; even though I had a quote via text! If you live in San Diego it's not a bad drive and the facility is modern and clean and everyone I met was professional and friendly! Nice operation 5 stars!

    Ever since I’ve been taking my mini to Long Beach BMW and Mini, I’ve had no complaints. My service has always been with Brian and he’s been nothing short of courteous, professional and kind. Being that this was my 1st BMW I wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Frank gave me all the tools I needed for my car shopping journey and he was the best BMW Assist when I needed him.     Terrible Experience. Sold me a Lemon, took the money and ran. I just moved to the area and needed a Car. My budget was for a used car but I decided to go with Long Beach BMW as I figured they would offload any bad vehicles to auction rather than risk damaging their reputation - Wrong! ; that they would have fixed any issues after their advertised 41 point inspection - Wrong! ; that if something did go wrong I would at least have a reputable company to deal with - Wrong! The ignition electronics failed completely after 2 weeks and cost me $2k to fix. While it was in for repair, the mechanic told me that the alternator bearing was failing and pointed out a noise under the engine hum which is very obvious to the trained ear. Another $1k to repair. I called Long Beach BMW about 30 times. I kept getting the run around. You have to talk to this manager or that one. When I finally did get hold of a manager, they assured me that someone would follow up. Never heard from them again and all subsequent calls were ignored or not responded to. Long Beach BMW violates all the reasons why one would consider doing business with a mainstream dealer. They don't care about the Customer, just want your money and good luck getting any support once they have it.

    I was here twice. Each time I got my brand new 2019 BMW 740 with new deep scratches - first time my front right grill on top (they changed oil), second time left rear fender (really deep scratch, polishing won’t help) and right rear door. Second time I left my car for a day, nobody called me to let me know it was ready. I just came and picked it up next morning. I asked multiple times NOT to wash my car, because I wash it only at contactless car wash and wipe it carefully with special clothes. It’s black color and I don’t want any swirls. I’ve got it washed and with new clear coat scratches... After the first time my grill was scratched I left a complaint trough the website form about 2 weeks ago - nobody ever responded it. Second time I told about it in person at the shop - nobody took care, acted like nothing happened. Very disappointed.

    Took my 3 series for service at BMW Long Beach was immediately greeted, and introduced to my service advisor (Miguel). Cool friendly dude had me in and out within 15 min. Told me not to worry car still was under warranty and I even got to talk to the mechanic (Jonathan). Both were professional and explained a lot about my car got my car running new and we’re easy on my pockets since it is a BMW. (Breaking My Wallet).

    The team at this dealer is remarkable! We had a negative experience with the Nick Alexander dealership where the sales associate that greeted us there never introduced himself and lied about the location of a car we wanted to look at, saying it was apparently part of a dealer trade and was already picked up which lead us to contacting Long Beach BMW about said car. Josh had informed us the car was at Nick Alexander the entire time, but he also told us about a brand new 2021 228i that they literally just received. (It still had the wrappings and everything!) So we made an appointment the same day to take a look at it and was then helped out by Matt. Now Matt has got to be one of the nicest and coolest guys [at a dealership] I've ever met. He made everything about our interaction and transaction so smooth and went above and beyond. We purchased the 228i that day, but couldn't pick it up until New Year's and when we got back to the dealer, we found out that Matt hand washed the car himself! I've never experienced such excellent and friendly service. A HUGE thanks to both Josh and Matt for being the best. I'd also like to extend a thank you to Alex in the financing department. The three of them streamlined this entire process and we went home, very pleased with our purchase.

    I took my car in for two recalls. Anthony was my Service Advisor. I left it there just before 11am and Anthony said it would be ready "before the end of the business day". Just before 5pm I got a text with a link to suggested work which I declined, expecting to be able to pick up my car relatively soon. After getting no calls for a while I called the dealership asking if I could get my car, only to be notified that the service department closed at 5 and I couldn't get my car. I then spoke to a manager about the situation because I didn't have a ride to pick it up the next day. I was never told it would be held overnight and that it was not communicated to me that it was necessary. The manager said they had to wait to get a part the following morning, apologized that I was not told, and said he would arrange to have a driver come to pick me up. The next day Anthony called to explain why my car was needed overnight, the FLAT OUT LIED saying he told me yesterday it would take longer due to the part. When I left the dealership he didn't even know what was being done to my car, so he definitely didn't know the part was going to take longer. Eventually a very nice gentleman named Sergio came to pick me up to get my car. While at the dealership Anthony's biggest concern was to ask that I give him a good review that BMW would email me about his service. He didn't even acknowledge his lie, and only as I was about to drive away apologized for the "problems". If he would have simply sent a text or called about the part causing a delay there would have been no issue. Instead Anthony chose to lie to me and push the blame on me. I highly doubt I will work with the dealership again because of that. If they lie to make themselves look better for something small, what stops them from lying about something more vital?

    I parted with my local BMW dealer after 14 years. I did not like their new loaner car policy. Called the next closest dealer, Long Beach BMW. Was able to get a service appointment right away and had no issues getting a nice loaner car. The service agent Manuel was great. Everything got explained, received a text message when car was ready and was able to pay online, which was great. Car got cleaned inside and out.Perfect service.     Purchased a CPO BMW 4-Series in July 2020. Customer service was very good. I had been looking for a specific make/model/color and found it on the website before it was available for sale. Called the dealer and Amairany was very helpful, getting me information on the specific vehicle and connected to a Sales rep (Richard Houston). It was a pleasure working with Richard – he helped me get answers to my questions, sent me pictures before they were posted, and secured the vehicle so I could get there to see it in person and test drive it (I’m not local to the dealer). Richard also helped take care of a couple of special requests for me, which I appreciate. Overall great sales experience. Even my experience in the F&I office was easy and pleasant (Ali Nashawati helped me). There were a coupe of very small paint chips that I asked to be repaired, which they took care of at no charge. They did a reasonably good job – 99% of people would probably not be able to tell it ever had any touch up work done. While the work is good, it’s not quite as good as one would expect from a top quality body shop. My recommendation is to thoroughly inspect any work done before accepting and/or taking delivery of any vehicle that has had paint work done – at any dealer. Final waxing and detailing was just okay, I had to clean a lot of “wax” residue out of the nooks and crannies and the interior had some cleaning residue that needed to be removed. Not terrible, but not ideal either. Again, the work was good overall and I did accept it. If you’re purchasing a new or CPO BMW, I can definitely recommend Long Beach BMW for their sales and F&I staff.

    I been a customer of Long Beach BMW for 15 year, purchased 4 vehicles from here. Over 250k in sales. Ever since they sold the company and is no longer family owned. The service is not the same. This last time went in for a oil change and break service. That I paid for out of pocket. (600$) Because my “service plan I purchased was over on January 6” the guy who took my car was very nice, but my car smelled like body order when I got in after I picked it up. Then I got home and my engine light goes off because my oil was extremely low. I have pictures. Disappointed with this place for the last time. Took care of it my self because I refuse to go there ever again.

The entire buying process was smooth, Melony even dropped off the car at my address the next day despite her being off that day. The dealership sold my car to me with only one key and took about a week for me to get the second one. Taking off one star for this reason.     I'm moving to the area for work in 3 months. I emailed and called because I was interested in a car that said it was "in transit". They got back to me to let me know most of those in transit cars are actually not for sale they are customer orders. Ok, fine. So now I'm on the phone with sales and ask what they have in inventory for 4 series convertibles, they say "nothing". Ok, so how long does it take to order a car? They say 3 months. Great! I'll be there in three months! They say no. You have to do that in person in the dealership. During a pandemic. I am not flying across the country to tell your salesperson I want my car in Brooklyn Metallic with a red leather interior. Get out of the stone-age. I can buy and customize a Tesla from my phone. You really can't figure out how to make a sale?

He is friendly, engaged, and knowledgeable (and really patient when sharing that knowledge). During two appointments, unexpected (and totally warranted) additional service needs were identified.     I am giving one star because of the situation. This does NOT reflect on the service Anthony Moore provided on my last visit. When I purchased the vehicle I understood the navigation was not working. I brought the car back about two months after the purchase and was told the navigation couldn’t be reset and a part needed to be ordered from overseas. That was fine. I was then called and told the part was in and to bring the car in so I did. A couple days later I’m told the part couldn’t be found and it’s now on back order. So why did someone tell me the part was ready?! I live an hour away from the dealer and it is upsetting that I will have to bring the car back in a third time hoping the issue will be fixed!

    I was in Long Beach BMW last Friday 7/3/2020 for a routine maintenance. I was advised that I need a coolant but I declined at this time. I was told that service will take about 3 hours. I then requested if I can have a power wash since my car has not had any wash for quite sometime. The advisor said it is fine. I came 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment at 8am. At 12 noon, I have seen that others who came after me already had their service completed and they got their cars and moved on. I inquired at the desk about the status of my car. The front desk did call the advisor. He came to tell me that it will take another 1 hour or so because the spark plug takes longer. I expressed my displeasure about the wait time. Fifteen minutes after, the advisor came to tell me that the car is ready. After the customary signature for the paperwork, I went to the car. Lo and behold, the car was so hot. It seemed to me that the car has been outside for quite sometime. I think what causes the delay is the fact that I asked for the power wash. Maybe it would have been much quicker. I know this will get the usual please call us at .... to discuss further in response to this. No need to discuss further. Just be honest and tell the customer that a power wash will delay the service and if the customer wants it still then he/she has to wait. I have to write this because we are experiencing pandemic and the longer we are outside and around people will put us to risk of contracting the virus. BMW needs to understand that and make every effort to prevent further exposure to this virus.

We were contemplating purchasing another vehicle at another dealership because they were offering a great price, but the vehicle wasn’t in the color combination we wanted. Gus then advised that we would be working with Melony, who was absolutely FANTASTIC, for the actual purchase of the vehicle. Melony drove for over 2 hours, round trip, to pick up the car, which was fresh off of the truck! Long Beach BMW implemented many safety measures, due to Covid, but Melony went above and beyond! She sanitized any chair we sat in, and she sanitized every pen we used before signing the paperwork. Long Beach BMW also allows their customers to enter in their personal information, directly into the computer, for the application. However, because the screen was so large, other people in the dealership were able to see our personal info, so we requested a paper application. The wonderful Melony obliged, and after we completed the paper application, she took that application into a private room and input all of our information from the paper application, into the computer! Yes, it was more work for Melony, but she never hesitated to make sure everyone was happy! Melony has such a bubbly personality, I have no doubt she receives a perfect 10 on all of her customer service surveys. Our experience with Gus, Melony, and the gentleman in the finance department was exceptional! We are so happy with our new car and definitely recommend Long Beach BMW to anyone looking for a new vehicle!!

    I am giving one star because of the situation. This does NOT reflect on the service Anthony Moore provided on my last visit. When I purchased the vehicle I understood the navigation was not working. I brought the car back about two months after the purchase and was told the navigation couldn’t be reset and a part needed to be ordered from overseas. That was fine. I was then called and told the part was in and to bring the car in so I did. A couple days later I’m told the part couldn’t be found and it’s now on back order. So why did someone tell me the part was ready?! I live an hour away from the dealer and it is upsetting that I will have to bring the car back in a third time hoping the issue will be fixed!
