Service Department at Long Beach Honda E Spring St, Signal Hill

Took my car in to get an oil change and when I got my car back I noticed scratches on two of my rims. To make matters worse after I got off the phone with the service rep I also noticed damage to the window weatherstrip. To say that I am pretty upset is a bit of an understatement. I take great pride in taking care of my vehicle and expect the same from you guys when my vehicle is in your possession. Then again I’m not surprised this happened considering I saw an employee parking a customer’s car on the lift with the hood up. Hopefully Bruce sees that when he reviews the cameras as to what happen with my vehicle.

I always come here to get service done in my car. I can choose to go closer to where I live but, I rather come here because of their Top of the line service. All the representatives do an excellent job, they are honest and provide the best customer service.

A bit expensive but fair I'm telling you dont waste your money on anywhere else if you want the job done right the first time go to them

Did not have the 2005 honda door latch cable I needed, nor a possible date to obtain it. I say...if the car maker does not have the part...who should?

Service seems to be a challenge these days, but not with this Honda Service Department in Long Beach. They were gracious, honest, communicative, and efficient. Special shout out to Christian who was amazing. I’m so glad I took my car in. Highly recommended.

I bought my first car here at Long Beach Honda. I want to start off by saying that I always look for the best deals/prices before purchasing something because I like to spend my money wisely. I searched for several months, since December to be exact, and went to many, many dealerships looking at used and new cars before I decided Long Beach Honda was the best. I ended up purchasing a new 2020 Honda Civic LX. The thing I like the most about this dealership was obviously the price but they also had great customer service and were honest about what they promised me when buying the car. I believe that dealerships tend to not be completely honest but this dealership really wants you to be happy with purchase and welcome you into the "Honda Family". Carlos, the manager, was very patient and kind with me when dealing with my uncertainty of purchasing a new car. He made sure I was well taken care of and proved to be accountable. I really feel that he genuinely wants the customer to be happy and that buyer/seller relationships are of utmost importance to him. Since nothing is ever perfect, there was a small issue that was quickly resolved by him which is why I believe this dealership deserves 5 stars: the price and trustworthiness. I would definitely recommend this dealership for the best prices and customer service and if the future allows it I would come back and purchase another Honda from here.

I was greeted by Earnest S. he was prompt to say good morning and welcome me, as this was my first visit to LBC Honda. He also assured me that I did need new tires, I was quoted and understood why I needed new tires. David B. was my service advisor, he was kind and thorough, explained and assured me on what was needed to be done. He took the time to review my previous service appointments to be sure I was not missing any other maintenance that was due. Over all my experience was wonderful, I will definitely return to LBC honda for my Honda service needs. Grateful for the help!

Very professional and courteous.Had to wait about 10 min due to them being busy at 10 AM, they called by 1100AM to tell us they needed to order a part for our SRS, and did we want to come pick up vehicle and bring back the next day or just leave it there and pick it up in the morning when completed. Overall great experience. Highly recommend LBHonda Service

Horrible experience all around. Workers are incompetent and lazy. Took 4 months to get a part ordered after failing to fix my car several times. Workers are rude and unable to accomplish the most menial tasks. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
