Dalton, our business banker at Carrollton provided exceptional customer service to our business when we needed help with business loans during this COVID-19 pandemic. He made us feel like we were the only one he was working with when we know he was incredibly busy. I cannot recommend him and Carrollton Bank enough to small businesses.

Excellent service by Maggie (ladybug) each time I've been there. I have been there 3 times & the Alton branch once. Maggie is professional, yet personable. The tellers at the Alton location were snobbish and acted as though they were doing me a favor by waiting on me. I will only go to the Murdoch location and let Ms. Maggie help Me. She is the best! I drive from Granite city to bank there.
