We worked with Stacia Peterson to purchase our office building and found the experience to be efficient and competitive. Especially enjoyed that apple pie at closing!

Awful customer service. They time withdraws against deposits so that you are charged fees at $25 per Transaction. My Online access is conveniently shut off every Friday 6 weeks in a row now only to endure charges where they refund half but are still making money by deceit. I've been lied to I've been talked about while I'm on hold And they have ruined a home loan with constant mistakes where they refund some fees only to make more mistakes next week. They are dangerous. Do not use this bank this branch is terrible.

The people there are nice but how they run things and treat people that do business with them is horrible. I would not recommend Carrollton Bank they don't know how to help out a small business owner when they have been doing business with them for a while.

Carrollton is a great place to bank if you have a small business. They have been very supportive of my business and responsive to the quick changing needs of my small business.

As a small business owner, the importance of having trust and reassurance in your banking partner is obviously needed but rarely obtained...however, at Carrollton Bank they provide just that and much more so definitely would recommend highly if needing a new or different banking partner!!!

If you've got money this is a bank fot you. If you're a work for your money, you'll have better luck with a credit union.
