    Please do yourself a favor and find another Credit Union to bank with. These people seriously do not care about you at all. I'm currently fighting with them about overdraft fees I received from a transaction that I reported to them as fraud! I did not authorize the transactions so of course its going to overdraft the account yet you all are still charging me an overdraft fee?!?! Like how?! Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other institutions that are no longer charging fees! If you need to talk to someone on the phone be prepared to WAIT AT LEAST 30 minutes to get someone on the phone. This has been going on before the pandemic. If they treat their employees anything like their members I can see why no one wants to work for them. Don't call right before closing neither because I promise your call will mysteriously drop and when you call back you will not be able to get through because their phone lines have been shut down.....they don't care about you unless you are paying their outrageous fees!

    The staff at Alltru Credit Union are eager to assist in any transaction. I was having an issue cashing a check that had always been accepted prior, the staff explained what to do about including his name to the account. It was done and ready to access in no time. I would gladly recommend Alltru Credit Union..

    Update: I really appreciate that they reached out to remedy one of my issues. We have had many issues throughout the years but I was pleased to see that they took the time to reach out and fix my recent issue. We’ve been with Alltru for almost 20 years. I will never do another loan with them. So many things wrong with this Credit union. I definitely do not recommend them!

    My family and I have always received the best service when working with Alltru. We are thankful for their dedicated service, honesty and patience. On our most recent visit inside, we set up savings accounts for our two children. It was an exciting time for our children and ourselves, and Alltru was there for us along the way.     We have been with Alltru (previously 1st Financial Federal Credit Union) for over 25 years now. We have always had great service from the staff at each of the branches.     I recently started shopping around for a new vehicle and thought to see if I could be approved through my credit union. I worked with Melinda Klocke and I an forever indebted to her. Melinda was fast, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. Having not had a car payment in years I was so out of the loop how it all worked and Melinda was so awesome in explaining everything.     I've never been to a bank or credit union that was so difficult to deal with. I wanted to make an additional payment on my auto loan. Wasn't able to complete it online so I tried calling. It took 90 minutes for them to call me back. When they finally called they wanted to charge me $8 to process the payment over the phone. Instead, I drove to the nearest location to pay in person. They only had one teller working and I had to wait 20 minutes in line, all for a simple extra payment.

    I have been a member of this Credit Union since I was a young child, when it was called Aerospace Credit Union My dad worked for McDonald Douglas (now Boeing) and he set me up with my very first Savings Account there. I have seen them go through various name changes over the years but one thing that doesn't change is the amazing service they provide and the wonderful staff. I haven't had many banking issues, but their personnel have always been friendly and very helpful with any questions I've had. And while there aren't many Alltru locations, they have an incredible amount of Shared Branches; so if I need to go to an ATM or drive-thru teller, I have many options. Great credit union and excellent staff. Highly recommended!

    Love my credit union Alltru Credit Union. I have been a member for over 25 years. I think that is saying something all by itself. I always get personal and kind service. Better rates than the average bank as well. It’s a family tradition with me! Lifetime member!!!!

    I started with Alltru CU two-names ago. LOL It was in 1980 and the office was on N Lindbergh. Thru the years that I have been with them, I have to say there has only been one person I seemed to have trouble with at the office on Hwy 94 back in the 90s. I only bring that up because to go 42 years and never ever leave them is monumental in my mind. The office I frequent is in Wentzville. I don't think you could find more professional, confident, knowledgeable people and still keep the 'friendly motto' going strong. I applaud ALLTRU CU. New name for the same group that has always been there for me in many ways thru the years.

    I love going into the branch on Zumbehl. Everyone is nice and helpful. Today I needed to talk to someone at the branch and the only number I could find was to customer service. After sitting on hold for 12 minutes, a man came on and I told him I needed to speak to someone at the location regarding a night deposit. I asked for the phone number to the location and he said he couldn't give me the phone number, that they are helping clients in the branch. He then had to call them to ask my question and go back and forth with information. I do not like that I am unable to reach someone at the location I use. I have worked in banking over 20 years and feel like that is a disservice to your clients. What could of taken a couple minutes had I been able to reach out myself took over 20 minutes. This is a review for the customer service department not the location.

    Always a friendly experience. Friendly Knowledgeable people working. Warm friendly environment. Only complaint would be the Drive Trough ATM. WAYY too low.
