I had been looking for a car for over a year each place had different qualifications that they could not approve me for. Finally 5 star auto plaza actually talked with me and told me how they could work with me. They were very diligent in making sure I was taken care of. I hands recommend this place for anyone. I had the pleasure of working with Anthony and Caleb and both gentlemen were amazing. Thank you guys! I am so incredibly happy and now I have a reliable car I can count on.

Just left the lot with my 2019 Hyundai Tucson SEL and could not be happier! Originally went in looking for a VW Tiguan, the vehicle I was looking for wasn't currently available but Chad and Bernie worked their magic to get me into another vehicle that I had my eye on. Despite having horrible credit in the low 500s from poor credit management in the past and a very limited down payment, they were still able to get me approved! Im happy, the wife and kids are happy, and soon my new credit score will be happy too. Don't think twice about going into 5Star, they will get you done.

I was referred to go to 5star auto plaza to look for a new car. My friend told me to find Caleb and that he was the Go to Guy! He was very friendly personable pleasant and kept a smile on his face even when we went into after hours. He fulfilled all his promises in what he said he was going to do even going as far as helping you find a good insurance rate! All the staff here at 5star was very welcoming and cheerful as well! I highly recommend coming to see Caleb 5star will definitely help you get into something at a reasonable price and down payment!

Great service department! I was way overdue for fixing several tricky suspension problems on my 2007 SUV. 5 Star was the third mechanic I tried. (The others did not even test drive it before quoting, and they fixed only part of what it turned out it needed, or sold me new tires, neither of which solved the problem, which was excessive road noise vibrating up into the steering wheel.) But 5 Star test drove it, quickly sized it up (control arm, and broken springs), started work the same day, finished it on time the next day as planned, for the price they quoted, which was reasonable. It drives like a new car now!!! Just like Danny said it would.

Do not waste your time. The advertisement is a lie!!! They say you have a job and a nickel will get you a car. You get there waste your Time If you don't have 600 or higher for a credit score you are wasting maritime. And the only car payments they have are 550 and up Do not waste your time I'm surprised they haven't been sued yet Rating negative 10

Very professional and detailed in prices, coverage options, and warranties. Robin in sales was accommodating for test drive and options requested before even trying to show a single car, and she listened to both my wants and needs before bringing up money in the slightest.

Super disappointed in the we service we just received. We went in wanting to look at some Journeys. They wanted to run our credit immediately and we didn’t want to do that. We just wanted to look at the cars first, get prices and have our trade in appraised while we did that. The manager or finance guy whoever he was was really rude and argumentative. Saying we won’t get the payment we want, asking why we didn’t get the other cars we looked at, and then at the end was like here let me have your key we’ll do it your way. Never will go back again.

They may be a good dealer, but won't get my business. You have to provide an email, and a phone number before you can view inventory, and then you have to call for pricing on every single car you like. No other dealers do this to such an extent. Bad business model.

Chad and Robin we’re both very informative and professional. The finance papers were explained in simple terms that I could understand. Although all my questions I had at that time were answered. I was given contact information from each of the associates. Encouraging me to contact them if I had any further questions or concerns after my purchase. I was very satisfied with this experience and would recommend friends and family to purchase their next vehicle from this company.

Please don’t fall for all the fake, templated 5 star reviews.. my car broke down just a couple of weeks after driving it off the lot. They refused to do anything about it and looked for any excuse to not honor their dealer warranty (kid’s tampering with the car, me doing something to the engine myself). At some point it turned into “I don’t know what happened but it’s not our problem”. At one point in the ensuing argument the service manager actually admitted that he would never buy a car from here. Please check their BBB claims and you’ll see that this place is a scam. They need you more than you need them.

I bought my car last year in March/April so I have not even had it a year they did not tell me it was in an accident I’ve already had to have the brakes replaced now I have to have the rotors replaced I just had an oil change and I have a transmission leak not happy at all I will never be back. I get the that stuff is basic maintenance on the vehicle but I shouldn’t have to deal with it in less than a year of owning the car

Scam, they tell you over the phone no money down, they go off income etc, I specifically asked over the phone what I could expect for a down payment and was there anything preventing me from purchasing. I was told no money down and nothing would keep me from taking home a truck, credit wasn’t an issue since they go off income. But after an hour of waiting, they pull credit and ask for 5k down. When I asked what happened to what we discussed over the phone, his answer was “well we didn’t know your credit situation”. It’s a joke and extremely misleading Just to get you in the door.

This was my second time purchasing a vehicle here. Particularly, this time was an outstanding experience. I was able to use my previous truck as a trade in for exactly what I was looking for. I've been a customer here since 2017. Never disappointed. The service department lady (Nicole) went above and beyond helping me get my car repaired at a reasonable price. Travis (mechanic) had me out of here in no time. Talk about 5 Star, I wish I could give it 10. Then! A couple of months later, I came back to upgrade to a truck. Brad made the process very easy and had me out with the very truck I wanted the same day. If you're looking for a vehicle of any sort, please give this place a try.

Took my daughter there about 3 months ago..sells person kept talking about $400 -$500 a month payments..I ask about the commercial that said they had cars under $200 a month..he said,nah,you dont want that,its a terrible car..so he told us to just go out in the lot,by ourselves, he never left his chair,and look around,find a car,then come back and let him know. after spending about 2 hours,and still looking at $400 plus a month on a vehicle, we said no thanks..

I've been going to 5 Star for oil changes since I purchased my car from them almost 2 years ago. The price for a synthetic oil change cannot be beat. They are efficient and refreshingly friendly. The only draw back is the service department doesn't offer weekend hours, but the price and the service you'll get make it worth the trip during the week. Louie is great. Kevin is new in the service department and made me feel like my car was in good hands. He's a veteran, so don't forget to thank him for his service. 😊👌

Robin Ayers was are sales person she was very straight forward and honest with us about our options. She answered all questions we had. Most importantly she helped us get the car i wanted. I was really nervous and thinking negatively cause of my past credit history and am thankful 5 star gave me the chance I deserved to rebuild my credit. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because this is the first time I have bought a new car and not drove off the dealership parking lot with a full tank of gas. Normally when you purchase a new car you drive off the lot with a full tank. If the car would have had a full tank of gas it definitely would have been a 5 star review. But they are good at making you feel comfortable on a purchase despite your credit history.

Logan missed the ball. He didn’t properly explain to them what I wanted. They did get me approved but my pick of cars was limited. The one I like had a big scratch down the passenger back door and rear panel. It really bothered me because who in there right mind would mess up this pretty blue. It bothers me so much I passed on it. Will wait to be on my job longer and since it’s all about the down payment I will save my money to get a better car. I just filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy,And looking for a car.I saw other agents walking around being very personable,however when Trevor(Mixed race) approached me,was very rude,talked down on me & repeatedly told me i wouldn't be approved by a bank due to my circumstances, he was very condescending, rude & seemed as if he was irritated,he also used what seemed like a generic talk off to talk about my credit, i had to let him know that i took a credit course after filing bankruptcy & was aware of how bad my credit was. I went to Jimmy Kavadas and got great customer service,the total opposite of what i experienced here. The other Trevor(Caucasian) walked past me & spoke, seemed very sweet, & used customer service with no problem, I wish i saw him 1st to help me,because i wasted time, Especially considering I never was informed on the banks decision i feel like i wasn't helped to the best of my ability.

Sold me a suv with no back brakes. After several complaints of squeaking noise since I drove off the lot. It’s been three months now. Now the car back tires won’t even move forward because the caliper has given out do to being driven on with out brake pads! I called to complain. They refused to tow it back to their plaza, told me to drive the car up to them without the back brakes (unsafe and a liability much?!) and they refused to put me in a rental so I wouldn’t lose days of work to be able to continue to handle the car note or my lively hood! I have 2 children both under the age of ten that I have been driving around in with no brakes!!! HOW SAFE IS THAT!? After complaining the first month of squeaking and grinding noise, I was told “they are new, just drive them for a while and the noise will stop.” Well, here it is 3 months later and now 5 star auto don’t care about their customers, they just care about making a sale! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from them and I must say never ever again will I go to them just because you have a nice ad. I will continue to buy my car from the dealership from which the car originally come from! Thanks for such a horrible, unsafe, shady experience!!!! Do NOT buy from 5-Star Auto Plaza! They are crooks and scam artists!

I came to this establishment with the hopes of purchasing a vehicle after my truck was totaled by a drunk driver. The salesperson (Anthony) was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in retail. He was dismissive, condescending and even hurtful at one point. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or maybe he took one look at me and decided he didn’t like me but I know for certain I will never return to this place and I’ll do everything I can to discourage anyone from spending one dime here. STAY FAR AWAY, there are plenty of places that will treat you much better than this.

DeAngelo was amazing! He answered all my questions and quelled any worries and apprehensions about the financial side of the matter. He was very knowledgeable on whatever we asked of him and made the process as painless as possible.

I got great customer service with Mr. Chadwick today. He was waiting for me upon my arrival. The sales pitch went well, fast quick and easy after we selected a vehicle that fit. 4/16/22 . . . . . . I kept this in draft mode due to some technicalities that needed to be cleared up. Communications are not up to par. i.e. emails are not addressed in a timely manner nor shared with team members who make the decisions. The considerations to accommodate my inconveniences were well below substandard and for that, I reduced the stars to a 3. However,,,, the bright side is that I was blessed enough to pass their financing process and am a very happy owner of a 2020 Toyota Rav4!!

Let me start by saying I was SO hesitant to purchase a used car. AND I was very reluctant to go to a different dealership because I "have a Guy" I always buy from. But I am having some credit issues and was referred to 5Star by a finance company after my previous vehicle was totaled by an uninsured motorist. This was THE BEST experience I could have hoped for given my circumstances. Victoria, the sales manager was SO patient each time she spoke with me before I even scheduled an appointment to come in. She really helped make things happen with the backing of my loan process. When I finally made the (right) decision to go in, Bernie Johnson, completely outdid himself in making sure I got a vehicle that was comfortable and reliable. And most importantly, the one I wanted! Not only was he EXTREMELY patient with my sister and I as we looked at several vehicles, but he treated both of us to a beverage to go along with their hospitality of pickles! Buyer beware! This company targets poor and minority car buyers. They have a lack of pricing transparency and clearly state that it’s because they work with credit challenged buyers. They are targeting people that have challenges. It took me many messages to even get a price, and once I did, I realized why they do not put their pricing out publicly. Overpriced cars, with questionable sales tactics.

I could have not asked for a better experience. Wendy made me confident and my choice to drive up and that it was possible to get in a car. She was extremely friendly and checked in on me often until I had what I needed to qualify. I worked with Anthony, and he got me approved with zero down, even though I just filed for bankruptcy and it was such a relief. The atmosphere was amazing, and very laid-back. After working with Anthony, I got to settle in with Bernie, he helped me pick a car that works great for me, and on top of that, I had some insurance problems and he went out of his way to help me find a lower rate so I could leave that day with the car. . He was extremely extremely patient, and honestly without him, I would’ve not left with the car. Can’t forget to thank him for giving me a few pickles to munch on too :) I cannot recommend this place enough, they helped me after getting rejected by a few other car places. I am seriously so thankful for these people. I would give 20 stars if I could.

I wish I could give more than five stars for this place. Long story short, I was just about defeated because the transmission went out on my Jeep and I did not have a vehicle. I worked with Chad and he did everything possible to get me into a safe and dependable car with a very affordable payment. He even watched my kids for me so I could test drive the car. Fantastic experience! It took some time but that's because we were making a big expense. The staff was incredibly helpful, they helped with all the paperwork and made sure to explain things thoroughly. At the end when we were about to drive the car off the lot they even helped remove the sellers sheet from inside the window.
