    Only two chairs and one member service rep. Google says it's not busy, but you'd never think that being here. So short staffed that three people needing member services takes over an hour to resolve. I'm guessing they're not treating their employees well enough to stay, or not hiring enough to properly serve members in a considerable and timely fashion. But seriously though, TWO chairs for waiting?

    My experience was very professional. I was very pleased with the Universal Teller (Hongyu Xie) who took care of opening my account. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and didn't waste time on small talk. I would recommend Neighbors to My family and friends. I am very satisfied.

    Not very easy to deal with. Tellers are great and everyone is nice, but policies such as an automatic 7 business day hold on checks from an insurance company and check holds on paychecks even with established account with no overdrafts is a little ridiculous. Additionally, they violate their terms of service by giving out information for ALL account holders to a third party life insurance company who will start soliciting you. Not sure if that is the only one or how much private information is transferred, but I prefer that whoever holds my money is honest and secretive about my personal info.

Our policies and procedures are designed to provide quality banking service that also protects our members from fraud. Insurance checks are especially vulnerable to fraud. We apologize for this inconvenience. Regarding the sharing of your information, we share member names and addresses (public information) with a select few companies that are able to offer financial products and services to you, life insurance being one of them. This information is provided in our Privacy Policy that is given to each new member and mailed to all members annually. Please rest assured that we do not share any private information with these companies. If you would like more clarification, please call us at 314-892-5400 and speak with our Branch Operations Manager. We are in the process of removing your name from our mailing lists but this may take up to 6 weeks. We apologize if in the meantime, you receive additional marketing offers.

    I started with one business account. Now, all of our accounts are guarded by the friendly team at the Mexico/St. Peters branch- checking, savings, auto loans, and even a SMART account for our new baby.

    The ATM doesn't work (again) and, of course, they only have one ATM, so I'm stuck with cash and checks I can't deposit (again). Neighbors is part of a large co-op, however you can only WITHDRAW money from the other ATMs in the co-op, not deposit, as I found out after making a special trip. Totally unacceptable.

    ATTN: potential business account holders - don't bother. Neighbors lack of professionalism and ineptitutde is astounding. Latest issue is a rejection of a time-sensitive attempted purchase via debit for 2600 which was rejected multiple times without reason. NCU never bothered to call and check with me before rejecting the transaction. I had to call them the next day and was summarialy dismissed without apology as I attemtped to explain the urgency of the matter and no resolution given. THis a month after they didn't bither to remove fraudulant charges from my credit card that I had brought to their attention and they did nothing about until it dropped my credit score 30 points and I filed a BBB complaint.... Find another bank, folks. NCU has cost me plenty of time and money at this point.
