There's a couple friendly tellers, other than that I would give it zero Stars if I could. Believe the other reviews on here, they are all correct. This is the worst bank I have ever been at, I cannot believe they are still in business. I imagine the only reason that they are, is because the union vacation fund has to go through them. Definitely going to check with the union and see if there's any way they can give us other options, or get new management, because this is unacceptable as a professional institution that is supposed to be serving its base customers. Never before at a bank have I been threatened, swore at on the phone, or treated with such disrespect. Would give zero stars if I could. Kim is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was charged fees that no one could explain, yet Kim claimed there was nothing she could do about it. I ended up having to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and get them involved to get help with the issue. This was almost 10 years ago and I still can't believe experience was real and that anyone would treat people the way Kim does. It was one of those that will stick with me for a lifetime because dealing with Kim was truly that awful.

All together a horrible institution. From unbelievable negative experiences from what they must consider customer service to the lack of ease to actually use your own money! Inferior tech for ease of access to your own accounts. Blocks on common local stops. The negative just never ends when it comes to explaining how horrible this so called bank acts like.

Enjoy the run around you will receive..... Im going to talk to my local union rep, we have to get this bank changed ASAP.

These ladies are always friendly and ready to help. I appreciate the service they provide and the effort they put in. Thanks for positive energy..

I had a lot of problems in the past but they definitely have turned things around. I just called and had a very happy helpful girl wish I knew her name. Last couple times I’ve called for help they were friendly and even joked around which is a nice turn around for this bank. Today was a 4 star call 🙌🙌

I am a very honest and humble person, but I have to say this credit union has terrible communication all around. I will never get a loan or do business with them again. I highly recommend everybody stays away from this place of business.

I've used them for auto loans and they're awesome to work with. The tellers have always been helpful and pleasant. Great place to use!

Would not recommend to anyone. I’ve had my share of negative experiences with them (such as my card often getting flagged as “fraud” and declining, even when it’s a place I’ve been to several times before), but today was the last straw. I called to inquire about a hold that was placed on my check over 7 days ago. Not a crazy amount, from a bank only an hour away, and I have previously deposited checks for the same amount with no hold. Additionally, the funds have already been withdrawn out of the check issuers account, yet my funds are held. Anyway, the check hold isn’t why I’m writing this. I’m writing this review because never in my life have I been spoken to so rudely by someone! The girl would not even let me get a word in; I couldn’t even finish asking a question before she would just rudely start talking over me. I had asked her to check a deposit from late August (only two months ago) and she snobbishly replied “no, I can’t look back that far.” What in the world?! If you can’t look back only 60 days, then something is seriously sketchy with this credit Union. This girl was insanely unhelpful, refused to answer any questions or help me understand why this check had a hold when previous ones didn’t. Awful awful awful customer service. Stay far away.

All around terrible customer service. They have been the most rude tellers I've ever had to deal with and this has been so for many years. Who hired these tellers
