My husband and I went to this business to get a loan .When We walked into the office there was no ... "How are you , how may I help you ? " there was no nice greeting, at all . The lady looked at my husband as he walked up to the counter , he was on the phone at that time with my daughter ,who needed his help . The lady behind the counter , employee of Carolina payday said "I will not serve you while you are on that phone ." .My husband told her okay , I'm not ready to be served and I did not ask for you to serve me while I was on the phone. Well then when she did serve us she was rude and far from being helpful, I do not recommend this place to anyone ....

I've used Carolina Payday Loans services many times when I've been subject to unexpected expenses, and I've always been satisfied with my experience. I've primarily dealt with Jim, and he's always been friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend this loan service.

I had a difficult time getting all of the necessary paperwork together. The staff was absolutely wonderful and patient as we gathered all the documents. I will definitely return to this location if the circumstance should ever be necessary.

This was a great experience, I had never had to use a Payday loan before, Melissa walked me through the process and was very nice and courteous. I was from out of town and in need and they were the only ones willing to help me out. I am extremely thankful for her kindness and willingness to assist me when I really needed it. I highly recommend if you are in a spot like I was, this is a great place to go for help. Melissa really treated me great and I cannot thank this place enough for their gratitude.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years and the customer service staff are absolutely wonderful . They are quick , efficient and friendly! I would recommend anyone to go to them . They even call you on your pay back day to remind you of your payment . To me this is a plus! If you are struggling to pay back they will also try and help you so you don’t end up with late payments .
