Carolina Finance Business Loan LLC Walnut St, Cary

They took $85 more than the last payment because they said their system shows my insurance lapse, but thats not true. They wanted a copy of my insurance policy. At the time I was on the phone with them I was driving home I asked my brother to send they a copy of the policy, he did last week. They still charge me $85 for their insurance. I called them today, the guy I spoke to was a real A hole. I wish I didn't do business with them. Currently I am in my bank waiting for a financial advisor to refinance my car. This is the worst experience I had buying a car.

I had exceptional payment history, but will now have a voluntary repossession on my credit. I wanted to pay my car off after 15 months vs 34-36 months. This company will not be happy about early payoffs! They will charge you all interest as if you kept the loan full term. Their fees are outrageous rates. My car had $5000 worth of work needing to be done and I was going to get the work done and pay off the car. I paid $4,909, no payment last 2 months and at early payoff only $1250 went to car payments. I was told verbatim my payoff or trade in was not wanted and I was told by the manager he wanted me to stay in my loan and pay at a very loud tone! The debt collector started bringing up the cost of my car before my $5000 downpayment when that had nothing to do with my loan. He said I was being charged $5.55 a day, interest drastically increases if late, but their payments system is faulty and connects to a medical equipment service so if your time is extremely constricted during business hours like myself and you dont have a secretary, especially opt out this business I have plenty of cars so no loss. I will gladly take any repercussions on my credit not to have to do business with Carolina Finance of Cary. Please find a company that welcomes early payoff and will treat you like a person and care about your payment history, communication etc. vs like a product or the same treatment as people actually dodging payments.

I am trying to expand my business which is doing very well but needed a small overdraft facility. I came across Carolina Finance on a google search and I'm so pleased that I found them. My agent was very helpful and explained everything to me. They got me a couple of different options to choose between. This has meant that I can now go ahead with my expansion plans. They kept me in the loop at all times and I am very happy with the customer service. Highly recommended!

Worst car loan company ever . I wish I would have did my research and googled the reviews before I purchased a car with them . All they do is harass you and call your phone non-stop , send emails harassing you as if they don’t have all your information . If your payment is due on a certain date & if you haven’t paid by 12pm or maybe 3pm it depends what type of mood you are in they will start calling your phone non stop but then tell you , you have a 5 day grace period arrangement with them . ASHLEY DEYAO IS BEYOND RUDE I HAVE HAD SEVERAL INCIDENTS WITH HER . Another guy in the office name Kendrick he is also very rude and unprofessional . I have several screenshots where he have contacted me through email and I will sending this information over too corporate. Just about everyone is this office is rude . How do these ppl even have a JOB STILL ? The only one that have good customer service is a young lady name Brittany she is very nice and understanding . Also their branch manager mark is very professional. I don’t think I will go another year using this company I just don’t want anything to affect my credit . But I will never use them again and I would never refer them too anymore . I’ll rather walk !

I paid off my loan in April and haven't received title as of yet. In recent years never had a problem until now that I paid off my loan early doesn't want to give me my title, Why? I have no ideal. Looks like I have to make a trip to Cary, NC to get some things straight.

Made the mistake of financing our used auto with loan, only to realize after getting the bill that our interest rate was 14.9%! Refinanced through our personal credit Union for 2.99%. It’s been 2 weeks since my bank overnighted the payoff check and it’s still sitting on someone’s desk waiting to be deposited- and they charged me the payment anyways. Staff not friendly or helpful

Awful! I went through a bank for my previous car loan and I should’ve went through the same bank for this car loan. I’m trying to refinance with someone else now. STAY AWAY! Customer service is useless and never friendly. Go someone else.

They are the worse. My daughter let her car insurance lapse and they added their own with a high price. They kept adding on to it, so she went from $175 car payment to nearly $425 and when she got her own they tried to tell her they had to extend it and still they kept adding on. This is one time I agreed with letting a car go. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Ruined my wife's bday gift. Do not Finance if you have plans for early payoff! Not nice or professional when discussing early payoffs. You will regret signing contracts with them if so. Plenty of leasing/ Finance companies are fine and kind about early payoff which is normal. Only sharks get mad with something positive for your credit and getting their money especially when more than enough interest is paid. Wish we would have read the reviews first!

I paid off my vehicle June 2019 and has not received my title yet. But if your payment was due 01/03 they start calling 12/31 reminding you 😂😂😂. Bad business!
