People there were very friendly and understanding of my situation. The exchange was relatively quick and simple and I managed to find something that fit the budget I was working with. Overall, great place to go if your looking for a nice used car.

I went with my sister and her girlfriend then they bought got their new car. Ran the card twice saying it was declined and then having them talk to someone over the phone which isnt secure who knows who they were talking to giving bank information??? The bank statements say the payment was taken then yesterday you try and take the car and then returned the payment. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen either fix you financial system and stop harassing my sister or I will find a lawyer to deal with this.

I had to come on here and update my review. DO NOT GO TO CAR HOP!!!! My car has been in the shop or broke down more than I have been able to drive it. I just bought my car the middle of February and it’s been into a mechanic at least 5 times since. And I’m paying $10k for this vehicle. They harassed me over $16 remaining of my car payment WHILE MY CAR WAS IN THE SHOP FOR MORE THAN THREE WEEKS!!!!!! I couldn’t even drive my car for almost a while month. And they turned my ignition off over $16!!!!!! They are crooks and scammers.

They put me in a nice car and they worked with me. It does not matter if you have bad credit they build you credit up. They all worked great with us. You guys have great Customer Service Carhop. @jlytle got me exactly what I asked for a low mileage ford. I bought a previous vehicle with a gentlemen ( no longer with the company) and felt rushed into my sale not knowing anything about cars in general. Needless to say got a dode caliber 07 with many issues much heart ache paid it off making me a VIP customer (luckily saved my arse today when I needed it most). This time around I'm very happy and pleased I got exactly what I needed and my sales rep was awesome, since I was a VIP customer and didnt have down payment I was able to get this with zero down. I'm very thankful I no longer have to walk in the cold or worry about my status with my employer I'm once again reliable...wohooo🥰 the front tires will be replaced courtesy of carhop and I got a half tank of gas as well to start my new car journey. thank you so much I am confident that I'll be a returning customer and got an awesome deal @jlytle listens and works with you very impressed with the service I received today these guys are awesome!!!

I filled out the pre qualifying application and they told me to come in to sign papers and get my car. I went in filled the paperwork and without looking at the pre paper's told me I had to have a co-signer that lives with me. Plus the whole advertisement of they will work with your budget and payments are low and they will work with you. Lies they said 300 to 400 dollars a month and that's more than half my check. False advertisement is what I have to say. I had to find a ride there and it is more than 80+ miles one way for them to tell me what they could have over the phone. Thanks for working with me CarHop. My experience was so not awesome. 0 stars I will never suggest or refer anyone to go to you.

11/08/2021 Carhop Spokane Washington would suggest great customer service and on the spot assistance during an un expected third party motor vehicle purchase test drive break down(Stranded)motorist. Was able to replace the test drive motor vehicle with a Carhop motor vehicle in one afternoon. Should be more Carhop stores across the USA for these unique situations especially for a stranded motorist.

I bought a car here and shortly after I closed my bank account so try to go online to make a payment but I needed the account number so I called them to try to get the account number no one ever called me back long story short I'm busy forget about it 33 days past due they repo the car and tell me they want $9,700 to get it back the car wasn't worth anywhere near that to begin with and they show record that I called to try to get the account number but nobody ever called me back save your money and go somewhere that actually wants to help you succeed instead of contributing to your downfall

I never even got through the paper work. Brian the salesman didn't want me walking the lot looking at cars. He was rude and bossy. Mouthy to my wife, and they don't take cash. I just got up and left.

This was the easiest and most painless experience I've had buying a car. I'm very pleased. Friendly service and EFFICIENT as heck. Would recommend to anyone

Lucas is an awesome car salesman & didn’t pressure me one bit! He helped me out sooo much! I am self employed so getting a car can be super tricky but he went out of his way to make it work & literally went through months of banks statements just trying to get me into a car! I’m very satisfied and definitely recommend this place to anyone with bad credit or self employed!

Joe was the most helpful guy 10 stars ez UPDATE 8 months later, and at the end of the warranty....the transmission went out on my lunch break. I called Carhop and was spoken to without an ounce of customer service and a ton of disrespect. I was without my car for a month..it cost 100$to get it back on Friday.. warranty deductible...and Monday it kicked out of gear on the freeway. Two weeks later and I don't have my car back and can only speak to the same Carhop staff that's abusing my patronage. This is NOT a good company to purchase a car from they are very dishonest and unprofessional. I apologize if my first post lead anyone to their dealership.

I will already be emailing the talk to us at Car Hop that you are asking everyone to do, but I wanted to share my experience in hopes that it helps someone else. We all make mistakes, or dont have credit, or for whatever reason find ourselves at Car Hop. Unfortunately rather than be a help in a trying situation, they become more of a headache. 1. I researched cars that were supposed to be on the lot before I came, so I could rule out the ones that I did not want to look at and just see the ones that I did. Not one of the cars that I wanted to see were on the lot. 2. They DID find me an SUV, but had to jump start it before I could test drive it! They said that it was because it was cold and hadn't been started in awhile. riiigghht! Obviously I took the car, but only under the guise that they replace the battery. When I drove it I also thought that the brakes seemed a little loose. I was told to drive it home and if they needed to be fixed Car Hop would do it. They replaced the battery, I drove home and found some small things that I found concerning including the brakes. The crew was very helpful and got my car right in, except they sent me to the wrong mechanic and had to take it to another one. That mechanic found nothing wrong with the brakes, so they were not replaced. The brakes were not horrible, so I thought it was maybe just me being over paranoid. 3. You buy a car from Car Hop, they supply your license for the car. I bought it in March 2020 and after me calling, as well as the local DMV calling (I live in the next state) I still do not have a license plate for the car. I have my temporary which expired 4/20/2020. They wont rectify the situation and I am stuck driving with an expired temporary. 5. I am not sure why this is and I have not heard it from anyone else yet, but anytime I do automatic payments, online payments, or over the phone ones they NEVER go through. The money is in the bank, but for some reason it does not connect with their system. Which has made for late payments showing up on my credit report! Each month I have to go to the bank, get a cashiers check, drive an hour each way to drop off my payment to make sure it gets where it needs to go. I have yet to ever receive a receipt however and they will not give you one when you drop off the payment. I presume this has worked however because I don't hear from them. Only one time have I paid with a cashiers check did I have to go to my bank and get a copy of the check to prove that they did infect get the payment and show them who endorsed it. 6. Like most card on here, I have had to put thousands of dollars in my car! The brakes were so bad 3 months ago that the front disc was worn completely off the back brakes (my hunch was right they DID need new brakes when I bought the car, but was told that their mechanic said they did not). I have had to replace all 4 tires, and now the transmission is about to go out. I get that you cannot predict how each car will perform and that sometimes something odd happens that you could not have seen coming, but the car should last at LEAST the duration of the loan! Why loan on something that is going to break down? That creates a greater risk for people to walk away from the car and you lose money? Not a great business model to say the least! I know desperate times call for desperate measures sometimes, but if you can avoid it, do NOT purchase a car from these people! They truly could care less about you as a person or consumer as evidenced by the numerous amounts of junk that they sell! If there were 1 or 2 stories of my car broke down midway through the loan, then it would be worth considering, but there are TONS on here and these are all local. The same theme is on the national Better Business Bureau Site.

The staff at CarHop are absolutely amazing and caring. Angelica and her team went above and beyond in order to help me get a car. I had the opportunity to work with John while I was at CarHop. John truly cares about his customers and wants to see them get a good reliable vehicle. I’ve dealt with a lot of car lots, however CarHop is in a league of their own. They really do want what is best for the customers and they help them get it. I’m truly happy with the experience and the service that I had received.
