Dezeray and cortez helped get me back into an affordable car that I have the option to pay off early. The staff was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. They weren’t pushy. As a gig worker I’ve had problems getting financed. I’m grateful for the opportunity to rebuild my credit. They will definitely do their best to get you on the road.

It was a great experience; Dezeray is awesome! I never established credit but I still got a car wit no credit and they saved me money as the vehicle I wanted had more miles and cost 4k more . But my needs were met the same in a vehicle wit less miles and less money . Thanks carhop .

Dezeray and Cortez were amazing! I came in discouraged after visiting another place that gave me the run around. They were patient with me and worked diligently to get me into something that met my needs! As much as I wanted to get into my dream car, they patiently educated me on how to get there and the steps I needed to take to fulfill that wish, one of which was getting into a reliable starter car. They got me into something that fit my budget, my needs and relieved the massive headache of buying a car. 10/10 would recommend if you’ve been turned down elsewhere!

Super helpful people, stayed an extra hour to help get me set up. I took a look at their inventory before coming in and had my heart set on a particular car. They bent over backwards to get me qualified for the car I actually wanted instead of settling. Payments are easy, lower than expected. Nice selection, nice people, 10/10 would recommend

I basically have no credit so was over the moon that I arrived by bus and left Carhop in an SUV but let me tell ya - I wasn't told how much my payments were or what kind of car I would be getting for that matter until 5 min before I left. Ya the other salesman went out and started the vehicle that I was getting and warmed it up while the saleslady that was helping me still hadn't told me my monthly payments or anything about the car I was getting. (If u have bad/no credit then don't expect to get there and choose what vehicle u might want. It aint happening, not at the Everett location anyways. And when I came back within the 7 days because the car started making a weird sound (wheel bearing) and tbh I didn't feel comfortable with the way I didn't have any (zero) say in what I was getting but I was treated extremely bad, I was threatened that basically if I wanted to bring car Back complaining of a problem that they could just refund me my money and I would get no car. Yeah that happened. So off I drove in car where wheel bearing is going out but happy I had a car at all and that they didn't take my chances for a car away because I desperately needed transportation. So don't get me wrong - very grateful to be mobile now, just wanted to share my experience so the next guy isn't blindsided the way I was.

Never again will I go through carhop stay clear of This place. They will give you a lemon. Been without a car for close to 2 months. They provide the parts which takes longer. You can’t stop your payments even though they did you dirty.lots of fake reviews too.

I was on my way to work this morning and my motor blew up I have bad credit what could I do I called carhop and they were able to put me in a vehicle and it's only 4 o'clock I had a great experience because lord knows car shopping isn't my favorite thing to do they were very pleasant thank you again carhop

The manager here was top notch he described in detail what needed to happen for us to get the vehicle of our choice. He was very helpful all the way until he had to go but that's when a girl came over to assist us with the last few papers that needed to be signed and then she handed my buddy the keys and he drove off with no money down and payments as low as $165.00 a month he couldn't pass this deal up.
