I had a 5 year personal loan with them. They were helpful when I needed it but I wish I would have read the fine print. I didn’t even realize how high my interest was until 3 years into it. Regardless it was great to help build my credit but sucked because of high interest. I think my $8k loan turned into $18k after making all the payments with interest.

I have had 2 personal loans at this branch and I get an email that said I was pre-qualified for a loan at a 2% discount. The workers that helped me the first two times were great. Seems to be a new group of employees? Do not deal with Kevin he is not professional. Told me he run numbers and call me. Never did!

A professional and responsive company, they made the process of obtaining a debt consolidation loan simple and pain-free. I was prepared for the worst but instead got the best. So glad I made the call.

Getting a loan here was fast, easy, and the staff was professional. Anyone complaining about let fees needs to pay on time. You otherwise agreed in your contract to pay extra if you are late. I saw a staff of professionals working quietly. The interest is a bit high... but that's the cost...of fast, and easy to get loans.

I took out a loan with One Main Financial and I pretty much regret doing it. I have to say dont work with the Lynwood office and especially with Tyler "Mgr" very unprofessional and just shady business in general in that office. They wouldn't work with removing a late fee when I was paying the balance in full after being with them for eight months and never late. They pretty much take your money 💰 But they won't work with you in getting some of your money back, especially when I was asking for a simple late fee return!. Oh well!

I am not sure if they know exactly what they're doing here. It was inept customer service mixed with incompetency. I reached out to the corporate office for my application to be processed, and it was done in no time. I even tried giving advice or feedback to the manager but he never called me back.

Very upsetting experience for my husband to first be told he is approved and can sign at 6 pm to then having an issue with social security verification, sent in picture of card and having credit pulled AGAIN, to suddenly being denied. Nothing changed on this side. heartbreaking and the fact no one even called to deliver the news just an online “sorry” it doesn’t make any sense and we are entirely screwed since we put in the notice at our apartment complex when they TOLD US MY HUSBAND WAS APPROVED. Anyone want to buy foot pics? This place sucks.

This place is THE easiest and best if you need help! Jordan is absolutely amazing! I have needed a loan 3 times now and each time they have been fast and easy to work with. Rates are high but the service I received from Jordan, and the other reps is top notch! I would recommend working with her and One Main Financial to ANYONE who needs a loan!

My loan turned down. That was fine. But today I get notice from my car insurance company. ONEMAIN has a lien on my car. I didn't realize they were closed on Saturday. So now I have to wait until Monday to find out why. And what happens I'd I have an accident? They get first dibs on recovery?? I am so angry...

I had medical issue come up. I needed to take time off work. I had hundreds of dollars in prescriptions, a 4 day hospital stay. I had loan with onemain already. With missing over a month of work I was looking at not being able to pay my bills. I called and the refinanced my loan. They were there. Thank you
