I shouldn’t even give a 1 star!!! This place is a sad joke! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!! They will put you in a death trap and not care at all! My cousin just bought a truck from here just yesterday around 2pm, Alex was amazing at his service but the vehicles their selling are not good, the truck had the completely wrong size tires on it, the caliber and the break line went out on this truck with my 4 year old and 9month old in the car just earlier this morning! When confronted all they could say was we will fix it not caring about the bigger picture not to mention Liz had a horrible attitude which she is a manager not good service at all!! Will never in my life come back to this place ever again! They put my kids plus my cousins life at risk!

The worse people in the world are those that take advantage of people already down on their luck. If you are going to charge 5x the value of a vehicle at least you could make sure its road worthy. Do not but a car from this place they are con artist and liars. Better off going to hawkeye auto. They will sell you a garbage vehicle but they will be honest about it. The only helpful thing they are doing is teaching kids thre lesson if its to good to be true, it isn't.

I wish I had come here sooner. These guys helped me get in a vehicle with so little down and I promise worst credit than u. If you are contemplating getting a car and your credit score is what is holding you back give The girls and guys at carhop a call. I promise you will be glad you did.

Sales team is professional and easy to talk to, they will make sure you can drive off the lot with a reliable car. Alex my sale associate does a great job and is always willing to help you.

The Costomer service is amazing. I was able to get a new car for a affordable price. They let me test drive the car and I was happy with the results.

I walked into Carhop honestly anticipating hearing a NO, however, Alex took care of me. He allowed me to explain my situation and without any judgment he listened and paid attention. Decent selection of vehicles, the price of them are a bit more because of the years and mileage but are worth it because of the warranty and Liz was great at helping me find a car that would suit me well I would recommend her to anyone.
