I will start by saying that our experience started off great. We inquired about the 2008 Chevy Tahoe they had listed on their site with a low 82,000 miles on it. The vehicle was exactly what we wanted. Enriqueta was who I spoke with. She was very helpful with sending me pictures of the vehicle and also waited for my mother in law to drive an hour away to come check the vehicle out for us because it sounded just too good to be true. When we told them that the car was out of our price range they asked what was in our range. I gave them an amount and within a half hour we were called back with a yes. Again seemed like too good to be true in dealing with previous dealers they never just give in to knocking $3,000 off a used vehicle. We set up to drive over that Monday and pick the vehicle up. We asked several times about the mileage because it seems so low to be a 2008 even being a one owner but she reassured us that it was the correct mileage. Before we decided to drive 3 hours to buy this vehicle we decided to run a car fax report which by the way most dealerships that care about their customers and their reputation will offer you a free car fax report but this one did not. When we pulled the report we paid $25.00 for we seen that the odometer had been rolled back not 25k not 50k but over 100,000 miles. The last mileage reported was at 198,000 miles. Of course she claimed she wasn't aware of this maybe she was maybe she wasn't but what I do know is it wasted a lot of our time and how many other vehicles have they actually sold with the same issue. And the vehicle is still listed on their website showing the mileage that is incorrect. If you buy anything from this place I suggest you do your research.

From the moment of walking through the doors the staff was very friendly an helpful. All our questions were answered an we were attended to asap. Both Maria Lopez and Letty Segura helped us find our very first vehicle in our budget an explained everything down to the last detail. If you are looking for a vehicle i would recommend car credit anytime they are awesome an have a great variety of vehicles on the lot an also online.

The salesman are wonderful but the car that I have has gave me nothing but trouble I traded my 97 corolla for a 2012 car and I've taken it to the mechanic more times than I can remember literally not even a month after buying the car, it started to act up now it's 8 months later and the geniuses at maintenance still can't fix it. Worse decision ever.

Your sales rep Letty gave me excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful knows how how deal with people.Very patient and answer all my questions. The manager Tony was very respectful and helpful as well.

When I arrived, I asked about a vehicle they had posted for sale. They sold it the day prior, not a big deal. When I asked to see like models, I asked the price and they added $3k to the price that was listed online. They said the prices listed are if the vehicle was older than 2000. A waste of time and gas dealing with these people. Also I offered $500 off of the listed price and they wouldn’t even budge a dollar.

Car buying experience can be very stressful, but buying my Chevy Suburban at car credit was great, I have the best sales person Ingrid and let’s the manager pls go see them in Ruskin, a customer forever.

Got my first car here and they were absolutely amazing!! I came in as a walk in and they still sat and spoke with me for hoursss literally. They’re so nice n sweet they treat you how a customer is suppose to be treated and the listen to what you want not what they think is best but the definitely let you know about your best results n the maintenance is awesome they help with any problem and they even help you get insurance! Definitely recommend!

My bother and I went here when my brother was looking to buy a cargo van. They had a very nice 2010 van for $15k, with a $3k down payment. All that was required was showing proper ID, pay stubs, and income verification. And he didn't even need to have a FL license we were told. The salesman was very accommodating, easy going, and no pressure. They also offer warranty's on all the vehicles they sell, which can also include regular maintenance. Overall this seemed like a nice place to buy a vehicle without a credit check. Although you pay more for the vehicle, it's a trade off for being approved.

Run, do not walk away. Staff barely speaks English. Video voice overs are in Spanish. Car prices are not the price-you must add at least $3000 to listed price. Approval is not guaranteed. Saying "You are approved" on this site does not mean you are approved. Wanted me to buy a car I did not want, had not even inquired about with 3x's the mileage they Knew I was looking for.

Amazing experience! Very helpful and kind employees who will take their time and go through everything thoroughly in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for anything else as a first time car buyer. Good deals and great service. Highly recommend people to make this a must when car shopping.

They were nice to me and my family especially my son that is who the car is for and they worked around my budget i was told i could only have 3 cars under my name but i guess it wasn't true i guess what really matters is your credit now there my number ones for a used car but for new ones its Ferman Chevrolet which is the place were i buy my new cars i didn't want my son driving my cars so i bought him a used one since its his first car and he just got his leaners permit i don't trust him Yet

Sold me a Volvo and the transmission fell out the next day. The DVDs player did not work either. The dealership in Tampa didn't want to service or fix it until 3 weeks. What was I suppose to drive in the meantime? Tried to find a suitable vehicle to replace, but I wasted two days of my time. After raising hell, my money was returned and I was denied further service. Was told I was too picky and they couldn't help me. Not to mention, no discount or anything for our trouble. The whole experience was absolutely horrible. I also lost a portable DVD player in the deal that was in my van that disappeared. Buyer Beware You could get a lemon. I was just blessed to get my money back. I have since bought my Volvo, 2 years newer less miles and a lot cheaperfrom a dealer with a five star rating!! Stay Blessed!
