My family and I have been living here since 11/2020. And like with any new community and newly built home, they both have some faults but, all-in-all it's a great place to be.

Beautiful community and I really like the clubhouse/pool area.

Love the floorplans in their homes! The pool area is really nice even the kiddie waterfall. I especially loved the waterfalls on the sides of the pool. It's peaceful & very beautiful

The gym is open and still social distancing. 4 people max every hour by appointment. The pool is open for entertainment or a gym cool down and not many people are in the pool at a time so it's available to do laps. I'm loving it right now.

I closed on my new Atlanta model in May of 2019. Cypress Mill is a very nice neighborhood and I love my house. The price of the home is great for what you get. I hope that the neighborhood will stay nice and that the HOA will enforce the rules about parking and owners maintaining their lawns. I didn't give a 5 star rating because Lennar was not up front about the actual cost of the neighborhood. When I signed my contract they advertised $7.98 per month HOA and a $143 per month CDD. The actual fees are $51.70 per month Clubhouse fee, $100 per year HOA and $143 per month CDD. Including CDD you are essentially paying $204 per month. Keep this in mind when shopping because the base P&I on my home is only $969, (I got 3.875% special financing fixed for 30 years with Eagle Home Mortgage) however when you escrow the insurance, PMI, taxes and CDD I am paying nearly $1500 per month, not including the HOA and Clubhouse fee.
