Trax Credit Union 30th St, Ruskin

Amanda and Jennifer When I have to go to the credit union, the two ladies are always friendly and so helpful. I know some of my transactions can drive me crazy but the ladies are on it . Amanda knows what I need before I do. Jennifer, if I have a problem Jennifer will be there to help me fix if. When I walk in they Greet me with a warm and friendly hello how are you doing. When I leave it is bye have a good day or weekend. I give them FIVE STARS Thank you ladies for all you help.

The Ruskin branch is the only branch I've ever dealt with and if the rest of your branches are as friendly and knowledgeable as Jen and Amanda are you should have no trouble with memberships. They should be the poster child for Trax.

The folks in this branch are remarkable to say the least. Hubs and I do business as well as our 3 adult kids. They know us, look out for us and are always super nice and helpful. I feel like family going into the branch. Its the old small town bank feel I have been looking for. Not only do the have our bank accounts they have financed all of our vehicles and toys.

My husband used this bank and it was awful, monthly service fees, debit card usage fees, and worst of all there was a situation that simply could not come to a civil solution in the bank charging us ridiculous fees and charging off our acct. We had to pay them off a final fee to prevent a charge off from hitting our credit. This company would routinely not return phone calls and the tellers at the Ruskin branch are rude and offer no real solutions to the smallest of problems that i had experienced. I hardly give out 1 star reviews for places ever just check my reviews to see this truth, but this bank and this location warrants no stars if that were an option.

Not a bad credit union. It can be a little difficult to decipher the online banking terms they use, but they are quick to help when you go with questions. Very courteous staff. As far as this location itself, I give it 5 stars, but the bank as a whole (the company that is) 4 stars. I would never advise anyone not to bank there.

Staff is very friendly, they are very thorough. Sometimes I stop by just to say hello even if I don’t have any banking to do. Since day one, they have made me feel like family.

These girls are always going above and beyond for me. They know me by name and are like family! I love these ladies!

Pretty good little bank. They're friendly and I've had no major issues with them. They can be a bit on the slow side sometimes which has irked me on more than one occasion, but I have found this is common among banks so what can you do - accept it. Speed aside, they're not bad. As a teacher, sometimes over the summer there is a month where I don't have a direct deposit. I've always been able to speak with them (in advance) and they have been very good about removing the 4 dollar fee if it hits - I like this because it seems to show they care about us teachers. I could have opened an account at suncoast many times by now and I have elected to stay where I'm at, so, at least in my case they've kept me 'reasonably' happy.

The people at the South Shore branch aregreat But don't try to rebuild your credit through this credit union they are worse than the big banks. I would not reccomnd this institution for anything other than a checking account. They are worse than the big can't fail banks on anything else. I suggest taking any major financial transactions elsewhere.

Its awkward when you come in and don't really know where to stand to be next, I had people standing "right" behind me when doing my transaction because there were 4 people in line and I had no privacy. I would recommend a sign in sheet then people can go get a coffee, sit and relax or look at your current rate specials, what better way to promote specials.
