They help you build your credit, I got my car almost 4 years ago and it’s still running good just had to do my regular maintenance few gasket replacements but still got my car. Only problem is their loan company they aren’t reliable I paid off my car 5 months ago and still haven’t gotten my title and I’m tired of calling overland bond because they keep giving me the run arounds.

Hate this dealership. Every time I call for a question, the man who answers the phone talks to me like I’m stupid. Very bad customer service. I call to ask how soon can I trade in my vechicle after the salesman told me one year & they said 1 1/2. Once I go again they say 2 years- mind you I have never missed a payment. I will not be referring anyone here. Take your money else where!

They sold me this car claiming that it was in good condition and once it started having issues with it a month after I got it and they would refuse to repair the issues... I Need $2,000 to repair this car 100% STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY WILL SCAM YOU! Very unprofessional. I came here to get a new car, my old car was in better condition than this one and it was a 2006 vehicle. The car in the picture is 2010 that I got from them.

Car Credit Center is a great place to buy a quality used vehicle. The vehicles are clean, in great condition, and have relatively low mileage. I purchased a vehicle here for my significant other as an anniversary gift and worked with Tony who was very patient. He helped me find the perfect car to fit my budget despite my initial reluctance. I probably took up about 2 hours of his time but he stuck with me, answered all of my questions, and helped me to feel confident about my purchase. I highly recommend you work with him. His cubicle is immediately to the left of the front entrance. As you read other reviews please take into consideration that the sales people as well as the loan specialists are very transparent about the terms of each sale. It was made very clear to me by Tony as well as Zuri, who helped me with the loan docs, that any late payments would result in the car being disabled by the lender. There is even a document that I signed to acknowledge that I understood this. This is a business, and they deserve to be paid for their products and services, so it really is a shame that people rag on them not because they had a bad experience or faulty vehicle, but because there were consequences for failure to meet the terms of the sales agreement.

This is my 3rd purchase from CCC. I haven't been disappointed yet. I've NEVER received a car that was not of excellent quality. I've always worked with Phil Greene and he's nothing but fair. I'm sure that the other sales people are as well. Otherwise, I don't think that Phil would hang around. They have their own financing company, Overland Bond Investments. They are great too. Go in and give them a try!!! You won't regret it.

I went to a different dealership prior to me seeing the place. They were closed and didn't have one car that was 100 % I walked down the street and saw car credit center. I met Adrian not expecting to get financing. The cars were in excellent condition. I told him my story. He ran my credit. Then surprised me by telling me that I was approved for 16k. I wanted to ask him how that happened... needless to say I drove off the lot with a car that night... I recommend this place to anyone who needs to reestablish credit. Adrian is one great person and genuinely cared about my situation. I will shop here again. This is the one on Manheim road. I'm still in awe that I have a second chance for credit.

If I could give this place a rating of 0 I would! This shouldn’t be a place or dealership bc they have no regard for people after having my car for 2 years the transmission went out among other things that they think I’m going to fix it **** to the No I’m not and then pay you guys a car note that would be a no as well. The manager and the people that work their just sell lemons for cars and mines was one of them. Just go and look else where no need to purchase their.

Unfortunately, though, we don't know how a vehicle is being treated after two years of operation outside our dealership. Be aware of buying a car from here there they will cut your car off less than 24 hrs if they don't receive their payments. Right now today I'm being sued by their finance company Overland bond for breach of contract. I had to be off work for a couple of months because a diabetic ulcer developed on my foot doctors order faxed them my information to let them know my situation and this company still cut my car off then after that within a month they came and repossessed my car though they said they would work something out they never did So please be advised do your research on these places before purchasing your car

They had a car on their website that I was interested in so I gave them my information and they got ahold of me telling me I was approved to get the car. When I arrived (driving an hour away from home) the car had been sold to someone else 8 weeks prior but was still posted. And when I asked the sales rep, he said “that happens a lot here, would you like to speak to my gm?” DO NOT RECOMMEND

Was in a pinch after my car got totaled and Mike (Miguel) was an amazing help! Thank you to the entire team! In and out in a couple of hours, nice staff and great car! However - I’ve had to change my review due to the in-house loan company Overland Bond. Payment was arranged, and they still turned my car off (after photo proof of the email they requested, and being assured I would have no issue - it was also on a recorded line). I have never had an issue like this before. Should be criminal that they can take action like this 1) after business hours, 2) without any after hours line and 3) less than 24 hours after payment (or arrangement) has been made. May need to seek legal counsel. Terrible reflection on what I thought was a reputable company (if they can work with a company with THIS kind of customer service? It gives cause for concern.)

My initial visit was pleasant. I was very upfront about situation and I was told I was approved, picked out a car, signed all paperwork and purchased car insurance. I kept asking before all of that took place was everything good I was kept being reassured I was fine that I was definitely approved only to have rug pulled from under me a week and half later when I get a phone call from my sales person telling me I need a co-signer because the finance company did not approve me and I got to return the car. Don’t understand how they could do that. They breached the contract if I had breached the contract they would be putting it on my credit. Really sorry I did business with them.

We had an agreement that I'd bring an extra $500 on my next paycheck.I had received my last paycheck on the day before purchasing the car. I had to return the car 6 days later due to a suspended license. They told me they would still do the $500 down once my license got situated and even offered to help pay insurance and work out me paying them back. I came back with a clean license, $600 down and enough to buy the insurance with no help needed. Salesman: Ray, takes my id and stuff then comes back saying his boss won't help me unless I have $1000 because in the notes it says I didn't have the extra $500. I received my paycheck the day before getting the car, if I returned the car 6 days after purchase due to a suspended licence, and I get paid bi-weekly, how were they expecting another $500? Highly frustrating when you bribe someone with $60 to get a ride to buy a car only for the dealership to change their mind after minutes of arriving to the place. Everything was confirmed the day before, and an hour upon me arriving to repurchase a vehicle. I did my part and instead of doing theirs, they decide to try and milk more money out of me and kicked me to the curb like I was some bum on the street. Ray was nice, but still be careful with these guys.

I got a car from them, after four days it broke down. Then I received a loaner car, it broke down. I lost both of my jobs dealing with these people. They are rude unreliable and very dismissive. If a person spends their money the least they can do is respond to my calls. They actually blocked my calls. I called private and tada, they answered. They are not worth your hard earned money. I am beyond disgusted with them..

I purchased a Sonic LT 2012 back in March and it was was working great for the first 3 day after that I been getting something on the car fix every week. Transmission currently went out after 6 months haven’t had it for a year yet. Tried giving it back to them before the 30 days and they told me no.

I went in here today after being turned down multiple times by different car places. I was super nervous. I read the reviews online. They made me even more nervous. My credit is horrible & all that. My salesperson was Abel (right by the door). I explained to him everything that was going on and why I needed a car ASAP. He understood, he said no need to worry you’re in the right place. I asked him did he think I had any chance of getting approved he said yes. They didn’t bullcrap me or waste my time. Everything was straight forward and to the point. Abel is a wonderful salesman. I’m looking forward to doing business with them. Felix was wonderful as well. They made me feel comfortable and not like they were just trying to get my money. So I have been looking for a car for a while, but with filing bankruptcy, it is more difficult to obtain without a large down payment (which i don’t have). Dealing with this pandemic, I am cautious to do much outside of work. But car credit center definitely eased my fears. I was able to start the process before coming in. The communication with the company is so poor and the employees are very rude over the phone especially Jackie. If you finance they make you pay for your car every 2 weeks. It’s so much I could say that’s wrong with this company! They need to be shut down.

This was the worst experience a person should go through. I spoke with Mr. Greene and told him that I was looking to get a car. He took my information, ran a credit check, placed me on hold to speak with the underwriting department. Called me back in 15 minutes to tell me that I was approved and gave me information I would need to bring with me. Even wanted me to come in earlier than expected giving me false hope. I received a call from Tony the morning I was to come in. He let me test drive a vehicle and came back to tell me of some issues on my credit report which was the same report that Mr. Greene supposedly ran and got an approval. I came on public transportation 1 hour and. 30 minutes to be told something that could’ve been said over the phone. I called Mr. Greene back and he acted surprise. Then he told me that the guy who approved the loan was on vacation and another guy denied it. How upsetting and disappointed I was. I will never recommend your service to anyone and I don’t think it’s right to mislead consumers especially in times like this.

I would be lying to myself if I gave less then 5 stars. If you have a reasonable income they have Reasonable offers. Luis was an amazing help. Greeted us at our car in 20 degree weather. I definitely felt welcomed off the bat. My first time buying a car and they all truly made me feel comfortable. I have no clue why everyone wants to call this place shady. . I think people need to evaluate their incomes better before they judge. Oscar also was a huge help also. He went back and forth car after car with me. And a big thankyou to bryan for being so professional and helpful while dealing with his medical issue.

The worst decision I have every made in my life. I honestly hope no one gets a car through them. Their car are not worth the money they want you to pay for them. They own the finance company so you will end up paying almost 4x the amount for your car. Disgusting and I have had so many problems with my car it’s just a burden at this point I was definitely sold a lemon. Please don’t finance a car with them they are just horrible. The customer service is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to go here. They are so shady I would never ever go back for another car. High miles and high interest. They cut my car off because they claimed I didn’t have insurance but I did but they never called or asked me to call and confirm that I did.Just please find another dealer because they are crooks!

The salesman Raymond was very knowledgeable and personable.. He took his time and was went over everything in detail & it didn’t matter how long it took. I have never in my life written a review, but Car Credit center does not deserve any stars! A couple months after I financed my car I had to pay $900 to fix it. They refused to help in any way and accused me of causing damages after only one month. After a year of paying every 2 weeks and never missing a payment I totaled the vehicle and been harassed ever since for money I shouldn’t have to pay seeing as tho I was sold a lemon from the beginning. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I thought it was my only option too but if I knew what I know now I would’ve bought a bus card instead!

When I first went to car credit center I felt like I was being lied too, but Mr. Greene a who has been there for years said give him a chance to make it right, so I did. & I was very pleasantly surprised. I walked away with a car I love and they worked with my credit history being not so great and I had a repossession. I highly recommended this place and if you can work with Mr. Phil Greene!

~ My husband initially contacted this place a few days before Christmas Eve. I was told by the salesman, Luis, that he wanted to sell my husband a car and all we needed were the funds to cover taxes, tags and document fees. We both work so we finally had a chance to come in last Thursday (day after Christmas) Just our luck that the salesman (named above) just so happened to be off that day. Another salesman approached us on the lot and he was more than happy to assist us. We were led indoors to a sales manager named Mr Alba. He was helpful....at first. He asked us to submit a credit application, which we had already done so on the 22nd of December. These are not soft pulls. They are hard pulls which impact your credit score negatively!!! We advised him that our credit had already been pulled and he urged us to do yet another credit application. We came with our money in hand as we were instructed by Luis. There were no notes on file! NOTHING to confirm what he had discussed with my husband and myself. So here we sit in the cubicle and the sales manager goes to speak to a manager. We waited for a bit and after all that wait, the sales manager didn't even have the courage to tell us to our face that financing was not an option for us. Instead, he has the manager give us the news. I am a great believer that everything in life happens for a reason. Wether it be good or bad. We left that dealership and went to another car dealership and left there with a 2020 Chevrolet Impala with no money down. Look at God!!~
