But she was right there ready to help and provide help. Truthfully, she was a solid piece to the purchasing puzzle and I'm happy to have worked with her.

Barb was great to work with. We needed a pre-approval quickly before COVID blew up in Illinois at the end of March as our previous one from chase bank was expired/more than 6 months old. She was able to secure us one on a Sunday night so we could submit our offer the next morning. Throughout the process, she would consistently check in through text and emails. She would answer any questions we may have had at the time. Organized and clear in communication. Made the home buying process a breeze. Her colleague, Syed, collected and communicated all of the documents we needed and provided more time for each one needed. Can’t recommend Barb enough!

Barb helped us with the purchase of a new home and two refinances. She quickly responded to ALL our questions each time. She is very patient and honest and has been a pleasure to work with.
