Credit Union 1 S Kedzie Ave, Evergreen Park

Terrible call center customer service. Employees are not trained to be handling financial accounts and lack professionalism. Supervisor Reps never return call backs and disseminate inconsistent information. Do not trust this institution with your finances. The have outdated systems, NO ZELLE, and limited branches. No in-branch debit card printing, you have to wait a week for a new debit card, if you want to open a business account they collect your info and you have to wait for someone to reach out to you, that can take up to 2 weeks or more depending on if someone is in vacation. Do your research first. Especially if you’re interested in a business account. This is not a real Credit Union. I would give 0 starts but it wasn’t an option.

Went into the credit union this afternoon and spoke with a gentleman name Jarrett Whitehead. He was very professional and explained everything I needed to know about my auto loan and credit. I would HIGHLY recommend coming into this branch on 95th Kedzie and speaking with him.

Joslyn is very helpful to older people and people that don't understand computers and cell phones. I have glaucoma and can hardly see and she's the best. That's the way bankers used to be and you don't see that too much nowadays.

Daisy is wonderful!! She explained everything to me and got me up to speed on my app! It was a pleasure working with her!! Great asset to the branch location!!
