We were working with another mortgage company Then we found Cap West through Costco services. We worked with Christopher Fischer and he was extremely honest. He worked hard to come up with several mortgage options and prices. It was nice to get numerous options & to know you are working with an honest person.... That made us commit to Cap West! We had a small problem and were possibly closing a day later than expected. We had a refrigerator and fencing being delivered over the weekend. Christopher called people and got us closed by the end of the day! We appreciate that he was willing to work late to help us. I personally WILL use Cap West Mortgage again! Thank you Cap West!

Our experience with Andy and CapWest was nothing short of outstanding. Andy is the best mortgage agent I ever got to work with and I have worked with about a dozen. Here are some details: * Expectations - they set aggressive but realistic expectations for processing time and schedule. We managed to stay right on schedule. * Responsiveness - everyone on the team was very responsive and well coordinated. * Flexibility - this was the key. If the processing team and the underwriter weren't as flexible as they were, we would have never gotten an approval. * Communication - because our purchase was complex and involved multiple parties, Andy and his team ended up having to converse a lot with many people besides the buyers (us). He was very reassuring when necessary and very responsive and professional during what can be an incredibly stressful time for a future homeowner. CapWest did a great job with our house refinance. Chad, our broker at CapWest, was extremely patient as we collected the necessary information. We walked away from a different mortgage company because they harassed us to the point that we didn't want to work with them. Not the case with CapWest. We had great service, quick response - we're happy to lower our rate.

I found this service through Costco and we were very happy with it. Reed Ross and his team was very kind and informed us what was happening every step of the process. Our loan closed pretty quickly without any hiccups which made it far more pleasant than other refinances we have done. After refinance 5 mortgage in past 4 years I finally find my loan officer, Bobby is amazing and he did a wonderful job for my Delayed Financing , he saved me a lots of time and money . he is true asset for his company. everything was fast , no hesitation and no surprise in all the process, it was the best mortgage experience that I have ever had. Update 5-18 -2017: just purchased another investment property and can not be happier . they finish all the process in 3 weeks we were ready for close in 3 weeks for investment property which is amazing.

I have to admit I was a little nervous initially as I have always worked with a local lender, but after my first call with Alex I was totally comfortable. I used the Mortgage Program offered by Costco, felt safe going this direction knowing Costco protected its members. I called the number provided and started working with Brett Haid. He asked the questions and I responded, simple and to the point. I was contacted by team member Rod Harrington and he started requesting copies of required information. The process moved along smoothly and any problem was resolved promptly. Everything was processed in a timely manner for first review by underwriting. The review did not require additional information so the loan was submitted and approved. Mindy Lewis scheduled the closing and the rest is history. The Brett Haid team did a fantastic job, and I would recommend them and would recommend CapWest Home Loan.

I recently refinanced my home using this company and they were excellent to deal with. My loan officer Mr. Clarence Miller was fantastic and a true professional thru the whole process even following up with me after the closing. I was very impressed with his overall knowledge and ability to nail what my home appraisal value would come in around and he was spot on with his numbers. I was amazed at how he went out of his way to get me the best rate possible using all means necessary. The team there communicated very well by email and telephone keeping me up to date from start to finish. We were in the market for a mortgage lender for an addition on our home. I happened to be on the Costco website and found CapWest to be very enticing with their low interest rates. With Costco listing them I know that they had already done research on their reliability...so I went ahead and contacted them. They were GREAT! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We refinanced our home when interest rates were increasing. Cap West mortgage offered what we were looking for. My husband and I were a little apprehensive towards working with a company that we wouldn't personally meet with face to face to talk about business. It was a fast and positive experience. Being prior military I have had more than a few mortgages in my adult life and I have to say that my experience with CapWest and my loan officer Michael Bryne was by far the best I have ever experienced. After 7 months of horrible customer service trying to complete a loan assumption with my current mortgage servicer CENLAR, I finally got wise and decided to go elsewhere. I found CapWest through Costco mortgage services and I chose to contact them first purely based on their published low rates. From the moment I submitted my request, not a minute had expired before I get a call and Michael is asking how he could help me. This set the tone for the entire loan process. I was conditionally approved for my loan by Michael within about 10 minutes! From that day forward he was on top of every detail, keeping me informed on the progress and expertly guided me through an incredibly easy loan process. When Michael contacted me that first day it was only 26 days later that I was sitting in my home with a closing agent! Michael and CapWest completed in 26 days what my previous mortgage holder could not do 7 months into the process?! Here's the best part, Michael and CapWest gave me an AMAZING 2.875% rate on my loan and saved me ~15k in closing costs! Michael Byrne was also the best loan officer I have ever had the pleasure to deal with on a mortgage, he was extremely professional, knows the mortgage business (how he saved me 15k) and provided a level of customer service unlike I have ever experienced. I just cannot say enough about how amazing this experience was for me. From start to finish Steve Peckman had been amazing. He explained all my options very well and walked me through the loan process. I felt fully informed and confident with decisions I had to make.
