They "misplaced" a car payment I sent them, and the first I heard of it, they had contacted my brother. No one co-signed the loan, I never understood why they went after him (they eventually found the payment). Also, they treated people involved in the Toon Shop closure very poorly. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Bank of Blue Valley was totally great until their acquisition. The ATMs were great until the acquisition. After this they offered ATMs in Target etc. You had to go into a store no convenient drive throughs...no reciprocal banks. The bank was always open when other banks were closed, drive through was always opened late. I lost my debit card, bank was closed couldn't get any help until Monday. I'm sad that Bank BV is now the same as every other bank..They are no longer unique.

I requested a personal document from customer service. Melissa in customer service handled my call in Iowa and Ryan locally sent me my document within the hour. Every time I interact with BOBV it is always positive. I feel very rest assured knowing my financial security is in their hands. They are professional and very courteous. I 100% recommend this bank.

One of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had to endure. Brandon Brown is literally the worst banker I’ve ever had the displeasure to do business with. He would not return calls, he would not return emails, he just isn’t interested in you. If you own a business, STAY AWAY!! The worst bank in the KC metro area. I repeat: BRANDON BROWN IS THE WORST BANKER IN THE KC METRO AREA!!

This bank is just not the same as it used to be prior to acquisition. I tried to call the local branch and waited on the line for 12 min. before anyone could pick up.

I had a car loan through Bank of BV. I payed it off and was told that I would receive email confirmation and electronic title. However, I never received either. I have tried to call multiple times and they keep telling me my loan counselor will be in touch with me soon. I have yet to be contacted by said loan counselor. I will never be doing business here again and will not recommend.

Seems like every time I deal with these guys it's a long unnecessary process, I'm always disappointed, to just cash a check could take as long as 10 min, and in that process they always want my ID, social security number, finger print you name it!! , just a bunch of unesseary stuff I've never had to dealt with anywhere else!!! Litterly no where else!!! Would highly recommend GNB instead of this place, if I could put a half star, I would
