Excellent mortgage training services. Kathy Lewis and Don Powell are excellent experienced mortgage professionals and teachers who help you prepare for licensing and exams and to be successful in the industry.

I called in for assistance getting access to my online training because of the poor setup and Garry was rude and condescending. I then told him that the books I received looked like copies of copies are were not very legible which again was received with a poor attitude. He then continued to say he will just refund my money if I don't want to take the course. The conversation ended on bad terms and then I was short changed on a refund. I spent a long time searching out a mortgage company to use for training and arrived at a major dissapointment with a poor product and even worse customer service.

Great, accurate. And clear information is taught at the school of mortgage lending.

I have been in the mortgage industry for 21 years. I have worked for 2 banks and 1 lender that have used this company for legit training (A certificate is received at the end of the course once passing the test) for FHA to ensure that the underwriters are competent to be FHA endorsed. Materials are in depth and extremely useful as no one has the time to teach and these materials can be used as references for loan scenarios. This is the best training available.

I took this class and Kathy was a great instructor. I went on to pass the test a few days after completing the course and was only able to do so because of the amazing training they provided.
