My experience was amazing! Lisa went out of her way and considered my time and advised I apply online for my account instead driving all the way there and then having to wait. When I did have my appointment, I worked with Weston to set up my business account and he was great! He catered to my questions, walked me through the process, and gave me some insightful history about the bank and their values. Even this feedback link is short, simple, and to the point. I love it! Big banks cannot compare to the services provided by Signature Bank and their team. I never understood why others used a small bank until the pandemic. Watching others struggle to get a banker on the line at one of the big banks or have any sort of personal service despite having millions deposited, were just a few recent illustrations. After that experience, I saw the additional benefits of having a personal banker treating me like a customer and prioritizing me. 5 Stars!

I was on a Quest to find a highly professional bank that offers great service. You can be nice but can you deliver? In addition, I was looking for a bank that respects and listens to each client's needs. Finding the best is a very challenging process. I visited 10 banks and was fascinated how each offered a totally different experience. The first person I talked to at the Signature Bank was Debi Davidoff, the Senior Vice President. She very knowledgeable, listened carefully and created the personal experience that we were looking for. After meeting with Debi, I was thinking that Signature Bank was indeed the "Distinctly Different" bank that I was looking for. Debi suggested that the next step was for my husband and me to meet with Weston Noles, the Deposit and Support Services Officer/Banking Officer. Weston Noles was extraordinary. He was extremely professional, really personable, and very easy to work with. We were highly impressed with his expertise. He efficiently guided us through the application process and answered all our questions. If you're looking for a Community Bank that gives personal attention and a genuinely special banking experience - this is the place to go.

I had been a customer with Bank of America for over 20 years and finally got fed up with the customer no service. The customer service at Signature Bank is A+++. David Perlis has been a pleasure to work with. I have received more direct service in less than a week than I received in the 20 + years I was with Bank of America. Everytime I call I reach a real person. No more pressing the keypad on my phone only to reach a recording. Their payroll program and support is outstanding.
