It's hard to find genuinely good and helpful people to have on your team during stressful transactions. Carri & Brandi were both super patient, always available to assist, and did everything within their power to ease the process for me. Thank you both so much!

I highly recommend avoiding this title company, at least the Plano branch that worked with them closely. They are really nightmare. Not only they are incompetent, they are rude, unprofessional and tardy. It is very hard to get hold of them and when you get to talk to them, they are very disrespectful and avoid answering the main questions. This extends from receptionist in their office to the Escrow officer (CV) and post closing supervisor (KS). From start, we had problem with Escrow officer as she always claimed she was too busy and did not respond in timely manner. She recommended a survey company who provided in accurate survey. Another example of their incompetence, themselves and the companies that they recommend. I have closed more than 6 transactions during last 4 years with other companies and I never had problem. This is the first one with "capital title of Texas" and desperately things went wrong. what an awful team.

Great Experience !! Due to Corona we were not actually allowed in the office. Making the best of it they had tables set up outside. My husband and I signed and were out of there in less than 20 minutes. Coming from NY and 4 hour closings, at best, We welcomed the breezy and efficient way things were handled. Thank you Kelly, I highly recommend your company and services.

We used this company for the sale of our house. They waited until the day of closing to request a lot of information from us. We had already packed our computer, printer, routers, etc. and the last minute request made this a major stressor. We would've had to delay the closing had we not jumped through hoops to get the information. There are better title places available to work with and I wouldn't recommend Capital Title.

Incredible company, top notch people. Love working with Carri, Brandi and the team. Unfortunately most people don't have the slightest idea the amount of work title company goes through. Thank you for all you do.

I would not recommend this title company. Carri Holt was offended I as a customer had questions after finding a couple of errors. It would have not mattered if all was fixed without the odd approach from her.

I had a good experience with an office in Austin, and requested Capital Title, but the lender picked the wrong office - Park Center - and it was an awful experience. I needed to clarify some information, and they do not respond to email or calls. If you call, you are likely to just be transferred to someone's voice mail, and they will never return your call. It's amazing that they treat paying customers this way.

I emailed and texted to Escrow officer with my mailing address twice after closing. But the Assistance still send my check to other address. Seems they don't talk to each other in the office, and the assistance don't/can't review officer's email like other title. So if you end up there better make sure every email you copied to everyone even you not sure who they are...

I’m a realtor I sent my CDA and wire information a week before my buyer closing. The morning of closing I get another email asking for my CDA and wire information .My client closed at 11am it was funded by 2pm and I’m still waiting for my commission to be wired 4 days later
