BEWARE OF THIS BANK ! I only use this bank to withdraw money from the ATM from a prepaid card and I got an email notification that money was withdrawn from another Capital One bank. How is that possible if I'm the only one that has my prepaid card and information. Obviously these ATM's are not safe. Also because the scammers were able to withdraw the money they also made other transactions. And no I do not use my prepaid card for online shopping or even in store shopping.

A great bank. They help you out that's the most important thing. I had TD bank I had one of the worst experiences of my life. Now thanks to Capital one I don't have any problems.

The tellers are very nice and professional. The manager doesn't care about the appearance of the bank especially the entrance. The windows are so dirty. All the branches in Manhattan, Queens and Long Island are shining. Why this branch is not similar? Because is in the Bronx? This means how the bank is treating us. The bank makes a lot of money . Shouldn't they treat us better? Can they spend on a window cleaner? The stores around it are much better and they are small businesses. The appearance matter. Always. I've complained to the Customer Service with no results. This brings the neighborhood down and is offensive. I don't feel like banking there anymore.

I would recommend if you were depositing or withdrawing. But if you want to speak to a teller you will wait a long long time....it's been 30min and I still have 3 people in front of me (only 1 teller is working)

    Response from the owner

Thanks for the feedback, Abdul. We'll share it with our branch leadership so we can improve the wait time.

Very slow service. Unlike other capital one banks. In addition I had to wait over a week for a debt card to be mailed to me. The bank never even gave me a temporary debt card I can use. I am going to switch banks because of the horrible service and long waits when you need assistance. Unacceptable not to give a customer a temporary debt card when the old one became defective. Most banks will provide that and pay me $200 to switch.

I’ve had the worst experience with this particular branch. I’ve been to this branch three times to try to open an account and I resgister. The tablet said I only had one person in front of me. I can see the bankers working with people, but one of them finished and step to the back neglecting the rest of the customers. 35 minutes later is when the person came out the back to call next. In between that time I could hear him socializing in the back. Horrible experience.

    Response from the owner

Hi Alison, sorry to hear about your experience at the branch. We'll forward it to the branch leadership to review the team. Thanks. ^AB

I Usually skip at least one or two branches on my way to get to this branch every time I need to go to the bank. Never have a problem in this place unlike Fordham Rd branch or the one on 233rd st & White Plains Rd. Even though it's a small place in a busy and crowded area, yet they have the best staff. Friendly and everything is always smooth and convenient. And I'm also going there in the Morning :)

The Staff hear are very rude and i get a sence of racism , i never feel comfy when i come to this branch i alwsys feel like im being judged, or like i stole something. Horrible survice.

    Response from the owner

Thanks for tapping us in here Dawshaun - this isn't at all the impression we want to give, and we don't take this type of feedback lightly. We've passed this along to our leadership team for review, and we'll document this post to ensure your input gets seen by the right eyes. ^JG
