Bank of America (Lobby Service Only) Allerton Ave, Bronx

10:28am one clerk. 40 minutes wait in line .Bank manager saying we can’t do nothing about it. Very rude staff. Security guy threatened me by kicking me out. Update: After an hour waiting they refused serving me because i made no comment when the asked me if i have taken picture of the long line. This is a nightmare.

They need to hire professional people who know how to manage a bank. It's always 2 tellers working when you have long lines inside and outside. We have money in this bank and this is the service we get. Seniors and people with walkers/canes should be able to come in and sit down until it's their time to be serve at the window..PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REORGANIZE MANAGEMENT.

My Sprint is not too good been to the bank so I will times to get my bank card still have not received anything in the mail while I'm trying again to see what happens today is Monday she told me to wait until then I'll wait and then again I will be back to that bank again to wait on those long lines again sincerely yours Joseph owner

I do not recommend coming to this location. They are always short staff with only one teller every time I come in (no matter what time of day). Long wait lines and the good customer service is nonexistent. They told me I had a estimated wait time of 20mins to receive my temporary bank card due to fraud and after 40mins of waiting they told me there was only one person who could assist me and they went to lunch. Looking into changing my bank immediately.

Horrible, horrible service slow tellers, long lines and actually they have no idea or accurate information about any questions you might have. Call customer service is even more horrible, you can never get someone on the phone to answer your questions. And the automated system HORRIBLE. Worse bank EVER!

Wait time here is 30min-1hr. This was post Covid19. Now they don’t even open anymore. The staff and management don’t care for customer service. Even their controls are a failure. The tellers are super noob and assistant take their sweet time to come help. Oh and there’s always beggars at the entrance door and the atm area. It’s illegal to panhandler within 10feet of a bank. They’re literally inside the ATM area.

Super slow service, always long wait times. This location should close down - better yet change their customer service culture. Perhaps a TD Bank or another location would better serve the community that it operates in. Wondering when Bank Of America will do something about this location. I was on my way there to close my account today - perhaps I will reopen account when I am closer to a better Branch.

Horrible but horrible bank wait time is crazy service is terrible just horrible experience there. never again will i ever step in that bank branch again not even for the ATM inside. Bank of America need to reopen the other locations because this branch right here is trash. Trust n believe whoever come in here is gonna leave saying something bad about it because it is. Don't visit that branch.

I visited this branch several times. The wait times are crazy insane. This branch has 3 ATMs. But my interaction with the staffs were good. I'm happy with their service.

Worst bank to come to. Very slow service. Only one cashier. No parking. I waited more than 30 mins on line and there was only 4 people on line. Worst customer service ever. I don't recommend coming here if you are in a rush. It's horrible. Do not come!!
