My Fiancé and I feel so fortunate to have come across Mark and his awesome team! If you looking for a mortgage person, Mark is your guy! Why?? I notice in this home buying process many loan officers will not have a conversation with you first to see if you are ready to buy a house, and if not, be willing to prep you to be pre-approved in the future. They typically run your credit w/o any preliminary questions asked leading to a hard inquiry hitting your credit report and possibly getting denied! Not Mark, he will have that conversation with you first and give you an idea where you would stand in the process. I met Mark about 9 years ago and that’s exactly what he did with me. Along with his patience, I was finally able to close in on a house despite the fact a whole decade went by and was unsuccessful due to various reasons and attempts in getting my single-family home. Despite all that, he showed me the same patience from year 1 all the way to year 9 answering any questions I had. Getting close to closing, I know for sure I was annoying, asking a million and one questions but there he was, answering away. He made me and my family feel comfortable throughout the whole time. This process, what could be a very emotional experience, you want to have a genuine person like Mark who is there every step of the way.
