Having Karen as my agent was more than a blessing. My experience with Karen shopping for home insurance was seamless. She was very patient, informative and relatable. I had the pleasure of working with Katherine Urena! She was incredibly kind, took her time to completely explain all the plans to me and helped me figure out which one fit best for my needs. I am not a person that takes decisions lightly I need to get all the facts and then take time to evaluate all my decisions. Katherine let me take all the time I needed, answered every one of my questions while reassuring me I wasn’t driving her completely insane with my 101 questions, she didn’t rush or pressure me into a decision. While in the office filling out my paperwork Katherine was very knowledgeable and quick which I love! I hate wasting time and she made sure I was in and out by having all the paperwork set up and ready on the computer. She was very knowledgeable so it made the process quick.

They have been harrasing me for 3 weeks straight with several calls a day and no message. I finally answered to being given bogus information. They heard I am in the market for auto isurance. Hey, I get it these are tough times and businesses are desperate. When you're told this is not the case STOP CALLING! NEWS FLASH: CUSTOMERS DON'T LIKE TO BE HARASSED AND COLD CALLED. REPORTED IT TO TELEPHONE COMPANY AND STATE FARM MAIN OFICE. UPDATE TO RESPONSE: Thanks but my Caller ID tells a different story about the number of calls with NO MESSAGE left. Since the calls were coming in on both home message left. I don't know who provided the information, but it was not me. Hmmm..my informaton maybe you were scammed but not me. This also sounds like a form letter response more than the result of an investigation. From on NYer to another, best of luck in your business. Just wanted to get it out there for those who interested in knowing that their might be an issue in your agency.

I just want to let this office at the William Bridge location. Know that you guys rocks.I was Recently rent a car and upon returning the car the next day I found that there was damage to the grill of the rental , I didn’t purchase any insurance of what they offered, I think I didn’t needed it. So they told me that I’m responsible for the damage, the bill was so high that the recovery ask for , and my car only have Liability so I was stuck ,then I call State Farm and I was told what to do,and by GOD Grace State Farm response with the answer I was looking for, the high bill was paid in full. Ms. Karen is my husband's and my agent, she is Wonderful.. any questions or concerns she always tries to help to the best of her abilities.
