Capital One Bank Melrose Ave, Bronx

This is what you will get. Your life and your money is not acknowledged. I called to file a complaint they told me to wait 20 days. Received call from branch manager and was concerned why the superior did not reach out. He share he just called me because I requested. I did not requested the called I wanted his superior to call to discuss the matter. The bank is dangerous and our life's and money are being at risk and the bank management could not do much if they don't make a plan to address the safety of the customers. My children bank and the last thing I want to hear is my child is not alive because she was killed at the bank. Is time for me td o get a call. You have all my details. Not safe

They don’t even deserve one star!!! Always have line with only two windows open out of 6! It’s been 20 mins already waiting in line still two people head of me ! SMH!! One Of the worst branch in the location, someone got to do something please ! Back here today 10/25/2021 … same thing smh!!

Very slow service. I have almost 20 people ahead and only one teller. The ones in Manhattan moves faster but we get what we get smh

Bronx locations are few in hand compared to Manhattan, but that's not a gripe with this location. Unlike modern ones in Manhattan this shabby hub lacks updated ATMs. You see, at the Union Sq spot the overall hub is with the times. As for customer service I have yet to run into anything, but trust that my reviews will reflect any negative exchanges. They usually move as fast as other branches. Also they practice distancing, not sure about mask enforcement.

For my first time and with limited information I went in there was a line but the tellers were efficient professional and quick

No long lines for atm . The atm machines was not accepting deposits on 3/8/21. So I had to go inside, which I didn't have to wait since they had two tellers that worked really quick with helping people.

I love going to this Capital One Branch. I just recently started to visit this location and appreciate the excellent customer service. Especially from a banker named Jasmin. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and does her job very well. I was having an issue with online banking since day one when I opened the account, and needed my bank statements. Jasmin said I can do that for you and I was in and out within 5 mins. Thank you so much for your help Jasmin. Stay awesome

Visited this branch a few times will be going today again love the service never had a issue to do my transactions and the tellers are professionals and friendly awesome Customer service

I’m not understanding why this bank has a sign saying your open from the hours of 9am-5pm. I call your bank and it tells me that this branch is open so someone please tell me why their is no one at this branch and their is no sign stating that their close today this is the most unprofessional location I’ve ever been to. Capital one needs to get rid of the whole staff and get new staff because this is unacceptable
