Capital One Bank Fletcher St, Mclean

Horrible customer service. Standing inside the bank about 10 minutes before 5PM, the manager wouldn't let me open a business account because I didn't have an appointment. I even let him know that I needed the account open so, we could wire in $1M for real estate. I was basically told to leave, make an appointment, then come back tomorrow. It didn't matter how it would effect me. And he was nasty about it. It was a slim guy that I think was West Indian. If I lose my deal because of bad customer service, I might choose my other accounts and take them to another bank that believes in helping their customers.

Worst location ever. None of the associates know how to handle a situation for the customer. I ask them to ship me a debit card which they couldn’t figure it out for 3 months until I call Capital one bank to get it shipped. No knowledge about there own products then why you even working there. Then they tell the customer to get out of the store and say I won’t deposit your funds. What a great bank get screwed with. Please think twice before you go and talk to Any of these associates in the bank for your banking.

Staff is great, very helpful. I was having trouble with my housing loan. My agent was asking for informations that I couldn't get online. I even called customer service and they said it would take 15 days. However, Maya helped me out. She really took care of my problem and she was patient with me. Overall , I really enjoyed my time there and had a Very good experience with her

I go to any other bank to get change and they simply give it to me first they didn’t want to give me change because I lost my ID but had my account number and routing number then I came back with ID and all and now they say they can do change for personal accounts only for business this place is full of it hope your staff gets it together because any other Capital one gives out change in BILLS had to go to atm and get change!

Every time I go to this branch to deposit checks, they find an excuse not to deposit my checks .

Capital one only offers the original apr they have agreed upon. They will NEVER negotiate from what every CSR has told me. I would not deal with a company that sees pure profit over customer. Usually mean they don't care about the consumer.

If I could give negative review- believe me I would. I made a deposit into my account and they are holding on to it for a week. It is my payroll check. It should take no more than 1-2 business days. This is going to prevent me from paying bills, chief among those paying rent. Furthermore, they lied and said that certain funds would be available on a certain earlier date. Corporate said that cannot happen. I am at great financial detriment because of these people. Avoid at all costs

My experience has always been very positive in this branch at Fletcher st. I use ATM more than branch just for inconvenience, but whenever I can't get something done on ATM due to its limits and complexity of my needs, this Fletcher st. branch is where I go to. I always get what I need to get done in timely fashion by very friendly and professional staff.
