Capital One Bank Essex St, Lodi

Smallish shopping mall with Capital One bank as it's anchor. I visit the Great Clips for haircuts and occasionally the Muscle Maker Grill for a salad. There's an open store slot and hopefully that'll get filled with something good. Decent parking space. On Essex street adjacent to the International Food Warehouse just off Rt 17.

I went to use this branch at 11:50 am today The doors to bank are locked Says bank closed on June 20, no signs of anything why closed today,all lights off and no staff. When I was there at least 10 customers arrived like me trying to make needed banking transactions. Also their website says they are open 9-5 today. Shabby management and not a good way to treat customers

Apparently this branch has been closed for weeks, I wish I knew this before I took the 30 min bus ride smh

Fast in and out. Availab parking on front. 4 stars as over the phone easier that day wasn't so.pleasent

drove 25 min just to find out they were closed😒

I have tried to take out money since last week from the ATM, but it’s not working, it’s empty. I don’t know what is the problem that they have. The only function that ATM allow you is “View Balance”. Also door inside are closed.

CLOSED.... I wasn't happy when I tried to take money out of my account & branch was closed & ATMs were EMPTY!

It says it's open on Google but it's close and none of the machines are working properly. What's going on?

The staff is completely and utterly inept as is the 1-800 customer service number. I walked in and very clearly and precisely asked a banking question and based on the inaccurate answer I got from the bank, I lost nearly 3 hours of my life and I now have to wait who knows how long to do something that I was told could be done instantly or at worst, would take 2 hours. Best of all, my money is now in limbo until a bunch of completely arbitrary processes are satisfied on their end, because of a mistake they made. As if all of that wasn't enough, once it was very obvious that the mistake was on the bank tellers end another one of the tellers stepped in to imply that somehow I was the one that made a boo boo and did not understand what I was talking about and the absolute cherry on top is that after they made me call the 1-800 number from my own cell phone (because apparently they couldn't do that for whatever reason) the senior customer service lady (or whatever the hell her title was) on the phone proceeded to basically stop just shy of telling me to sthu and that I just had to wait for this issue to be cleared up... Eventually. It took every once of self control in me to not blow up and just hang up that phone and walk away... All because of a mistake that I had nothing to do with. Thanks Capital One!!!

A young girl named Yosaira recommended me this branch and I had the best experience at it. Great people, very friendly and caring. This girl was talking about how awesome her job was and I was intrigued. When I asked her she gave me the address and I went there the next week since I was close by. Keep up the great work! I really like this bank.
