Capital One Bank Century Blvd, Germantown

Do not go to this branch. It is as if they want to waste your time purposely and the management is horrible. No real accountability. Besides, the ATM taking your cash without receipt or funds showing in your account, management can't see to give you a direct and honest answer as to why this happens. Horrible experience

The worst customer service ever. After long waiting in line, instead of "can I help you next" like all of his other coworkers, he decided to wave me over. That's fine, but then he didn't ask anything and just stand there waited for me to say something. After all, instead of asking if there's anything else he can help or saying "have a nice day", he decided to basically throw the receipt through the teller window with an attitude. Paul needs to be retrained or train for interpersonal skills and customer service if he hasn't already been trained.

I came here to deposit into a business account early in the morning and had someone look me in the eyes when I walked in and did not say nothing to me. Just turned away. No customer service skills at all. It felt that I was bothering them

I wish I was able to not give a star because this office deserve none. My boss have a business account for years here and I come very often to make the deposits , THEY DONT KNOW AT ALL WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS .

Two ATMs are out of service at the same time. Earlier this summer, I deposited $700 via ATM, and it registered only $400. Assistants are unorganized. They never quite seem to comprehend my rather vivid English speech. In turn, I occasionally struggle to understand their accents. This is just one bad bank.

The ATMs at the Germantown does not work. I deposited 1400 dollars today and the ATM took it without creditng my account then shut down for a few minutes. Went into the bank to have someone hand me a slip of paper and no help. This money was to pay my son's tuition. I have had 100 unaccounted for in the ATM on the other side of the same bank. Recieved a letter basically saying oh well we didn't find it. This time I am suing them and closing my accounts. I dont need terrible customer service. This money is to pay my son's tuition. Now I don't know what I am going to do but they can't get away with this. I am not Besos I can't squat away 1400 dollars. I am a single mom. I work hard to provide for my son. I can't even think right now.

Please train the receptionist who does not know about bank letters. I wanted a letter certifying I have an account here. She doesn't know what it is and told me to one counter to get a automatic transaction list and canceled my sign-up for the letter. Newly renovated lobby was beautiful but I couldn't get what I want.

This branch of capital one is horrible and openly racist. I went with my mom to replace her debit card only for them to keep us waiting for more than 30minutes because none of the other workers could help “US” ( black people) and we had to wait for the only black teller to assist us.I am never going back into this branch. The management here should be very ashamed for letting this happen to its customers.

I love this bank , the customer service is amazing all of the tellers are nice and friendly and they help each other to better help the customer. Being a manager for MCPS I notice team work and the tellers work as a team. Thank you! Germantown Capital One Bank Team.
