    If I could give a 0 start, I would. Worst customer service. On January I asked my mom to withdraw $1,000 for me, I work 2 jobs so I barely have time to go to the bank. The ATM kept my card and didn’t dispense the money but deducted it from my account so my mom told the security guy and one of the employee inside what happened and the employee talked to me over the phone and suggested to oder a new card and make a claim over the phone which I did. They gave me a “temporary credit” next day, but they took it back 26 days after. I called customer service and they told me to go my branch and ask for the footage. The “Manager” Lance had the guts to tell me that maybe my mom got the money 😠 so I asked him for the footage to prove that the money was really dispensed, he said they will send it to me within 7-20 days but they never did so I went back to the bank and he said that they couldn’t provide the footage unless I get a subpoena. It’s ridiculous the time that I have wasted and the problems that their lack of professionalism has caused me. Obviously they don’t care to lose customers!

    They say they're here to help, but even after booking the appointment, they barely do anything to help. They just make it difficult. Mr. Lance who was supposed to notarize for us, kept arguing that "he has seen such forms" but refused to notarize our document when the whole application is online and we cannot access it. We came with valid IDs and everything that was said online that we need to bring. He was rude, he was unwilling to help or work with us despite being the gold member which they say gets the best service.

    I came here and spoke with Matt Arragada, assistant VP, about opening my simple IRA. The only reason I came here was so I wouldn't have to send my check via mail to TD Ameritrade. He ensured me that I could deposit at the branch and even from my phone. He submitted my application. Come to find out.. He submitted the incorrect application which caused a delay. Then,he didn't answer my emails until I left a voicemail and several emails later I received a response. He said for all my questions I need to speak with Merrill. Yes, I understand Merrill is the parent company but you don't tell someone who's been banking at Bank of America for decades that you'll help them all the way through the process but then refuse to answer very SIMPLE questions about the APPLICATION He put in. So I put in the CORRECT application and YOU CANT deposit via phone. You have to mail in. I see why this place has 2.3 stars. He just wanted to open an account under his belt and be out. He did try to call me today but it's a little late. Several emails, voicemails, and 6 days later... save your breath Matt

    Customer service here is very poor. The receptionist is rude. Bank of America is okay if you never have to deal with an actual person. Don't even think about calling this branch because nobody will ever answer. I tried, unsuccessfully, to get in touch with the branch manager multiple times but it's impossible. If you're going to use a local branch, use the Gaithersburg branch but I don't recommend the Germantown branch. I'm cancelling my small business account this week in favor of a local bank where people actually help you.

    The staffs are not clear financial adviser asked me to apply for new credit card and it will be without interest but now every month they are charging high amount. the staff doesn’t have knowledge of banking i will cancel my account with this bank soon.

    I have had the worse customer service experience at this bank location. I take a e-ckeck and it’s accused of it being fake. The owner of the account the check came from is a Bank America customer also by the way. When I asked the supervisor on duty on 02/09/2022 what was the problem she was very dismissive and rude. And stated she cant talk to me about it. Contacted customer service the 1-800 number and was instructed to put the check through the atm. The check clears today 2/11/2022 however this location puts a fraud alert on my account and lock all my accounts. The check clears but my accounts are locked. Just because this supervisor/branch failed to do their job properly. Now I have been dealing with BOA corporate for 2 days on the phone trying to get my account unlock and have no access to my funds. Good Job BOA Germantown instead having a conversation with me about the issue you lock my accounts and don’t even tell me. I would give them no stars if possible.

    Worst bank to waste your time/day. They spend money on renewing and remodeling but only 1 teller working and a long line EVERY SINGLE TIME IM THERE. Why they don't fill all the 5 areas with tellers or its just for DECORATION? I go for my job deposited otherwise I don't even enter Bank of America.zero stars.

    Pretty rude. The agent started off by accusing me of going to the wrong location even though the location in Gaithersburg called me and cancelled my appointment. I subsequently set up a new appointment at this location - so I'm not sure why a comment was needed. I went in to have something notarized and was told "That's not going to happen." Then was told to go to visit a different bank (I am a BoA member...but won't be for much longer after this).

    I been here for a last three Saturdays and every time it is the same situation. Long line of people's waiting for a tellers(only two) to get attended. Never they improve this fault. Some of bank of america does the same thing. This is worst customer service every saturday, I don't know the other days ☹☹

    The worst bank of America in Germantown rd. The workers does not have human feeling. No heart feeling for human being and for thier Costumer. I come here to save money but when I asked for a restroom the refused a restroom for me . Means somebody can died in this bank. Shameful even the poorest countries in Africa there can't refuse a rest room to a human being. Omg
