After having trouble with cashing a money order, Cory at the Germantown branch was able to help me complete safely depositing it into my checking account! His calm and smooth style helped me through this challenge! Outstanding customer service and care!

BEWARE!!! An employee from this location is calling from the navy federal phone number will state some of your information to gain your trust then empty out your entire account. When you put in a fraud claim navy federal cant even give you reassurance that your claim is being processed everything is by word of mouth. Your accout was hacked and all you can receive is their word it's being taken care of. Nothing by email or e-message but they are quick to send you messages about other stuff. If 35,000 dollars was stolen from someone's account they need more than just your word!!!!!!!!!

The tellers at this branch are probably the least friendly people I have ever met. Its really a shame because I love Navy Federal and it doesn't reflect the company as a whole but dealing with these people just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. While waiting for help you can have the pleasure of watching the staff berate the customers before you, so at least you can prepare yourself for the unpleasant experience beforehand.

I have never written a Google review about anything ever, BUT, I need to about this branch! Every time I go, I am met with the nicest smiles and most pleasant personalities! I remember one day I wasn't my best, mentally, and they probably literally saved my life that day, and they don't even know... I wish I could remember their names. I am so glad I stuck with Navy Fed. Always so helpful to me!

So I called customer service and a nice guy persuaded me to come in and bank with u guys even though I told him I didn’t like it this bank and preferred Wells Fargo but I came in anyway about 10 mins from closing to see if I could open a account there was one white guy who was friendly and acted like he wanted to help I wish I would have got his name anywho I asked if I could open a account because I had a check that needed to be deposited this black guy butt in rudely and said we already got 2 ppl in front of you so we won’t have time to take you your going to have to come back tomorrow morning mind u I would have got there at the same time I got there today so there’s no point. So then he recommends I go online and do it which I did but what he failed to mention to is that I STILL can’t deposit my check because I’m new which was the point of my visit. I work retail and I was told u help whatever customer comes thru the door by end of the business day in their case that means 630 is when u close doors and help whoever is still inside office. I was just very disappointed with this man I wish I could have got the name that’s very unprofessional to be linked to a credit union and act like that. It’s like he wasn’t willing to go the extra mile to make sure I deposited with them but Wells Fargo does so I will def be going back with them

On Friday 6/2/21 I went to the office at 9am expecting that I would done very quickly. Well I was just moving my name from my daughter account or close the custodial. The female who was supposed to help me had no idea what to I had all ready been in there an half hour with nothing being done. I was so frustrated by then me and my daughter left and went to the location over by the Rio who was very much knowledgeable and I was out in 5 minutes. I will never return to that location again. Get your act together you are trained to know how to handle customers request……

They are fast, welcoming, professional and very reliable.

I have been banking here for more than a couple of years now and have not had any problems. Today however, I was turned away and was told to cash my check at Wells Fargo instead, as the paycheck from my work was issued by them. They used to cash it here without any problems. I have never heard of this before. On top of that, the service representative did not know what she was doing and had to consult another associate, who did not seem to know what she was doing either. I am not coming back to this branch unless I absolutely have to. This is ridiculous!

The ATM is always crowded. Should be more than one.

Great Service every time. Always very professional and friendly, it's what banks use to be like 30 years ago.
