I am tired of having to call them to get these overdraft fee or non sufficient funds fee taken care of. Why punish people for being broke or a little off with their math? $35?! That’s insane just to tell a system “No.” doesn’t even pay the bill and just make it a negative balance. Usually when these systems get pushed back they automatically do a second attempt so I always get hit with 2 non sufficient fees. $70 because I was a couple bucks short. That makes absolutely no sense to punish those who are a little broke and to just really screw them over. Their excuse is because that it’s not their doing so they cannot pay the fees back. I was just a little over $6 short on the total of 3 transactions. For some reason they hit me with 3X $35 overdraft fees. I now have to possibly pay $105 because I was $6 short?! When it was MCFCU they were pleasant for the most part and pretty helpful but when they changed over to SkyPoint they really are just a waste of time and don’t care about their people. Just want to take money from the less fortunate for little to no reason. I get it, I need to be better with my math, but $6?! That’s a little amount and I’ll just get it taken out with my next paycheck, no harm done. But because of that they want to put these fees to take as much money from us because they’re that much trash. I’m tired of this and I’m switching to a back that cares about their people or at least doesn’t have $35 fees cuz I’m a little short.

Has lost their focus on Customer Service. Very disappointing and will be changing financial institutions. It has become all about charging high fees and high interest rates.

Customer service has gone way down. Was told I would have a Manager call me back. Think they left me to rot. For over a year now I have to call when I use a surcharge free ATM. Get changed 80%.of the time. Was told there is nothing they can do about it. I would get rid of that outside ATM company and move on. Time for them to do something about it!

I've been a member of this credit union, formerly MCEFCU, for about 30 years and my experiences with the staff have always been positive. The staff is courteous and helpful as they resolve your concerns. When I was being incorrectly charged for ATM fees, they were immediately removed. The name has changed but the excellent service remains the same.

I joined this credit union in 1981 (MCEFCU). I've remained a member in good standing because of its outstanding customer service. The credit union maintains a staff of dedicated professionals, offers the best personal loan rates, home equity/line of credit rates, not to mention the lowest interest rates on credit cards for its members. Refused to accept series ee paper savings bond. Service has declined since skypoint took over. I do not recommend this credit union

I was unable to talk to a live person. their new phone system is extremely poor. I could not get into my account for 2 days due to the phone system. Service has become very poor.

I have been a customer for almost 30 years and have thought the CS and rates are great. However, this morning the app and online access are not working. The bank is open but you can't reach a live human being at the bank and there's no email from the bank or posting on the website explaining what is happening.

The worst. Customer service is not customer focused. Hours suck. ATMs don't work. Couldn't change my credit card payment date. Canceled my account a year ago, but hey they didn't cancel my credit card. Auto charges on a card I thought was destroyed. Almost hung up on because I was mad and cursing about their mistakes and told nothing they can do. Oh and they wont stop emailing me and sending me mail though I asked them to stop a number of times.
